Fabulous vacation property!

Thank you to the property owners and the host for sharing a great place to vacation. Very pet friendly and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The pool and back yard area is fantastic and has sun and shady areas all day long. The location is close to a beautiful, white sand beach with great water front restaurants, but go early as parking is limited on the island. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Backyard oasis does not disappoint!

Great property! The backyard was perfect and our favorite hang out area. The house is clean and updated; very comfortable. We had one question for the property manager and she was very responsive.

April Vacation

We had a great time staying at this location. Beaches were crowded for Spring break which made having a home with a pool ideal. Quick drive to the beach and plenty to do in the island and kick back at the house. The Tiki bar was great and the house was set up perfect for our needs. Plenty of beach and pool toys so I wish we would have left some of ours at home. The only concern we had was the spa never got hot only warm but small complaint as everything else was great

Great house in close proximity to the beach

Loved the house, pool area - tiki bar. House was laid out perfectly for our family. Very close to the beaches. The only two things I could say were not great- some areas of the house need deep cleaning (utensil drawer & the lazy Susan cabinet) & the other thing, having to purchase hand soap & trash bags. They had bar soap at the bathroom sinks but that's a "no" from me - I prefer soap pumps. Overall, it's a nice place.

My dream house 💕

We live in Fort Myers after Ian our beaches are still being repaired. So we decided to go near Anna Maria Island. This house was perfect in every way! It was beautiful! House is clean, decorated in beach theme,Great neighborhood, close to the beach, close to several grocery stores. We loved the backyard/ pool area.We walked our dog every day around the neighborhood. She loved it too!!! We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely, definitely be back!

West Bradenton

Overall, wonderful pet friendly property and easy to get to beach. The only issue we had was pool/spa was not heating properly. The spa never got hot when you turned it on and then didn't heat at all after a few cold days. They sent someone to fix but never worked properly for us to enjoy it.

Enjoyed this tropical escape, however did experience minor issues. The hot tub never heated hot, and remained more of a lukewarm temp. The other issue, the ice maker. Sometimes it made ice and other times it didn’t. Ended up buying bags of ice.

Beautiful backyard

The backyard at this home makes it! The house itself is old and in need of a bit updating especially the bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets. We stayed for 5 weeks and having the pool and the tiki hut in the backyard made our stay. The location is good for shopping but a bit far from the beach and Anna Maria island especially during peak times when the traffic is terrible trying to get onto the island. The kitchen supplies are old and in need of major overhaul. The floors are tile which is great but the area rug in main living room is filthy and should be replaced. The neighborhood is quiet with mostly cared for old ranch style homes. I would say it’s on the edge of decline, though. The home has a nice screen porch that adds living space as the living room only has a L shaped sofa so not much seating if you have more than 3 people. There is a dog run on the side of the home that is fenced in which is very helpful if you bring a pet.

This home is beautiful. It is in a quaint little neighborhood that is very quite yet close to everything. We were looking for a private oasis to just relax and this was perfect.

Stay in paradise

That’s our second stay in this property. Great house and absolutely gorgeous backyard. Minutes from the grocery stores, and Anna Maria beach makes this easy and pleasant. Our Golden Retriever Honey totally agree. She had fun going to all the dog parks and beach in the area. Would book this lovely property for our next stay in the heartbeat.

Truly paradise

What an amazing vacation for us Northerners. This property is absolutely lovely. Clean, well-organized, well laid-out with everything you would need for your stay (minus food obviously), and with an absolutely incredible backyard oasis. It was exactly 20 minutes drive to Coquina Beach and 12 minutes drive to Holmes Beach; both beaches had abundant parking and were so beautiful. We didn't mind not staying right not the beach; with little kids the pool was easier for everyday use and to relax in after a day out. The porch was a buffer zone so we could keep the littles safe and get their life jackets/floaties on before they got into the water. The property manager responded immediately to questions we had. This is a spectacular place and my only hesitation in praising it so highly is not wanting it to sell out for next year ;)

Hidden paradise

The pictures do not do the property justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! The house is very spacious and the beds were so comfortable!! The backyard is its own little paradise! We stayed 7 days and didn’t go to the beach one time. That speaks for itself. The location is PERFECT!! We will definitely be renting this property again! Loved it!!!

Great location & very impressed with the amount of useful kitchen items!

Very happy with the home! The back yard, pool & landscape was absolutely beautiful! Loved the location & layout of the home. We had to reach out to The property manager for a simple request & she responded right away. Even with it being a Sunday! check in/out was very simple as well which makes things so much more enjoyable too. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Will definitely rent it again!

This place is lovely!!!!

This place was everything advertised. The pool and the spa were wonderful, the house is fantastic, used the outdoor grill and generally had a wonderful time. I would HIGHLY recommend this home.

Paradise in Bradenton

We had a glorious week in this place. House was clean and inviting, and the backyard with its pool, tiki bar and a seating area with fireplace are picture perfect. Beaches are 10-15 min away.

Backyard paradise

Absolutely stunning landscaping! I was really blown away by how gorgeous everything is in the front and in the back. Definitely enjoyed all backyard amenities beautiful pool, bar, grill and tiki hut. The home was extremely clean and the best stocked house I’ve ever rented. The beds were definitely comfy enough my only issue, and I’m the only one that had this issue was that I was eaten alive by mosquitoes so make sure you bring some bug spray. As I said I was the only one that was getting bit up but other than that we loved our stay.

Hidden Oasis

Everything about the stay at this house went as well as or better than we could hope for. The communication from the property manager was terrific, the check-in was smooth and easy. The house itself is in a great location but basically quiet neighborhood and lives up to the photos, especially the backyard. If the beaches hadn't been only 10 minutes away we would have just enjoyed staying in the backyard the whole time just swimming, grilling and playing. Everything went well with this vacation and we would definitely stay there again.
