Permanezca en el frente del Golfo en nuestro condominio de vacaciones en Fort Walton Beach en Summer Place. Este alojamiento en la esquina del primer piso incluye tres dormitorios y cuenta con ventanas adicionales que ofrecen un sol adicional de Florida. Su patio se abre a un camino pavimentado hacia las piscinas frente a la playa y un paseo marítimo a la playa donde se colocan sus sombrillas y sillas de playa (del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre). Not many pans to cook with, no cookie sheets. No, grilling utensils. Plenty of bath towels, which was good.

Family vacation perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 5 adults and 5 kids. The best part about this condo was the position of the patio to the pool and beach. It’s on the first floor and the patio has a gate that opens right up to the pool. It made bringing our gear back and forth much easier. We could watch the kids from our patio when they were at the pool. The beach is also very close. Space inside the condo was sufficient for our family size. The only negatives were the kitchen amenities were slightly lacking (no oven mits, bare minimum cooking pots and pans) and we weren’t able to use any streaming services on the tvs. But really, these are totally minuscule inconveniences and we enjoyed our stay!

Reviewer Comments: I had picked this apartemnt due to having children with us, being on the bottom floor with immediate access to the pool and beach was a HUGE PLUS! The pictures of the apartment were spot on- it was beautiful, clean, spacious, and it made you feel right at home- with a beach view. This corner spot was perfect for no foot traffic right at your door. It felt very safe.The extra's provided- like plentiful towels and linens, the stocked kitchen neccessities were a huge plus and full size washer and dryer were excellent!It's walking distance to AJ's Oyster and Cash's Liquor store, putt putt golf, ice cream and more!We had an issue with the AC and the property team were on it asap! Very nice and attentive!If you need a place with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath- THIS IS YOUR PLACE!Our grandchildren loved the bunkbeds. The beds are very comfortable too!Spend the money- you won't be disapponted!We would definitley stay here again!

Spring break getaway

The property is exactly as it is listed. Great location to everything. The beach access was awesome along with the chairs and umbrella. When the waters got too rough or cold at the beach we just went back to the pool. It was great. The sliding doors are thick so you dont get the ocean and pool noise either. There was however some minor downs with this apartment. There is construction near by which made traffic a little harder to get through. The beds were hard and lacked in sufficient pillows. The dryer also did not dry very well. There were curtain rods, blinds, closet doors, and some furniture that were broken and needing replaced or repaired.

Great family getaway

Nice property, good location. This unit had very easy access to the pool and beach from the patio that we choose over a view of the beach and having a balcony. Brought my wife and 5 of our kids and had enough space for all of us. Recomendations for the owner: Dryer took 3 cycles to dry clothes, it is getting heat so not sure the issue. Oven light is out, coffee pot didnt work right, 3 chairs on the patio, might be nice to have 2 more. Maybe have pillow cases for the extra pillows in the closet. We bought some potholders and and left them for you, we also asked for a corkscrew from the property manager. Easy fixes, so i would not pass up this unit because of those things. Great stay over all!

Great Location!

I would stay here again. There were a few things that need attention, but we had a great time and love how close it was to the beach! There was a dirty towel left in a bathroom and an empty chip bag in a bedroom. I would’ve loved to have a broom to sweep up the sand we brought in. The outdoor furniture is pretty run down and the mattresses could be updated. Also, plan to bring a blender because the one here leaked but it did the job! All in all, I would stay here again no doubt. The kitchen was great, parking was easy and I loved how it was on the first floor…no elevators!! The bathrooms were good size and the laundry room was very helpful to have. My family and I enjoyed our stay!

Great communication between me and Legacy vacations, usually responded in 30 minutes! Having the two chairs on the beach included was amazing! We brought a firestick so we could watch our Netflix shows (hubs loves his Stranger Things ha) at night in the master bedroom, but living room tv was a smart tv. And others had cable so kiddos were fine! :) we will definitely be back, thanks for a fantastic stay!

No view of the beach with this ground unit, but it was a plus for us with children getting in and out of the pool and beach area easily. The kitchen was well stocked for your cooking needs. The condo could use some deep cleaning in all areas. The balcony had trash and needed a good pressure wash. Found a spilled medicine cup on the floor beside the bed in the master. Tried contacting the host regarding the out of service hot tub for 3 days of our stay and never heard back from the host. Nice pool and hot tub when they are functioning.

The beds were not comfortable, the outdoor space was dirty, the door to get to the outside patio was very hard to open & close. The whole place was just way less desirable then what we were looking for. As much as I wanted the ease of a ground floor, I was very disappointed in the whole unit as a whole.

Doors out to balcony were broken and wouldn’t open. Closet doors in spare bedroom were broken. Drains on both showers wouldn’t drain. Room overall was very dirty. Seems to be very neglected by owners. Mattresses are terrible. It was like sleeping directly on the box springs. Absolutely will not ever stay in this condo ever again. And will not recommend anyone to stay there. I was very tempted to leave as soon as we got there.
