Aloha! Su sueño de vacaciones comienza con nuestro hermoso nuevo condominio, ubicado en el suroeste de Maui, en la ciudad de Kihei. Las fronteras complejas Maui Kamaole en la hermosa Wailea, conocido por sus excelentes restaurantes y tiendas de clase mundial. Los exuberantes jardines tropicales, repartidas en 23 acres con 2 piscinas, bañeras de hidromasaje y pistas de tenis. Nuestra unidad de planta baja se encuentra en la Bougainvillea "B" agrupación por la entrada principal, cerca de la piscina frente al que acaba de ser completamente reformado. Al otro lado de la calle se encuentra el pequeño puerto deportivo y parque. Muchas de las operaciones de embarcaciones chárter snorkeling y el buceo top reúnen allí y salir a las mejores aventuras de agua en Maui. La famosa playa y parque Kamaole III, un lugar de reunión popular para ver puestas de sol impresionantes, es justo al otro lado de la calle del condominio. Un corto paseo por la playa Kamaole III le lleva a Kamaole Playas I y II, así.

Nuestra grande (1.067) pies cuadrados) condominio adicional incluye una terraza perfecta abierto para cenar por la noche en el entorno tropical tranquilo. Una segunda terraza cerrada de la habitación principal ofrece un refugio para un aislamiento completo. El dormitorio principal es muy espacioso, con una tropical conjunto negro de dormitorio de madera y una cama king size, además de un televisor de pantalla plana con un montón de espacio en el armario. La moderna cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita el chef gourmet. Dos cuartos de baño completos están completos, uno con bañera y ducha, el otro con ducha. Los ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado mantener una temperatura confortable. El gran salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana, equipo de música, conexión a Internet de alta velocidad y un nuevo tamaño queen sofá / cama para huéspedes adicionales. Comedor interior tiene 2 opciones para sentarse, en una mesa para seis o encimera para cuatro por conveniencia rápida.

This condo was very clean and comfortable during our entire 10 day stay. We enjoyed the kitchen, the very comfortable king bed, and living room area. Very convenient to many of the lovely south Maui beaches for snorkeling. All in all a great place for our time in Maui.

The place is spacious and has everything you might need. Bed was comfortable. The unit has AC and works well. Ken was responsive and prompt when needed. The pool was amazing and the spa worked very well. We loved the amenities.

Great, quiet condo right off the beach

Ken was a great communicator, very clean and well appointed condo. Quick 5min walk to the beach and great central location to explore Maui.

Great location and comfortable condo

Lovely place to stay in Kihei. The condo is very spacious and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area and returning for a swim in the pool right across the yard and drinking a glass of wine watching the sun go down on the Lanai. Kitchen was nicely supplied for our cooking needs. Would stay again, and recommend to others.

Well located condo with nice grounds, pool and spa. Close to many restaurants and beaches. I especially appreciated how well supplied the unit was. Everything you need is there including beach supplies and kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maui Getaway

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. My daughter and I look forward to coming here every year. The condo is so comfortable and very well maintained. We appreciate Ken; he is quick to respond and we appreciate him welcoming us back each year.

Very nice, but better with upgrades

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, the condo had everything we needed. It does need some upgrades, particularly with the window coverings in the bedroom.

We (family of 4) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo is well located in Kihei, walking distance to shops and beautiful beaches. The condo was very well equipped from kitchen items to beach stuff for adults and kids. Thank you!

Great condo, great location

Beautifully appointed condo with everything we needed. Everything in the condo worked well - A/C, fans, appliances, washer/dryer. Nice furniture, we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs on the back patio. And so close to all the fun - the pool, beaches, and a nice walk to the ice cream store :-)

Great place to stay!

This condo is a great place to stay! It has everything you need to enjoy Maui. Even though it was around 80 degrees everyday, we didn’t need the air conditioner. We just opened the windows and doors in the front and back and got an awesome breeze blowing through the condo. The location is fantastic! It’s close to beaches, shopping, walking, whale watch trips and good restaurants.

Huge 1 bedroom

We enjoyed our stay in this huge one bedroom condo. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for trips to the beach close by. It has 2 patios- one in the front with a lovely view, and one off the master bedroom.

Beautiful condo!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one week and just loved it! Very well appointed-beautifully decorated and very spacious! In addition we found it very clean and the owners were very helpful. We also were impressed with the landscaping of the property and how peaceful it was at the Maui Kamole. We would definitely come back to stay here again. Edwin and Wendy

Wonderful condo

I would highly recommend this property. It is well located and has everything you need to make your stay seamless. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment and tools you need to cook. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo is very roomy. We loved our time there and would definitely stay there again! Great having 2 bathrooms!

a little trouble

Apparently my check-out date was one day wrong, so the front door was closed to me, but the owner was able to quickly deal with the situation. As for the facilities, they were very clean and I had a comfortable stay.

Relaxing and convenient with great amenities

We loved our stay at your condo. Our favorites aspects were the back lanai and grassy area for breakfasts and reading and the great variety of beach toys which we used on a daily basis. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes and Ken was great to work with. Thanks for sharing your place with us. We're already ready to go back ...

Awesome as Always

This is our second stay at this condo, and it was great both times. Good location, walk to food. Beaches across the street and 2 pools. Awesome unit with everything you need for the beach including boogie boards and snorkel gear. Great turtle beach across the street just south of the boat launch. When looking at the water just over the jetty of the boat launch is a small beach where we saw at least 2 turtles each afternoon/evening laying on the beach. We'll be back again.

This place has everything!

We stayed in the same condo complex as friends, who were in another unit. Ours was the best! Not only was it so spacious, but it was lovely, quiet, closer to the beach, and incredibly well-equipped. This was absolutely delightful, and Ken provided great tips both beforehand and during. I simply can't imagine any place that could beat it. He thought of everything, and it's all here.

Ken and Helen Wright are retired science and math teachers that travel all over the world through our scuba diving tours looking for fun and adventures. During our summer vacations over the years, we created scuba diving instruction and charter boat business in Dana Point, CA. Our love of the ocean was a natural draw to Hawaii, particularly Maui.

As far as we are concerned, there are only three island’s in the whole world where we would choose to live…… St Barts in the FWI, Catalina off of the California Coast and lastly where we chose to buy our new condo, the beautiful island of Maui.
For many years we have vacationed in Maui because of its natural beauty, the beaches and relaxed atmosphere. It has been our dream of owning a tropical second home near a beach with warm water for the numerous water sports which we enjoy so much. When searching this island, we found the best location to be close to the water on the West side for sunsets. The Kamaole III Beach and Boat Ramp with its Two (2) small hidden beaches are our favorites. Across the street, the spacious grounds of Maui Kamaole look more like a tropical residential area, with many palm trees and unique colorful Hawaiian plants.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This extra large condo (1067) square feet) is one of just a few in Maui Kamaole complex that are ground level one bedroom/ 2 baths properties. It has a more open feeling because it is a wider unit with bigger rooms and bigger lanai and court yard. The courtyard is tiled in, cutting down on the dirt. There is a valve with hose for rinsing off beach gear providing a private outdoor drying space.This is an end unit, the lanai wall is sloping giving a wider view of the garden. The living room faces the ocean so the breeze flow right in, keeping it cooler, in the afternoons. At night the winds reverse so the breeze comes from the mountains behind the courtyard. Being in the front lower part of the complex is convenient for walking to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The main lower swimming pool is just across the parking lot from our condo.
The comfortable furnishings are perfect for relaxing. The new bedroom set is dark wood with a very comfortable mattress. The kitchen is stocked with everything the gourmet cook needs, ample pots and pans, dishes etc. including seasonings and spices for your use. A new high powered garbage disposal is very quiet. There are three (3) dining areas, the bar/counter, an indoor table for Four (4) and a covered lighted outdoor table for four (4). Brand new 12000 BTU air-conditioning units keep the condo cool on hot summer days.
Many beach accessories include four (4) beach chairs, two (2) ice chests, Four (4) boogies boards Fins, masks and snorkel plus a 3 mm wet suit , two (2) 3 mm vests and two (2) PFD's are for your use. Our “Mermaid” adds her charm and smile.
