Condominio de lujo de una habitación y un baño con vista al mar en The Whaler. El condominio está en el piso 11 en la torre dos, ubicado uno frente al mar con fantásticas vistas al océano y está recién remodelado. Totalmente equipado, totalmente amueblado, con aire acondicionado, con cocina completa y muy limpio. Uno de los mejores condominios en The Whaler !! A poca distancia de tiendas y restaurantes. A pasos de la playa.

Room was clean but the decor needs a refresh. (wallpaper coming down, refrigerator was stained, bathroom fan too loud). Location was great. Our flight came in early and we went to check in and were told they have a strict 4 o’clock policy. They kept us waiting until 4:15. My son stayed in another unit and they hustled up and got him checked in at 2:00.

Excellent view on lanai of Kaanapali beach, Black Rock, and Moloka’i. Check in was quick. Kitchen was well stocked so we had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean. Vent fan in bathroom is a bit noisy. Overall, I highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful views! Great location with swimming right outside the building and shopping, restaurants, and Black Rock beach so close. Boogie boards and snorkeling equipment was also appreciated!

A very nice condo with a beautiful view. Carla responded quickly to questions and provided additional information to make our stay more enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Location location location

It is one of the best beaches in Hawaii and the location of the condo takes advantage of this. Everything you need for a week stay is provided including great starter kit for kitchen and bathrooms. Bed is comfortable, view is nice, AC works great and it is close to stores and restaurants. Would recommend.

Excellent view!

We loved this condo. We’ve stayed at the whaler a few times and this tower, facing the black rock is the best. You don’t get the sunset but you get shade all day long. For the sunset we would walk down the hall and go in the stairwell which is on the front of the building. Notes for the owner, the bathroom sink drain plug is doesn’t go up when the lever is pushed. No big deal and is an easy fix if you’re not aware of it. The bathtub/shower is super slick! It is probably time to upgrade the non slip coating. And finally the bed is due for a replacement. It dips at an angle to the head with your feet higher than your head. We remedied this by placing pillows underneath the top of the bed, so no big deal, just something I would consider replacing. These are all minor things and did not bum us out at all. I even tried to book it for Next spring break but it’s already booked!

Great Maui Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was amazing. The lanai was an awesome place to sit outside and enjoy breakfast while watching Kaanapali Beach wake up each morning. The beach is outstanding!

Will Return Again

The other reviews are accurate. The location, facilities and views are excellent. The property itself is gorgeous, the staff super friendly and welcoming. The unit was clean, plenty of clean towels. It had everything we needed. Views were perfect. You can see black rock and the ocean from the main room and the bedroom. The unit itself is a little dated, but we were good with that. We will be back.

Great stay at the Whaler!

We loved our stay in this unit at the Whaler, this was our first time in this condo, but second time at the Whaler. We love the location where we can walk to snorkeling at Black Rock, get coffee in the morning at Whaler's Village and then go look at the flamingos at the Westin, and be close to most things we wanted to do on the west side. The unit was very clean, and as some people mentioned, could use some updating, but overall the unit is great. And you can't beat the view! Waking up to Black Rock every morning was the absolute best. I will note for anyone in this unit, you can't see the sunset from the unit, you will need to go down to the beach. We loved it since we would pick up the chairs and then sit on the sand every night to enjoy the sunset. In my opinion, Tower 2 is better than Tower 1 based on the view alone. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Check in was really easy, we got right in at 3pm, the shopping carts in the underground parking made it really easy for us to take less trips to our room. The staff onsite were incredibly nice and had activities through the week.

Whaler Kaanapoli

Great location amazing view and sunsets the only negative was there were no beach chairs in the unit .They have them for Whaler guests on the beach for free but they run out early.I purchased 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella and left them in the unit hopefully they’ll be there when we come back.

Maui vacation

Very comfortable, fully stocked unit with stunning views of Black Rock, Molokai and the West Maui mountains. Enjoyed our morning coffee daily on the lanai watching whales and sometimes turtles too! Great location.

Great Value in a Fantastic Location

Great location with a commanding view from its large lanai on the 11th floor, near the water-end of tower 2. It's a north-facing unit which provides a great view of Black Rock & Moloka'i and shields you from any noise from Whaler's Village. North-facing also means lots of shade (at least in the winter) which could be a pro or a con depending on your preference. FYI ... the sun sets over the island of Lanai (at least in winter) and can not be seen from this unit, but the beach below is perfect for viewing sunsets. We never needed the AC during our Feb stay. Both the living room & bedroom have water views with lanai access. We had both sliders open the whole whole time and enjoyed the continuous surf serenade 24/7. While this 1bed/1bath unit could use some cosmetic updates, it was very clean and a great value for the price. Right on a great beach with its beach walk path connecting all the resorts, the convenience of Whaler's Village next door and an incredible spot for winter whale watching!

Best value condo

The view and location are amazing. We’re making plans to stay again…that is best compliment It’s not fancy nor upgraded, not everything was perfect but it’s Maui…. And view and location are worth it.

Loss of lahina

We only had three good days Because of the Lahaina fire we had no electricity, cell service or food for two days. Left the island on the fourth day We had looked for way to this trip for months God bless the Hawaiian people and there losses

Love the Whaler!

This is our 3rd time at The Whaler and always a fabulous vacation. The location is perfect - great beach with little crowding and so convenient to Whaler’s Village next door. The açaí bowls at Island Vintage Coffee are the best! The unit itself was perfect for the price, though slightly dated in some aspects (like carpeting). Communication was great!

Love The Whaler!

Stayed for a week and loved every minute. Some of the reviews for this unit mention that it needs upgrades, and while it could use a few, it is clean and nothing takes away from the awesome views and experience at the Whaler. We easily saw whales from the unit the whole week. The Whaler itself is a perfect combination of some nice services (towels, pool, beach chairs, etc.) without being too boujie for our style. Highly recommend!

Great view!

We typically stay in a studio but loved having extra space especially since we spent more time in the condo than normal due to the rain. We appreciated the hottub those cooler rainy days and it was so nice having such a great view of black rock and the ocean while having our morning coffee on the lanai. We stayed 2 weeks and were provided with most everything we needed for that time such as dish soap and garbage bags. We have stayed in other vrbo condos which lacked those necessities so appreciated that. Nice beach in front which we walked every day and Whalers Village next door were convenient for shopping and eating out. Had a wonderful stay 😊

Amazing View

This condo has a nice floor plan and is very well equipped. Owner was extremely accommodating when our flight off the island was cancelled. We were so lucky to reach her and to be able to rent for another night.
