Este condominio floridiano recientemente renovado cuenta con un tema de Key West en todo. La cocina, la sala de estar y los dos baños tienen azulejos, mientras que los 2 dormitorios tienen moqueta. Los baños y la cocina totalmente equipada tienen gabinetes nuevos con encimeras de granito. El salón tiene muebles nuevos con TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y estéreo. La unidad tendrá capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas individuales en el dormitorio de invitados y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Ambas habitaciones tienen mucho espacio de almacenamiento con 2 armarios grandes y 2 vestidores en el dormitorio principal, y un gran armario y una cómoda en el dormitorio de invitados. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD. La unidad tiene su propia lavadora y secadora, y los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar tienen ventiladores de techo. Desde el balcón, puede disfrutar de una hermosa vista tanto del océano como de la hermosa playa de Crescent. The only wish I have is that the owner purchase a new television that has a larger screen and is HD quality. I have visited several units and they all have updated televisions. If this is not addressed I will look for a different unit for my future visits.

Paradise at the door.

Incredibly close to beach which was perfect with children. It takes two minutes to run upstairs and grab those things you inevitably forget. Place was clean and there is a decent view of the beach from the balcony. We loved the fourth and fifth floor viewing decks at the back of the building. All the stores, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and restaurant/ bars are a two minute walk. Great location!

House of the Sun is a great place to stay in Siesta Key Our condo is spotless and fully functional 😊 The front desk/management is efficient and welcoming We arrived early and they were so accommodating They called us when our condo was ready which was 2 hours before actual check in time 😊 Thanks for a wonderful week!

April 2016 Stay

We loved our first stay at House of the Sun, hopefully not the last!! Our daughter and son in law and two grandchildren were with us! All of us loved the ocean, condo, restaurants, environment and activities! We had the nicest vacation!
