Un paseo de 15 minutos en cualquiera de Redondo Beach Pier o Hermosa Beach Promenade. ¿Quién necesita un coche? El dormitorio principal cuenta con una relajante cómoda cama de matrimonio, amplio baño y closet. Brillante dormitorio de invitados con cama de matrimonio, sofá cama y cama nido. Perfecto para las familias y los niños! Cuarto de baño privado, con bañera grande y ducha también. Hay un medio baño en la planta baja junto a la cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Hermosa Stay

Gina has a wonderful and comfortable place to stay near the Ocean. It was conveniently near stores, plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The place itself was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely suggest staying there again.

Nice place to stay

The Condo is neat and well kept. Just a short walk from the beach. I was here for 5 weeks on business and it was like I was on vacation.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I have family locally and work in California and this is my go to place. It's perfect for me and my family to stay. I can work downstairs and go for long bike rides. My wife loves it because she can walk everywhere; to all the shops and along the beach. We love walking everywhere as a family and taking the kids to the newly renovated park just around the corner. I would recommend this place to anybody. It is great for vacationing, so easily acessible, and nicely decorated. My wife says it has everything we need in the kitchen and the beds are even really comfortable. The owner is really nice and very acommodating. This is our second time renting the townhouse, I can't wait for our third!

Awesome Location - Nice complex and Unit!

Great unit nestled away from but between Herondo and 2nd - 1/2 block East of Hermosa’s woodchip “green belt”! Nice and quiet. Gina is super-responsive and helpful! Bikes, couple of beach chairs and towels all perfect for our daily jaunts to the sand. Garage is oversized and easy to park in. Kitchen and dining area well-appointed and Gina has provided everything you need for an extended stay! Just a couple blocks from Granny’s, Bolt, HiFi and Mickey’s. An easy bike or walk to EVERYTHING else - Vons, Pier, shops - you name it. Definitely recommend Gina’s place!

The property looked as though no one had stayed there for some time. The light fixture in the master closet was hanging from a wire. The microwave was not functioning properly and I had to replace the water filter in the fridge although the owner sent a new one to the house. There were many items in the kitchen for convenience of cooking. It just was not as clean or in order as it should have been.

Excellent condo in fantastic location!

This condo is perfect for those looking to be close to the ocean. I walked to the beach almost every day that I stayed and enjoyed the proximity to downtown Hermosa Beach as well. The condo is well supplied with all the necessities for the vacationer to feel at home. The owner was also very responsive to all my inquiries and was very helpful getting any challenges promptly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING. HIGHLY recommend

We had an incredible stay at Gina's home. The locations was perfect! 4 minute walk to the beach and right on a beautiful walking/running path. The home itself was wonderful - Gina has everything you could possible need in her kitchen which was perfect for us since we did a lot of cooking. She also had chairs, towels, cooler, etc for the beach. She was extremely responsive when we needed help navigating the apartment. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend Gina's home. We were so sad to leave and plan on coming back in the future!

Great Halloween Getaway by the Beach!

My wife and I contacted the owner at last min because our other reservation had cancelled and she was very prompt and courteous and absolutely the easiest owner we ever worked with..The inside is well equipped with everything u need and the patio was awesome! Fabulous Vacation site

Fantastic property and location! We enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. The breeze through the main floor was delightful! The patio was enjoyable in the early mornings with a coffee or late evenings with a book! We were in walking distance to the beach, CVS, and CrossFit South Bay (which was great for us). We rode bikes, grilled and had a lot of family games at the table! The upstairs became quite warm throughout the day and evening. It was due to the skylights that aren't tinted or covered. Other than that we loved it! We look forward to vacationing here again.

Thankyou Danielle for your feedback. In regards to the temperature, I guess it really depends on what months you come as we do not encounter that problem even in the summer months. However, it is the utmost importance to me that my tennants are comfortable, so I have bought standing floor fans for every room so that shouldn't ever be a issue again. Hope you come again soon

Great location!

We stayed as a group of 7 people, and there were plenty of space in the house for all of us. We loved the kitchen and living room. Overall i would say that the house meet our demands very well. The location is actually much closer to the beach then i could imagine(have stayed in hermosa/redondo several times before). The Garage had plenty of space and there were also free parking along the streets, which came to handy as we had two cars. Pros: Close to the beach, overall very good standard on the whole property. Good parking availability, child approved. Cons: The period we stayed it was extremely hot, and the AC could not really manage to keep the property cold. Even though we tried ur best it still got a bit to hot, especially upstairs at nighttime. All said and done, Gina were easy to get in contact with, and i can recommend others looking for a affordable but still elegant place in redondo/hermosa to try this one out!

I'm so sorry it was so hot for you. I wish you had mentioned it to me. We were having a heat wave that week during your stay. Actually, there is no AC, just heat and a central system fan. However, that is why we have ceiling and floor fans. Most properties by the beach do not have AC unless they are newer construction. With the windows open, we usually get a nice cross breeze. A True Gem!

This home is not only updated and beautifully decorated, but it is a true home away from home. It slept the 5 people in our group comfortably and the location was perfect! The wood chip trail was easily accessible right out front and the beach was just a few minutes walk away. We spent a lot of time at the beach and biking the bike path to downtown Hermosa, where there are a lot of restaurants and stores. This home was perfect to come back to after an active day to relax, whether it was sitting on the patio or enjoying a home-cooked meal altogether. Also, when our plans changed last minute and we knew our arrival would be delayed a few days, the owner generously accommodated us and moved our start date back a few days! We truly appreciated the owner's flexibility and understanding of our situation. Throughout our stay, we felt treated as guests and not simply as renters. We had an amazing experience and hope to be back soon!

Beautiful So Cal Beach Elegance!

My parents stayed in this lovely town home over the holidays and could not have enjoyed their stay more. I visited them several times and we enjoyed some holiday cocktails on the private patio. The place is so comfortable, and superbly decorated. It was so helpful to have an attached garage included with the weather as inconsistent as its been this winter in LA. The location was awesome. Just a short walk from the casual, friendly Hermosa Beach downtown area, beach, bike baths and Strand plus all of the amazing restaurants and shops. The owner of the town house was also a pleasure to work with attending to all of the needs of her guests is her specialty! I have recommended this place to a number of friends and family, and expect my parents will be booking another stay when they come to visit me.

WITH ONLY 4 SHORT BLOCKS TO THE BEACH IT'S A PERFECT LOCATION FOR ENJOYING ALL THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS RELAXING, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, BEACH CITY BUT YET CLOSE TO LOS ANGELES.. ALMOST EVERY DAY I RODE MY BIKE ALONG THE BIKE BATH, AND/OR HERMOSA VILLAGE OR REDONDO BEACH PIER FOR COFFEE, MEALS, SHOPPING, OR MEETING FRIENDS. THE TOWNHOUSE ITSELF IS MANY TIMES BIGGER THAN A HOTEL ROOM, BUT EQUIVALENT IN COST, AND SMARTLY DECORATED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED. SO I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THE VALUE. THERE IS ALSO A GARAGE FOR 1 CAR PARKING. MOST DAYS I LEFT MY CAR IN THE GARAGE AND BIKED EVERYWHERE. THE OWNER IS ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. REALLY A PERFECT STAY. AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK..

This property is tranquil and calming. Bright and beauitiful. Close enough to the buzz of the beach, but far enough away to offer tranquility and peace. This townhouse is perfect for familes and has been perfect for mine. It is a place that my family and kids will always remember as we build summer and winter memories here. Less than a 5 minute walk to breakfast and the beach on The Strand fills our mornings. Walking to the local farmers market and free concerts on the pier during the summer months is always a fun outing. Not to mention, wonderful restaurants and nightlife on the HB Promenade is right at our fingertips. The running trail know as The Greenbelt, is basically right outside our door.

Work from home! Downstairs is the den where one can have some privacy and work in a home like office. Or quarantine the kids downstairs to watch movies and play video games on a 48" flat screen while mom and dad unwind with a glass of wine on the patio.
