Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. Great vacation spot

We came for a sports tournament. Check in was easy, great communication. It looked exactly as listed. We loved being so close to beach. The kids enjoyed pool so much. Cant wait to come again.

Always a Great Time

We go down with a lot of friends every year and have a Great Time being so close to each other so we can eat together and play games at night.I gave the general condition a 4 because the toilet runs in the 2nd bedroom bathroom, which can be easily fix and the 2nd bedroom needs a curtain over the door to the balcony.

We’re a guy’s golf trip (50’s and 60’s) so we don’t have a lot of kitchen/appliance needs; however, we did have everything we need. The satellite TV worked and had a great sports package. The restrooms/showers were clean and in great working order. We will be back.

Carpet in family room very dirty. No vacuum if u wanted to vacuum up crumbs.Unit not in good location garbage truck woke us up every morning furniture had stains and sofa very uncomfortable be aware pictures are deceiving. Deck off back facing parking lot and trash container. Pick a different unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If this had been my first time to stay at Sandpiper I wouldn't have been back. The unit was dirty when we arrived. It was cleaned at our request but the fact remains it was very dirty. The knobs on the stove burners were all detached and when you used the stove you had to guess at what temperature you were trying to cook on. I turned on the garbage disposal and it made a horrible noise. When I checked it had a plastic bag full of metal sinkers in it. There was no TV in the bedroom and we enjoy being able to lay in bed and watch the news at the end of the day. The sprayer in the kitchen was broken and the bottom cabinet drawer, someone was sent to fix it on the first day and when we came in that night there was a note on it not to try to open it. The sprayer nor the drawer were fixed during our week stay there. I have stayed in other units and been very happy this was not the case with 10B.

We're a little skeptical about 10b due to a few unfavorable reviews, but ended up being pleasantly surprised. It was a bit outdated compared to other units, but clean and cozy. The location by the elevator/stairs was very convenient. It became the gathering place for friends staying in other units. Staff was very sweet and welcoming.

Beds were not very comfy and dishes were few. The unit was so close to the elevator it was hard to sit out front. The sandpiper itself was fine just not this unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property and the managementcompany was great. The unit needs some "loving". The unit is very dated and doesn't even have a DVD player. The floors were dirty (feet would get black) and need to be scrubbed. Biggest problem was felling like the people upstairs were "stomping" on our heads. I understand this is a middle unit, but we couldn't sleep it was so bad. I would recommend this property, but not this unit and get a unit on the 3rd floor.

Takes forever for the burners to heat up, but the oven is way too hot (burnt supper on 200) but if you look past the unit the location is great. Would stay at Sandpiper again, but at a different unit

Great Hangout spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MY friends and I stayed here for Hangout Fest in late May, and we were pleasantly surprised at how perfect the condo was. It was a 20 minute walk to the festival, but convenience stores and such were located close-by.
