Perfection

Miss Monica is the best. I stay in VRBO’s all over the United States. This was by far one of the top three best experiences so far me and two of my guys stayed for three weeks while we had work going on in Yakima. The location was perfect to the job site grocery store, and restaurants.

Excellent stay

It was an excellent home very modern. I loved it. They are a few things I would advise. Written instructions on the washer and dryer. I did figure it out but it took me a while. Also inform your next renters about the air conditioner that the home security does not turn it on. Other than those few things it was great staying in a home that had everything to offer and more. My mom that it was great to have everything on one level. She said next time will do this again instead of a hotel. On be half of my family I want to say thank you!

Very pleased, there were plumbing issues but you responded quickly and resolved

Nice property, responsive staff, only issue was since this was my first time renting this type of dwelling, the add on fees I don't feel were communicated up front and a little misleading.

Lucky if you book this!

We are regulars on VRBO. This place is so well thought out you will feel like you live there! We came for a weekend lacrosse tournament at the sports center-only 7 minutes away. It is the same distance to historical and classy downtown district with great restaurants. Monica was great, easily reachable and attentive. She checked in with us the morning after we arrived to see if there was anything we needed. I thought and thought...and smiled as the only thing I could think of was”pepper”:)! Book it! Good price and you could live there!

Roomy, clean, quiet, well-equipped, comfortable

Rented both sides of this duplex while attending a family wedding, and that was a great decision. The large family of adults went back and forth for meals, games, gabfests, etc. The common rooms were larger than anticipated and the bedrooms and bathrooms suited the family well. Monica made it easy for us to check in a bit early which was greatly appreciated. Recommend it highly.

definitely cozy

We brought our bikes to get the last few days of warm riding. It was 6 easy riding miles to the trail and many other options for rides. The house is well appointed, cozy and large enough to comfortably handle 4-6 people. This was our second visit to this home and we would not hesitate to come back again.
