We had a great time! The beach condo was beautiful and in impeccable condition. It was clean and very comfortable. The extra shower towels and pool towels were a plus also! Royal Destinations was extremely easy to work with and responsive to anything we needed. I began getting welcome messages two weeks before our stay with information we would need so we were well prepared for what to expect. The views of the pool and beach were incredible! Great location just steps to the pool and beach and also closer than expected to surrounding shops. It was our first time in Rosemary beach and it won’t be our last due to our enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Condo was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. Nice touches like provided toiletries and beach towels. Location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to many shopping and restaurants. We were only a group of four but the condo could easily fit eight people comfortably. Rental agency was very responsive. The only complaint is the instructions to get in after security hours were a little confusing and the gate fob wouldn’t work one evening. Not a big deal.

The celling fans in all of the rooms need to be cleaned. There was a lot of dust throughout the condo. Specifically on top of the beds and furniture.

Perfect vacation

My family and I spent a week in this beautiful property! Lovely balcony with amazing views of the pool and the gulf, with enough living space to comfortably accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and we all had a fabulous time. You won’t be disappointed with this place! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

Family 30A Trip

Great condo, in a great location, you can walk, or it’s a very short drive to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Awesome view from the balcony, and the kitchen is well equipped. We are thinking about renting the place again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a nice girls weekend at the beach and loved this condo. I have stayed in many of these at Villas at Sunset Beach over the years and this was one of the best! The sofa and beds were comfortable. The decor was pretty. Three suggestions for the owner-replace the 2 swivel chairs (they are very uncomfortable and low to the ground), buy a Keurig for the kitchen, and have the house keepers windex and wipe the plexiglass on the balcony before arrival of new guests so you can see the ocean. Thanks

Exceptional property Beautiful beach

Everything about this property exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, stylish, perfect location, great amenities and wonderful management team. Beaches and pool in property were clean and managed very well. The only slight negative was that beach chair rentals were packed together tightly as the property management transported guests from other properties to this properties beach access, but the beach is why we are all here so this is somewhat expected. We will be back!

As a repeat renter in this area, I was also pleased with the communication from the management company and the general condition of the property. We stayed near the end of the season and the refrigerator is about to go out. We almost lost all the food we bought because it doesn't work well when you fill it with groceries. The place was tidy however, the tables and ceiling fans were dusty. All in all, as rentals go, this was a good one. The management company was accessible for our needs. The bikes were in great condition. The beach was minutes away. There was a closet full of beach chairs and toys! Wow! That's a surprise bonus. We rented chairs but it would be very easy to stay at this location and be on the beach early with beach chairs. The bedrooms were spacious. We would happily stay here again. Thanks so much!
