Esta hermosa casa de tres habitaciones lo pone a poca distancia de todo lo que Pacific City tiene para ofrecer: ¡camine hasta la playa, la ciudad y Pelican Brewery! Coastal getaway

This was a great spot for our family of 4, including 2 kids (8 & 10). Easy walk to Pelican Brewery, Stimulus coffee shop, surf shop, tide pools, and dune. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after a busy day of exploring. The house itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Great family friendly beach house

Two families stayed for a weekend getaway and we had a blast. Plenty to do at the house and the surroundings. The beach is unbelievably picturesque. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect stay for a beach vacation

We loved every part of our stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect and offered quick access to both the beach and the forest. We hope to come again soon!

Great beach trip!

Absolutely loved the house and location! Played a lot of foosball and had some great camp fires. The bikes were great on the trail behind the house. Loved being a short walk to the beach!

Beautiful, well-appointed home

Great location, backing up on a preserve and walking distance to the beach. Home was clean, in good shape, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Thank you for the garage full of games and beach toys!

Great location for a friends gathering.

Great place to get together and enjoy the town of Pacific a city! We got to walk to most of the local hot spots and enjoyed the backyard trail to a beautiful view of haystack rock. The fire pit and hot tub were a bonus. I slept a like a baby on the comfy bed!

Perfect location, well stocked, clean!

We enjoyed everything about this house. The location was great, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It was very clean and VERY well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for our family. Loads of extra blankets and pillows for comfort. Games to play, hot tub and grill worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect; loved the hidden pathway to lovely views & photo ops at the top(of the hike) of the big rock”. A hot tub after a day of surfing & Boogie boarding was luxurious extra. Ping pong action for the 12 yr old- didn’t have enough time to use the bikes. Great spot & loved the fire pit for roasting S’mores.

Great house in great location

This house was perfect for our family of 6! Here is what we loved... plenty of sleeping space, games for the kids in the garage, the hot tub, s'more making using the fire pit, the trail behind the house that led to a beautiful view of the ocean, well stocked kitchen and closests with extras of everything, even a fan!! (I forgot mine!) and overall private and roomy enough to feel comfy and at home! The location was perfect! We explored Tillamook and Lincoln City and it was in walking distance to the beach! We loved it and will definitely sray again!!

Very nice and clean

Had a lovely time at the property. We visited during a massive rain storm, and the hot tub out back was perfect to warm up during it. We loved the trail directly behind the property—great for morning walks. Guests should be aware that the parking policy is strictly enforced! Neighbors will call the property management company if they see more than three cars nearby.

Overall was very nice

Only issue that we had was bed frame in one of the bedrooms was a little wobbly and probably should be replaced. Was not really an issue though. Soccer table takes up quite a bit of room in third bedroom. Hard to tell from photos

Weekend getaway with a few hiccups

To start with - I think 5:00 Pm is a very late check in time - made for a rushed evening of getting unpacked, dinner started and little people settled. The house was mostly as pictured, the living room sofa had a number of stains that did not look welcoming to sit on. The dishwasher did not work and dishes had to be washed by hand. There was a burner on the stove that didn’t work - making only 1 large burner available. The hot tub was a big selling point of the house and unfortunately it looked really murky like it hadn’t been serviced in some time. The tv in the loft area where we had told our kids they could watch movies did not produce any sound ... so no movies. The location was nice and the beach was gorgeous

No working wi-fi the entire trip, washer broken

During our entire stay we had no working Wi-Fi or laundry on our trip even though those amenities were promised at the time of our purchase. I was told someone from Maintenance would come over Friday night to fix the washer and the Wi-Fi. I was never given a time. So instead of going out to dinner which was our original plan we stayed back to be available for the person. They never showed. (Not an ideal way to spend a vacation). I spent most of my trip trying to reach the property manager to see when these things would be fixed. If we would have known these things were not provided (especially Wi-Fi) we would not have booked this house. We had people in our group who needed wifi to work and one lady who was trying to get In touch with her doctor to arrange some upcoming medical tests. Not to mention, one of the beds was broken and was very unstable making sleep difficult. (The legs were broken and the bed felt like it would collapse at any point). Also, if you are looking for something a little remote and quiet, this location is not a good fit. The house is really close to other houses, and if they have loud guests that stay up really late at night and outside partying you will hear them. Which we had experienced. The maintenance person finally came but the Wi-Fi router was locked in the closet and he had no key to get in. Honestly no one wants to spend their vacation reaching out and waiting for maintenance. We are not difficult people but having to constantly check in to see when these things would be fixed made this trip unenjoyable. In my many experiences renting places I have never experienced anything like this. A real let down and heavily overpriced for what we paid for. I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful adventure

This house was amazing! Perfect location to explore wooded trails, close to downtown, close to the beach, incredible amenities, perfectly appointed, hot tub was fantastic and the fire pit was a lot of fun - I could go on and on with the superlatives. We loved riding the bikes and stayed entertained with games and puzzles. Comfy beds and everything was really clean. Would stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great family home

Very nice home, great for children of all ages! Neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much! We did find a broken glass in the dishwasher ran during our stay. We do not know why it broke but could not find the form to complete the report. Our Apologies for that!
