Escondido en un canal tranquilo y a pasos de hermosas playas, este condominio decorado con buen gusto es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas relajantes vacaciones. Con 2 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio con capacidad para 6 adultos cómodamente y en privado. Cama king size en master y dos camas individuales en invitados. Condo también tiene un sofá cama queen size. En suite lavadora y secadora. Disfrute de la vista tropical en el lanai. TV por cable y acceso wifi incluido junto con artículos de playa como sombrillas, sillas, flotadores y toallas.

Las comodidades incluyen: la piscina climatizada más grande en la isla Anna Maria, acceso privado a la playa, cancha de tenis, tejo, petanca, pickleball, gimnasio, parrillas para barbacoa, lanzamiento de kayak y muelle de pesca. Incluye cable básico y acceso a internet WIFI. Estancia mínima de 7 días con tarifas mensuales disponibles.

Highly recommend this unit. It was extremely clean, had all the beach items you would need. Plenty of beach towels, great chairs and a buggy. 5 minute easy walk to the beach. You will not be disappointed!

Our stay was amazing! The pictures online of the condo do not do it justice- it was absolutely beautiful. The brand new appliances were an added bonus. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Cat wait to return!

The overall experience was great! The property was exactly as described. It was a short walk to the beach and had all the beach materials that you would need. The only issue we had were ants in the kitchen that seemed to keep coming from the sink. This should be looked at.

Great Place to Stay on Anna Maria Island

Our family of four loved our first stay on Anna Maria. The condo was perfect for us, especially having a short walk to the beach, heated pool, and shuffle board and tennis courts. There is a daily sign-up for the tennis/pickleball courts. We liked having the ability to schedule that. The condo itself was well-stocked and comfortable. The rental company was very responsive one cold Florida night when the heater wasn't working. They had someone out to fix it within an hour! We would definitely stay here again!

We cancelled due to property not being as advertised due to work on the pool

Unfortunately we did not stay in this property as there was work on the pool which meant it could not be used , we can cancelled with Wagner realty and asked for a refund which was granted however we have not had a refund from verbo

Very nice condo with everything you need

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The only thing that confused me was needing a code to exit the pool restroom. Being locked in the bathroom access gate inside the pool area made no sense, and had the code not worked to exit, one would literally be trapped there if no one else is at the pool. Regardless, I would return to Runaway Bay.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. As soon as we walked in you could tell how clean the condo was. We had everything we needed to enjoy the island (beach chairs, umbrellas, boggie boards, etc. ). The kitchen was well supplied and there were plenty of linens. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our trip!

Staff and owner were very accommodating. They go out of their way to ensure that the guests are happy. Smooth check in-out, great location across the street from the beach so it was nice and quiet, and we were able to both work a little and rest a little. Thank you for everything!

Overall Wonderful Vacation

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our week stay. The kids enjoyed the games they had available and being able to watch TV in their room. We loved having beach items there to use at the Beach. Beds were comfy as well. Everything was nice and we would definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

We loved staying at this condo. The location and beach access were great! Being able to walk to shops and restaurants was definitely a plus for us. We were thrilled with all the beach items available for our use. We also appreciated all the items available in the kitchen (like salt, pepper, cooking spray, tea bags, sugar packets......) Our only complaint was that the condo had not been cleaned when we arrived (past check in time.) After traveling all day that was disappointing. The neighbors told us the unit had been vacant for over 24 hours, so there was really no excuse for this. However, when we called the number for the realtor Cindy called me back and got a cleaning crew to come over in a reasonable time (on a Sunday evening) and got our unit cleaned. (Although, the unit was not cleaned to standards - no spare toilet paper, soap, or shampoo left for our use , used shampoo left in the shower, a tooth floss pick left under a tv remote in the bedroom.) When I called the realtor about this, she had items delivered to our unit the next day. Although the unit hadn’t been cleaned when we got there, we felt the Cindy did everything she could to take care of things quickly. Even with this setback we would stay there again. It was a beautiful condo, in a great location, with lovely amenities in a beautiful setting.

Great condo for our family vacation

Our family enjoyed this very nice condo. It's in a great location, is clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, appliances were relatively new and appreciated. Kitchen is well stocked and we needed nothing. Also as a bonus, this unit had plenty of fun stuff in the outdoor storage.

Amazing

This was our first vacation on the Gulf side and it was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean and a very short walk to the beach. We will def. be coming back.
