Vacation bliss

I loved the set up of the cottage. Plenty of room to move around without feeling like you are on top of each other. Check in process was easy and the location was in a cute little neighborhood setting with a short walk to the beach

The LaBonte Family Vacation

We enjoy staying at this property. Quick walk to the beach. Having the washer/ dryer is a nice amenity. Also nice having a gas grill & large deck to hang out on.

We loved our stay at this hidden gem with a 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for our extended family and friends visiting from all points of NE. Thanks for having us and making our week a memorable one - especially for our grandson's 1st overnight family beach adventure! He especially loved the outdoor shower and enclosed backyard. Nice Family Place

Very nice property and an easy walk to the beach. No problems at all. The cottage was very clean and just as advertised. The owner was readily available if we needed anything. We had a great stay!

Great week!

We enjoyed our stay in York.. The house is im a great location. It is very close to the beach (walkable) and in a quiet neighborhood. The place has a very nice yard and deck. There is plenty of space inside and it is well equipped. We hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It worked well for 6 adults. Very clean, with many amenities, such as an outside shower, washer/ dryer & we loved the large deck!

5 Haskell Way stay

Perfect location to the section of beach we like.Clear info and rules of property.Very quiet neighborhood.Washer and dryer a plus.All the tools needed to keep house clean are on site.Would rent again.

Amazing place to make memories!!

We had the most amazing time at this magical spot. We had our 15 year old triplets with us and they made memories that will last forever. Everything about this house was perfect, from the back yard, the spotless house, the dead end road, the short beautiful walk to the beach, the spacious bedrooms & there was always a beautiful breeze. We would Absolutely recommend this property to all of our friends and would love to stay there again.

Very clean, more spacious than the images suggest, very comfortable and quiet surroundings, very well furnished and equipped. Great location, very short walk to the best section of the "family"-oriented portion of Long Sands. Ralph and Susan have a 10-star gem here; we loved it! (our 4th year here)!! Great location

Very short walk to the beach. The cottage is well equipped with range, fridge, high end washer and dryer and good WIFI connection. The TV room is super with kids. The deck with table and the outdoor shower are great. For a family of 6, the flatware and dinnerware was minimal. Bedding and furniture are clean even if very used. Overall , we had a great week in York.

Roomy house, great location

We were 3 adults and 4 tweens traveling. The house was dated but perfect for our group. It was a short walk to Long Sands, Sand & Surf restaurant for food or just ice cream, and the Anchorage where the rest of our group stayed. The bonus little sunroom at the back of the house with an extra TV was used a lot by the kids. The bedrooms are small but adequate. The kitchen is well stocked. The yard is big and private with an outdoor shower. We used the deck a lot at night. There is a small covered entryway that worked so well to keep our shoes and sandy beach gear out of the house but also out of the rain at night. Great property and awesome Long Sands location.

The Perfect Spot

We had a Fantastic Time. The property was very clean and only a short walk to Long Sands Beach. This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed our week here. The Owner takes very good care of this place. I Give it 5 Stars.

Great vacation spot

Property is great. Location is fantastic and working with Ralph was incredibly easy. I highly recommend this property for folks with young kids. It's a quick walk to the beach and far enough away from the main road where the noise is minimal. Thanks Ralph!

Great location and price

Tidy cottage. Great yard. Location can’t be beat. Wish the sleeping situation were a bit more comfy. Neighborhood is wonderfully quiet for a vacation spot; Mostly families which is really nice. I love York and would recommend this rental.

Location Location!!!

Lovely stay at this nicely taken care of home. Best part was the very short walk to Long Sands Beach. We could easily walk back to the house for lunch, nap for 2 year old, and bathroom. Ralph was great and responded to our questions. Only critique is that the four bedrooms are small but the rest of the house is spacious. Loved the sunny sitting room at the back of the house and shady back yard.
