Venga a disfrutar de la arena blanca y azucarada y las aguas azules que nuestra playa virgen y con poca gente tiene para ofrecer. Este condominio cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El condominio puede acomodar hasta 8 personas cuando utiliza un sofá cama. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y utensilios necesarios para preparar un festín para todo el grupo. Gulf Dunes Condominiums está cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes de Fort Walton y a solo diez minutos de Destin. Pasee por la playa hasta el muelle pesquero de Okaloosa o el paseo marítimo. Great beach condo

This is a great beach condo. There is plenty of room for a large family and the condo is well supplied with the necessities. The view from the balcony is beautiful and there are provided beach chairs. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it’s a short drive to the grocery store across the bridge. I would highly recommend this unit.

Upon entering the tv in the 2nd bedroom cable had trouble connecting throughout the whole stay. 3rd bedroom beds were never laundered in between guest. The Rugs in that room were dirty. The sink in the 2nd bedroom had a slow drain.Yes I’m aware I booked late and received the last condo available I expected it to be totally usable.Also the washing machine was disconnected. No water🤷🏾‍♀️.As I have booked with you the year before my experience this year was not good.Hoping for a better experience next yearDenise Washington Burgess

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed out stay at Gulf Dunes 101 in Ft. Walton beach. The location is great and right on the ocean/beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the pier. They have standard ammenities such as pools, tennis court, beach vollyball, umbrella/chairs, as well as paddleboards and kayaks for rent. Everything seems to be kept up and nice. The condo had a good layout, comfortable furniture and updated kitchen. There were a couple minor maintenance issues that didn't hinder our stay and I reported at the end. Brooks and Shorey was easy to work with and good with communication. Everyone I dealt with there was very helpful.

My family and I stayed in this condo in July of 2025. We were impressed by the size of the unit! Each bedroom features an en suite bathroom. This worked out wonderfully for our t(w)een daughters. My husband and I appreciated that the master suite is quite a distance from the other two bedrooms (allowing for privacy). The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked multiple meals each day. Also, the washer and dryer came in handy after long days on the beach. Although you cannot see the beach, we were able to see the ocean with no problem. Personally, I found the sand dunes lovely. We also liked the fact that the unit is on the first level and the bunk beds feature full-sized mattresses. The balcony is large as this is a corner unit. The property managers were very responsive and friendly. The cons of this unit are as follows:-Many of our neighbors smoked. This made our balcony time less enjoyable. It would be nice if this were a non-smoking facility, but that might be impossible to regulate. -There were a few “flying roaches” outside on the balcony and near the front door. I chalked this up to the coastal environment, but I was appalled to find two of the insects in the living room of the unit. -Tiny ants were crawling on the kitchen countertops. -The pool was a bit small, but our tweens loved it.

Loved it!

Everything was as advertised. A bonus for us was a bed rail for the bottom bunk was in the closet. My son is 3 and I had forgotten ours at the house, I was about to send my husband to Walmart when I found one in the closet! Two types of coffee makers, usable pans, a broom; a few of the things other condos have lacked, this one had! A few things that weren’t the best, but didn’t impact the stay was light into the room with the queen bed was pretty bad at night, could use a curtain over the blinds for sure. Also, the couches are pretty low and not super comfortable. Having two toddlers with us we did spend some time lounging around the condo, more than most probably do. Even with all this, I would stay here in a heart beat and I would strongly recommend this condo to anyone!

Great Condo for Ocean Getaway

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and was clean and spacious. We loved staying here and the convenenience of the chairs and umbrella as part of the package. We also loved the app the owners use to help you find everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is the pools are bit small and could use some updating, but we were able to use them and they were cleaned daily.

Awesome stay!

My family rented this condo at the last minute. We were pleased with the unit. The only qualm would be that it was on the first floor and we didn't have a good view of the beach. Also, smoke from the other units came through the HVAC.

Super cute and comfortable for family!

Overall impressed with the layout and new appliances / furniture. The layout was super helpful when looking for a family of 5 + grandma. Looks like new appliances and kept really well. We did have a question / comment as soon as we arrived which the host was extremely responsive. Would stay here again if we are in town. Thank you for having us!

My visit in September was marred a bit by the area rug in the living room was soaking wet and had started to smell. The staff removed the rug within 24 hours. While this stay was not the best, every other time I have been there, it has been great. I will still stay at Gulf Dunes in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying with brooks and Shorey resorts. I loved the fact this was a first floor. I liked there were stairs to the condo. The condo had everything we needed. Deliveries found us easily. Everything was super close in proximity. Was very clean and comfortable. The only concerns I had were the tub didn’t drain very fast and there was something glass broken under the couch..... most people don’t look under the couch but my children lost a toy so we looked and cleaned the glass. No one was harmed and everyone had a great time.

Great Location, Some Improvements Needed

Rugs desperately need to be deep cleaned or replaced and same for upholstered furniture and throw pillows.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe this is the 4th time we have stayed at this location. We truly love it! The only issues I had were for the stained couch, carpet in the living room needed to be cleaned. The front door of the condo is not in the best condition and there seems to have been a leak in the smallest room and it had mildew residue.

Not what we expected...

Upon our arrival, we were unable to get inside of our room. The door handle was broken. We called numerous times for maintenance. They were responsive but the repairs made did not resolve the problem. After a day of dealing with the In ability to enter the room we had to demand a new door lock. After the new lock was installed, it worked perfectly. The room was hot! The air did not work well. Had we not brought box fans from home we would have been miserable. The refrigerator was not staying cool. We had chicken spoil. Only one receptical at each electrical outlet worked. The air vents had mold growing in them and dripped water constantly. The tv provided no kids channels on any other tv except the living room tv and the DVD player did not work. The WiFi did not work. We had four kids and teens, this was huge! No tv and no internet was disappointing. Our second day on the beach we were accused and harassed about reserving extra chairs and umbrellas. Someone was reserving chairs using our room number. The beach access was the best part about this room!
