1. The Community POC office requires guests to be registered. The form will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
2. Parking for 5 cars.
3. Registration includes access to the Trash Compactor.
4. Renters have to buy access passes for amenities. They can be purchased at the POC office for $10/per day/per person. Amenity passes may not be available on certain dates, or due to weather conditions.
You will have access to the entire house except the garage. 5 cars parking space on the driveway.
You will have access to all community amenities and must show a guest pass to access them. Access is restricted on some major holidays. Rest of the days, There is an $10** per person, per day fee for access to community amenities.
**Kindly note, the amenities may close due to inclement weather. The charges for amenities are governed by the management office and may change.

Our chalet sits on a quiet, wooded lot, surrounded by towering trees that provide both shade and a sense of seclusion. The first thing our guests notice is the expansive deck, which we designed with relaxation in mind. It’s the perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book, or just soaking in the sounds of nature. We’ve furnished it with comfortable seating and a large dining table, so whether you’re planning a family dinner or a romantic evening, you’ll have the perfect setting.

One of the features we’re most proud of is the fire pit, tucked away in a clearing surrounded by trees. On clear nights, it’s the perfect place to gather with loved ones, roast marshmallows, and share stories under a canopy of stars. Bring with you everything you need for a cozy evening—plenty of firewood, and blankets. We’ve stocked our chalet with few board games for when the conversation lulls.
Inside, the chalet is a blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We’ve preserved the natural wood accents and added cozy touches like a wood-burning fireplace and soft, inviting furniture. The open floor plan allows the light to flood in, and every window offers a view of the trees, making you feel like you’re truly immersed in nature.
