Hermosa casa familiar

Casa unifamiliar de 3 dormitorios en un acre en el soleado y tranquilo este de Boulder. Ubicado a solo pasos de senderos para caminar / andar en bicicleta, y a minutos del centro de la ciudad. Nuestra casa, patio y jardín completamente amueblados son suyos para disfrutar.

Casa abierta y bien iluminada. Cocina bien equipada, mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas, sala de estar con acogedora estufa de leña.

Dos habitaciones cada una con una cama queen-size. El tercer dormitorio (para niños) tiene tres literas gemelas. Acceso a la sala de lavandería disponible para todos los huéspedes.

Otros servicios para niños disponibles también, que incluyen: pack 'n play, silla alta con clip, etc. (tenemos 3 niños)

Las comodidades al aire libre incluyen: trampolín, fogata al aire libre, columpio, jardín, estructura de escalada, mesa de picnic, parrilla, piscina para niños y mucho espacio para correr y jugar.

Botella de vino de cortesía a su llegada.

La casa está en una calle sin salida arbolada a solo una cuadra de los límites de la ciudad de Boulder y a 10 minutos de CU y el centro de Boulder. Te sentirás como si estuvieras en un entorno campestre con total privacidad, mientras sigues estando a minutos del centro de la ciudad. A poca distancia a pie de las paradas de autobús. Los senderos para bicicletas que acceden al centro están a solo dos cuadras de distancia. Un montón de estacionamiento fuera de la calle.

Great place in Boulder

This was a great stay in Boulder! The outdoor space was especially nice and there were plenty of sleeping areas. The owners were very easy to work with and answered all our questions.

A little piece of heaven

The home lived up to our expectations and more. My three sons had plenty of activities in the backyard to keep them busy and we didn't even miss not having a TV. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was in walking distance to numerous trailheads. We would definitely recommend this home away from home.

Nice House

Pretty nice house, the kitchen and bathroom felt clean. Overall a good value. I found it odd when I opened the fridge and it had a bunch of food, but they did leave the top two shelves completely empty for us to put our food.

Comfortable, quiet home surrounded by nature!

My friends and I stayed at this home for about a week. It was perfect for our needs. The property is beautiful, and the home was well stocked and comfortable. We loved being able to cook our own meals with herbs from the garden and sit outside to socialize. Walking/biking paths are located just blocks away. The only suggestion I can make it to make the beds more comfortable for adults. The tempurpedic was great, but the others were not very comfortable. Overall, we loved our stay and will try to re-book if we ever get the opportunity to travel to Boulder again.

A Lovely, Peaceful Home Near Boulder

We had a lovely stay at Jesse & Beth's home. It was convenient to our daughter's Graduation activities in Boulder and everything we needed was provided, including fresh vegetables from their garden (!). They don't have a TV, but that was fine because we had lots of activities to keep us entertained. The thing I appreciated most about their home was the calm, peaceful energy that pervades it.

Could be better!!

The Boulder area is a wonderful place and home is located close to shopping, stores, ect. The home needs some TLC. When we tried to bake some cornbread for dinner it took an hour for the oven to heat up to 425 degrees. Not sure what the isssue was but needs to be looked at. When I tried to turn on the garbage disposal it did not work. After spending time (on vacation) looking under the sink found that it was plugged into a strip outlet that was not on. Then when I tried to run the dishwasher it also did not work. The memory foam mattress was good, however the pillows were horrible and there were no extra ones to choose from. Please note - there is no TV in this home. They did not list a TV in the amenities section, however alot of rentals I have stayed do not list TV and I just assumed there was one. So, this is a "get away from it all" rental experience.

Comfy, cozy home in a quiet location with an amazing yard.

My family (4 adults) enjoyed our time here. The yard that accompanies the home is its best feature. It's massive, has an amazing garden, a trampoline, a swing, a swing set, a fire-pit, and an outdoor table. If we didn't have so much to during our vacation, I would have spent all of my time the backyard. The interior of the home is simple and that added to the appeal for us. Three simple bedrooms, an open kitchen/living room. We were all able to hang out in the front of the home together. I would stay here again during another visit to Boulder. Just a few things to be aware of- there's one small bathroom, one of the rooms doesn't have curtains (bring an eye mask), the fridge was rather full so just take note of that if you're traveling with a cooler full of food, and one of the beds (middle bedroom) was reported to me as being of less than ideal in terms of comfort. Overall a great home for a good price!

Very comfortable and spacious and particularly good for children

The backyard is like a playground with a wonderful, netted trampoline and a whole swing/slide set. The house location isn't too far from downtown Boulder...about a 10 minute drive...You must have a car to stay here...a very pleasant neighborhood. The three bedrooms are so nice...one mattress was a bit thin, but the other two were good..We suggested to the owner that he hang draperies or shades on the front window and also on the back one as it gets very warm in the house during the day and the sun wakes one up very early...But all in all, we recommend this as a good value!

We had a good time hanging in the back yard. It was large and comfy. So we're the beds- this place has no tv so it makes you want to enjoy the yard.

Sweet home in a gorgeous neighborhood

I came down to run the Bolder Boulder with a group of friends and we fell in love with this beautiful home! Its located in a very private location, we had plenty of room to park, huge backyard, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will book again!

Stay in Boulder

Good communication. Friendly and cooperative. Good proximity to downtown Boulder and surrounding towns . Quiet community of homes. Nice backyard with fire pit and available wood. Deer came by one night.
