Property Information: This townhouse is 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garage. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has its own balcony, allowing for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Every sleeping area has a television, and there's lightning-fast wifi throughout the home. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost.
The Ponce Landing complex's grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance to many other places. Great view for a sunrise or sunset. A very easy ride into the beautiful town of St. Augustine. Was a great stay for us.

overall, location was excellent. The place was cleaned and well prepared for myself my wife and two daughters. The only comment I would make is to update the master bed. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and the pillows should be updated as well. Other than that I still have to give it a five it’s our second time back to this development. The first time was in number 31 and this time number two I would definitely come back again and we do plan on coming back. The morning sunrises we’re just beautiful!

Great location

Location was perfect loved the garage parking and space inside. Kitchen was Well equipped with everything needed and more. The downside of the stay , the king size mattress/bed was very uncomfortable and many of the furnishings could use an update.

Great stay!

This condo was the perfect accommodation for a quick, long weekend trip for my husband, son, and me. It was close to everything (our favorites were Crabby's and MayDay ice cream) and super convenient for getting into old town.

1st Timers!

We were 1st timers to St. Augustine and this condo was so close to restaurants and things to do. It is a hike to the beach but worth it once you get settled, you can drive on beach here so that is definitely cool. Condo was clean and they literally thought of everything in case you forgot something. Of course I did forget my hair dryer and they didn't have that, but oh well that was my thought. I do need to say the bed in the "master" bedroom definitely 1,000% needs to be replaced the bed is very uncomfortable. You could also put room darkening curtains in that room as well, that morning sun is rough when you want to sleep in. My daughter was going to sleep in other bedroom upstairs, but said those beds were also uncomfortable so she slept on the couch. Overall great stay and i would totally stay here again.

Great location

Great location for a beach stay! Loved having a garage! they had beach chairs, and extra boogie boards( very helpful). My only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows.

Great location right on the beach and to top it off if you forgot something at home chances are it’s already at the condo! Will definitely be staying again!

Great stay!

Loved the location of the property! Very close to everything on the beach and a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. Property had everything we needed and it was great to walk out the sliding glass door right to the boardwalk to get to the beach. We would stay again!

We stayed here many years ago and loved it then. We were not disappointed 25 years later. The location is perfect, the property is clean and functional. Not waiting 25 years to go back!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO -- STEEP STAIRS TO BEDROOMS

I don't recommend this condo for seniors -- I'm 79 and the stairs are very steep. However, absolutely perfect for a family with a couple kids or younger adults. The yard is lovely but I hoped for more of an ocean view. Hidden by dunes but the sound was wonderful. Good for all except old people or those who have difficulty with a lot of stairs. Driving into the garage for entrance was excellent.

Clean and Convenient

Oceanfront property with convenient access to the pool and beach. Not far from several restaurants and grocery store. Perfect for small family or couple. We would rent there again

Community property

Overall the stay was Ok but this property needs some updates. This is a condo style community and our neighbors next door were smokers and we couldn't sit outside in the balcony in many occasions. Additionally, I sent an email to the property manager about some details (not to be fixed. just as an FYI) and never even got a "we will look into it" back from them.

Beautiful place

It is a very beautiful well kept place. Its very peaceful. Has wonderful sunrises. The condo was very neat and clean. I would recommend staying here!

Nice oceanfront

Great stay enjoyed it-just FYI second bedroom has two twin beds whereas in description it stated 2 full. Can’t beat the location!! Kids loved the pools!
