Disfrute de la amplia sala de estar con comodidades como el nuevo televisor LCD con pantalla plana, DVD / VCR y el nuevo sillón reclinable de cuero y un sofá cama. Inesperadamente, el dormitorio principal incluye una cama king size, tocador, televisor de pantalla plana y armarios generosos. El segundo dormitorio, también con TV, incluye dos camas individuales. Esta unidad espaciosa ofrece un amplio espacio para invitados, incluidos dos baños completos, así como habitaciones para dormir y cenar para seis personas. The Beach Attendant a good upgrade to everyone just setting up chairs wherever on the beach. This Attendant is a good upgrade.Felt safe and secure while on House of the Sun property.Highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed sitting under the palm trees and having a more expansive view of the ocean and the beautiful beach. Condo clean and fresh and great to have laundry facilities in the unit. Turtles resturant quite lovely, free trolley rides to the village and back, and the Crystal sand sculpting fabulous. Relaxed and well satisfied. Detwilders farm mkt on CLARK Road great destination for quite an expansive produce selection, fresh meats and fish, sandwiches and bakery superb! Most relaxing three week vacation ever in the thirty something years we've been coming to Siesta Key beach!

Great room horrible bed sheets

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic time. This is was out 15th year at house of the sun. The apt was very nice and it had everything you might need. The view is not that good to be honest and the bed sheets are horrible!!!! They felt like sand paper to all 4 of us. The comforter in the master in my opinion should be changed to a quilt like the other rooms. Also, the water was either HOT or warm but we couldn’t get cold water in the shower. Hopefully the bedspread and sheets will get an upgrade because we would definitely like to book that same apt.

If there are any issues, the staff takes care of them almost immediately. They are professional, but very personable and easy to work with. My favorite vacation spot.

A Great Place To Vacation

Management provided great service. 211 only had one issue the mattress in the master bedroom was very lumpy. I love the new process for the beach chairs and umberellas. Only complaint was the children at the pool, early teen boys. Disrespctful and running and jumping in the pool. They broke every rule you have posted. I blame their parents. All said we love House of the Sun.

We pay ALOT of money to stay there and to have to pay extra for chairs is really disappointing. It seems that it is all about making more money. There were plenty of extra empty chairs even during a busy spring break week. I have been staying at house of the sun for 15 years and I will probably find a different condo due to this chair situation. Absolutely ridiculous!

We love the house of sun

I feel this property is perfect for our family. My parents are in their 80's and no steps really helps. Location with shopping and eateries is just perfect. I didn't know we could get things like a blow dryer at the office, but it worked out ok. There were no beach chairs, or beach towels either. We managed. I feel bad throwing away extra trash bags, coffee, dish soap and some condiments, but I guess with the pandemic, its understandable. again, we love our stay I hope there's some changes in early arrival due to flights so that we can at least sit at the pool while waiting for our condo. or go to the reck room. The young ladie in the office was very nice, she just was following the house rules. again, we have stayed here for years, and that wont change... sincerely cindy stone

Hi Cindy: Thank you for your review we appreciate the feedback. We try to keep enough for each unit to have two chairs. As a back-up there is a service on the beach for chair and cabana rentals as well. Unfortunately, no matter how many chairs we have on the beach there are never enough, especially during peak times. We keep a donation box in the office for a local food bank that you can leave items for donation. Unfortunately, since our property is secured access and everything is linked to the key fob, beach and pool access is not available until the unit is ready and we provide your keys. We provide your bed and bath linens, but unfortunately do not have the capacity to maintain and keep beach towels for all the units. In fact both Allison and Justin appear downright rude. People are paying a lot of money to stay at House of the Sun and it would be nice if we were greeted in a friendly professional manner. Hallways and outside stairway were dirty. Checkout should be 11:00 not 10:00.

Best location

We had a wonderful time here at the House of the Sun, the unit 211 is very nice and spacious. the manager is very helpful, we has a few thinks that needed attention and they were immediately resolved. We recommend the place. J & J
