Great Apartment

Very nice apartment. The building is new and updated. The building staff is friendly. And the rooftop is fantastic. Good location as well. I would highly recommend.

Great Location

overall, the condo was perfect, the only thing I would recommend is to change the door lock to a digital, it is a challenge having to carry a Key and an access card

The condo was great. Everybody at the Park was great. The check in process with the rental company could have been a little better. That was no fault of the park condo themselves! I have and will continue to stay at the park condos!

Great staff, awesome location, and exceptional amenities provided! The property is close to markets, shopping, restaurants, and loads of nightlife. The property has a beautiful roof top pool and lounging area accompanied with a kitchen and BbQ . The main floor gym is equipped with enough weights and equipment to maintain your fitness regime however you will be doing so much walking around and exploring the area that keeping fit shouldn’t be an issue. The front desk personnel are wonderful hosts keeping you well looked after and informed.

Great location for our family

Our family stayed here and loved the location right in the middle of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere: the beach, church, nighttime street food, shops, the Malecon, restaurants, etc. The space was comfortable for the 4 of us, the staff in the lobby made us feel very safe, the welcome at check-in was very nice, the beds were comfy, and the kids loved the rooftop pool which has amazing views of the sunset. The one thing we were disappointed about was that the pictures in the listing do not match the view at all. When you walk in, the view from the kitchen/living room is of a huge cement construction building, not the finished building that is shown in the pictures. We knew there would be construction, but didn't know it would take up our entire view.

The apartment was fine, but the cleanliness was poor under the bed never cleaned and the toilet was dirty. I have to clean myself. Other thing is why I have to pay 35 dollar because I arrived to the apartment at 8 pm when I already pay the night. She told me because I need to arrive at 4 pm. That NOT an excuse. The rest was fine.

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful time staying here while we were in Mexico. The Condo was very nice, and the bed is super comfortable. The walk in showers were very nice.
