La piscina privada protegida con el ascensor para sillas de ruedas en la terraza orientada hacia el sur es ideal para un día de completa relajación.
El estanque y el bosque justo afuera son bastante animados a veces con todo tipo de animales que residen en el campo. ¡Es increíble!

La zona de la piscina tiene una bonita zona de estar y 4 tumbonas para su disfrute. La piscina puede calentarse y se recomienda de octubre a abril. Por la noche, tendrás un momento mágico con la luz encendida en la piscina mientras escuchas el sonido de la naturaleza.

Overall it was a great stay. You can always find minor details if you look carefully but none that would make your stay unpleasant.Will come back if time and work permit.

Spring Break 2025

We had an amazing week. Franka was great to communicate with and the house was a perfect size for our family and dogs. We’ll definitely be back!The community pool and center was close by and very nice!

Davenport hated community house

The house and pictures of it were accurate and why we selected the location. There are rules for everything. For that reason we chose not to utilize anything in the house except kitchen bathrooms and beds. While we understand it’s someone else’s property we wanted to respect their wishes and not mess up anything. With the constant reminder that our deposit would be taken and paranoid we would do something wrong, we recleaned the entire house (as we usually do), wiped everything down, swept and stripped the beds leaving it in even better condition than at check in before we left. We really hope it was enough. Just the week prior since there was not a mention of extra fees past our booking expense, we were charged almost 450 more for dog fees and a credit card charge of some kind which I still don’t understand. If we could have paid that well in advance, we’d have changed our booking to another property without penalty. We paid it not having another location to stay so close to check in. Because of this was overpriced. They asked for our drivers license to be sent through regular unsecured email or text and no option to send securely. The house was fine, neighborhood safe, host responsive but not really as close to anything due to generally Orlando traffic issues. It took more than 30 minutes to get anywhere. We’ve stayed at many other houses in the area and this property was also fine, communication pleasant but wouldn’t return due to prices and hassles.

Overall a Good Value

The property was clean, as advertised, and Mrs. Franca was very helpful. The reason I only gave it three stars though is it the beds we’re in a word terrible. I had brought a foam topper just in case and had I not had it I would not have been able to have stayed. I’m 62. My husband is 60 my niece and her fiancé are in their mid 20s and they had trouble as well. If a 25-year-old can’t sleep comfortably then I don’t feel bad that I also had trouble. Otherwise a lovely property. Those with any sort of back issues need to be pre-warned.

Perfect home for both handicapped and others.

The home has everything you need for a handicapped individual. So, you do not need to bring your large items for your ADL.

AC Issues

The home and pool area are very nice. The AC unit is very sensitive. The unit kept shutting off at night making it difficult to sleep in any bedroom without a fan. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The home is accessible, however the shower should have 3 permanent grab bars installed in roll-in shower. The kitchen has an island which makes it very difficult to get around. The pool lift is AMAZING! A person can get from their wheelchair to the seat and can lower themselves depending on their disability. I’m an above the knee amputee and I had zero issues with the lift.

spacious property

It was a nice and peaceful community. My mother could maneuver around the house with ease in a walker. The pool was clean and faced a pond, which was nice. I also liked that there was a privacy screen around the pool, so my daughter's had more privacy when lying out in the sun. The owner is easy to get a hold of and answered quickly when I needed her.

Excellent Property and Host

The property and host were great. Property is exactly what pictures reflect. The pool is good size and game room was a lot of fun. Host was very nice and responsive before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice house

The house was very clean and a nice size. It was in a gated community so we felt safe. It's only 15 miles to Disney and Seaworld but with traffic it took us anywhere from 45 mins to an hr to get where we were going. The house had plenty to do. The pool and game room are both nice for kiddos.

Excellent!

Neighborhood was very secure, peaceful and beautiful. Home was immaculate and comfy. Everything we needed. Instructions were very clear. Loved the pool and game room for the kids. Will definitely stay again. The handicapped accessible features are very handy for families with any elderly or disabled members.

Very spacious

The property was very spacious and allowed our families to spend time together. Children enjoyed swimming in the pool most days (heated). The game room was a fun bonus: we played air hockey and other arcade games. It was fun to teach the kids how to use a jukebox. The kitchen had everything you needed and there were plenty bathrooms. One minor detail is that the beds were very firm which made the beds uncomfortable (for those that prefer a bit more plush). A huge plus was being able to bring our dog along. Overall it was a great stay!

Wheelchair accessible

The doors going into the bathroom were only 30 inches, not making much space for a wheelchair to go through. Not enough room to turn the wheelchair around in the toilet area, had to have help getting in & out. Nice roll in shower. Bed in master bedroom was a good height to get in & out. Bed in master bedroom was comfortable. But the other 3 bedrooms, needed some updating, very uncomfortable. Nice game room. Hard to get up to sink in the handicap bathroom.

Stay tainted by owner

The place is filthy. The walls are dirty, the couches are discolored and stained, and the pool is filled with bugs. We're Floridians, so we understand that bugs get into the pool. This was extensive...especially for a screened in patio. Even after spending 30 minutes skimming the pool, my daughter still didn't want to swim in it. The owner was mistaken about the clubhouse hours (it's closed on the weekends) and the air hockey table is unplayable. The puck flies off every other shot. So, taking the pool, the clubhouse, and the air hockey table off the list of things to do, it wasn't much of a vacation rental. We managed to have fun anyway. After the stay, the owner doubled the cleaning fee and claimed it was because of dog hair on the comforter. We brought our own comforter and didnt use theirs. Avoid this property.

House Beautiful it was after are vacation was over

The house was awesome not complaints until after we left. We checked out of the house on May 28 left the house very clean. However beware if you rent from this lady. I will start from the beginning. We were charged a 58.00 processing fee after we booked the house and I was told that this is a charge VRBO charges when you book with them. I spoke with VRBO when we got back and about some issues with the owner. They told me that the owner is responsible for the 58.00 fee not the renter. Anyway I will continue. So we took our little 14 year old rat terrier that can't jump on stuff anymore. When we got back home like I said the owner had sent me an email stating the dog had torn a whole in the sheet and there was dog hair on the bed. Um no ma'am my dog wasn't even in that room and couldn't even jump on the bed. My dog was not on the bed and did not tear the sheet. Anyway she sent me a video of the dog hair. The dog hair she sent me was 1 1/2 inches long. Rat Terriers don't have hair that long and the hair she sent was black. My dog is white and gray. I discussed this with her and she kept telling me that my dog was on the bed and tore her sheet. The dog slept in the room with me on her blanket she isn't even allowed on my bed. She kept telling me that it was my dog and that $140.00 would come off the $300.00 hold on my card and VRBO would release the other 160.00. I'm running out of room on this screen I will continue on the next if it cuts me off.

It was a beautiful house in a beautiful setting. The little ones loved the pool and game room.

The renting process was very easy. The property owner kept in contact with me the time following up to our check in date. She explained everything very well and was a fantastic host.

The private screened in pool with the wheelchair lift on the south-facing pool deck is ideal for a day of complete relaxation!
The pond and the forest right outside is quite lively sometimes with all types of animals residing in the countryside. It is unbelievable!
Watersong Resort is a vacation only gated resort. This villa is just walking distance from the club house, which has a lounge area, internet café, fully equipped fitness room, large outside swimming pool, children’s playground, putting green and beach volleyball.
