Mire a los niños nadar desde su balcón de 469 pies cuadrados en esta unidad del primer piso con decoración SOHO de Nueva York que está a solo unos pasos de una de las tres piscinas. No se moleste en esperar en un elevador, entre directamente a su unidad. El segundo balcón más grande de este edificio de 24 pisos cuenta con una gran mesa de vidrio con capacidad para 6 personas junto con un sofá, 2 sillas, 2 otomanas y una mesa de café. Entre desde las puertas corredizas de vidrio de 8 pies del balcón hacia los techos de 9 pies de la sala de estar / comedor (13'8 'x 25'11') en un lado o el dormitorio principal (12 'x 14'3') en el otro.


La cocina se abre a la sala de estar / comedor y cuenta con encimeras de granito, pisos cerámicos, una barra de desayuno, microondas incorporado, refrigerador con máquina de hielo y lavavajillas. Todos los electrodomésticos están hechos de acero inoxidable. El segundo dormitorio (11'6 'x 10'3') está separado del dormitorio principal por su propio baño junto con el baño principal. La sala de literas está en el frente y es un escondite perfecto. El dormitorio principal y segundo tiene una TV / DVD. The Bunk Room tiene un reproductor de DVD. Hay alfombras en todas las habitaciones.

Estás a minutos de restaurantes elegantes o informales y elegantes boutiques, a solo 5 minutos a pie de la playa. Cene en el Café Cabana que está en el lugar.

The great grand children loved being so close to the pool. The walk to the beach was a bit much for a senior but I managed ok. We enjoyed the large patio.

The unit was clean and well stocked. If you’re attending a Topeka music festival this is the place to stay. Venue entrance right outside and no waiting for the elevator since it’s ground floor. Everything else is within walking distance too!

This was an amazing vacation rental. The first floor was perfect and the resort had everything we could ask for. The location was great and the house was fully stocked with all the necessities. Debra was an excellent host and quick to respond to all questions. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

Great location, short walk to the beach, pool steps away!! Local shopping and restaurants were great!! We highly recommend the Cabana Cafe on the property. We ate there several times.

The accommodations were very nice, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We really enjoyed the pool view and loved relaxing on the patio. Just a heads-up for future guests: the kitchen is quite minimal — there was no salt and there weren’t enough forks. If you plan on cooking, it’s a good idea to reach out to the property owner to see if what they have available will meet your needs.

2nd Year Even Better

Second year renting the same condo. Felt like we were coming home. Location and amenities were great. Water exercise every morning and long walks on the beach to our favorite happy hours. Perfect for us.

Great place to stay

If you don’t want to stay in the busiest part of Destin, this location at Miramar Beach is wonderful. Seascape Ariel Dunes is a short walk to the beach, good sized pools right outside the door, and plenty of parking. Lots of close by amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Property owners were very attentive and were easy available when we needed anything. Highly recommend this location.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This location is great for a family getaway. The host was vey pleasant. The kitchen was stocked with all of the appliances and utensils that we needed. We really liked that it was on the first floor and we didn’t have to take the elevator or stairs after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Florida vacation

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were provided. Plenty of places to eat close by. And being on the first floor made it super easy to come and go; didn’t have to mess with an elevator. The master bed was super comfortable. I would stay here again

Great location and space

The condo space was the perfect size! We loved the covered patio. It was a great place to catch up on work without feeling like we were working. The owners were great and super helpful! We had a plumbing problem arise that the condo association had to fix, and the owners were great about staying in touch to make sure our stay wasn't impacted and we were enjoying our time. Will definitely stay again.

I am so sorry that you had a couple of issues One issue was with the Halo water system turning the water off to allow them to determine if there coulbd possibly be a major water leak, however the water was immediately turned back on because it was only moisture in an area like the shower or tub with water being splashed out. The other with the door pad was never determined as Kaba found the door lock working when they checked. I hope overall with your stay being for two months it was a relaxing time in beautiful Miramar Beach.

Great location

Had a lovely time. Only negative is that kiitchen cabinet doors need to be replaced due to vinyl coating peeling off of them. Owners are very easy to reach when necessary. First floor is a big bonus.

Everything you could want for a great beach vacation

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first VRBO vacation booking in Destin. The beach was a very short walk away with beach toys and chairs being provided, the condo itself was clean and perfect for our family and lastly the condo having 3 pools and a gym just steps away made it the perfect stay for a great price. I can’t say enough good things about the hosts, Debra was exceptional with communication and answering any questions before and during our stay. This place and the hosts easily get 5 stars from us, thank you again for making our vacation great!

Family beach vacation

Nice property for price. Large patio for family was a plus. Property a little run down but, great for family with kids. Maids could have done a better job of cleaning for cleaning fee they charge. I don’t think owner visits the property much.
