Condominio de planta baja con vista al mar de dos habitaciones y dos baños, ideal para familias, junto a la piscina. Bueno para caminar, windsurf, kitesurf frentes de playa de este complejo de condominios frente al mar en el norte de Cordoba. Un par de minutos de Kamaole Beach, una de las grandes playas de la costa sur soleado. Aire acondicionado en el salón y dormitorios. características de este edificio de apartamentos incluyen una cocina completa y lavadora / secadora en la unidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales y también hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Conexión de alta velocidad a Internet WI-FI PLUS.

Great location, unit needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Maui Sunset, 2nd time with Kumulani, 1st in this unit. Unit was dirty, dusty and moldy. We were there in August 2022 and the unit was in bad need of a deep clean and a paint job wouldn't hurt. Some new furniture inside and out wouldn't hurt either - master bed, living room furniture and patio furniture.WIFI instructions were wrong, office couldn't help had to wait around for tech to figure it out. Washer would only fill about 3 inches of water, called office, said they would send repair guy, nada. Not sure how cleaners get the unit ready for next renters.Maui Sunset is awesome, the grounds don't have the same wow factor as our first visit 8 years ago but still great area and would go back again in a heart beat!

Extend your living space

We chose a ground floor unit, and it did not disappoint. There's so much going on the beautiful grass area just outside the door. The unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were two bathrooms which is super for a family plus updated showers. The unit itself is comfortable but not updated. It was fine for us, but just letting others know that might need or want that feature. One other note is regarding the pull-out couch bed, our kids chose to use an air mattress verses the pull out, the mattress was really thin. We were thankful for air conditioning (that worked well) and there were snorkels, beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. Our stay was full of Aloha, and we look forward to returning soon.

Maui Sunset 121B April 2021

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed in various condos at the Maui Sunset for 18 years, this condo was not up to the usual standards. The refrigerator would emit a loud noise periodically up to a half hour. Enough noise to wake us up in the middle of the night. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes even though we rinsed them first. Some of the dishes and eating utensils were in the drawers and cupboards dirty when we arrived. The towels in the bathrooms were frayed and after our first week we went to change the sheets on the twin beds and the ones in the closet were blood stained. There was a dirty diaper under the bed in the master bedroom when we arrived. The eating utensils were very cheap and no two matched which would not have been a problem if they were even of medium quality. The glassware was limited, 2 highball glasses and four tall glasses, none matching for 4 people. On the plus side, beds were comfortable, living room furniture was also comfortable. Limited drawer and table space in master bedroom.

Being a first floor unit it gives easy access to walk to the beach, or other facility locations. The Condo has everything to make this a comfortable stay at Maui Sunset. We have been staying at Maui Sunset for over 20 years and love the location and the grounds. Outdated and overpriced

Reviewer Comments: The apartment we rented was furnished with old, creaky, uncomfortable furniture, especially the beds. The bathrooms were dirty, there was someone’s else’s hair in the shower and a dirty sock in the sofa bed. The carpet smells moldy. One of the comforters was dirty so we had to wash them all to be on the safe side. For over $3000 a week we expected a more comfortable, updated apartment.

Maui Sunset - the perfect vacation!

Absolutely perfect location, beach front, beautiful property, quiet and convenient! The grounds are immaculate! We took advantage of the barbecues, exercise room and pool. The pool was closed 4 out of the 9 days we stayed and there was no mention of the closure on the website. We discovered the pool is closed for a week each year for maintenance and the dates are planned in advance-check with the actual property if you want to be sure to have the pool and hot tub available. (we were compensated for the closure-thank you!) The pool and hot tub are spectacular! The pool is in the sun (not shaded by buildings as many properties are) and are well maintained. The unit we stayed in (121B) was ground floor which we loved!! We had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were marginal at best.... sofa bed was pretty miserable :( Will definitely return to Maui Sunset

Great Stay in Kihei

We did stay in Maui Sunset 518A, not 121B, so please note that this review does not have any experience in that rental. However, Kumulani vacation rentals went above and beyond with our requests from the moment of booking this stay. 518A, also a two bedroom two bath, exceeded our exceptions with top floor views and the extras that were included in the condo. Thank you to Kumulani staff for making this a great vacation!

The location on the 1st floor near both ocean & pool was perfect for 2 of us who have trouble walking. Kihei is my favorite location & Maui Sunset was the 1st condo I stayed at in the mid 80s...haven't been back since 80s nit place is well maintained, now even has a beach thanks to the sunomi and the huge pool is just as I remembered!
