Ubicado en el segundo piso de dos dormitorios esta vista al mar villa es un alojamiento de vacaciones ideal que puede alojar hasta seis personas con una cama de matrimonio, dos camas individuales y un sofá-cama.

Nuestra villa tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, así como una lavadora / secadora para su conveniencia. Hacer de este su hogar lejos del hogar, donde podrá relajarse sin embargo, permanecer conectados a la realidad con nuestra conexión inalámbrica a Internet y llamadas locales gratuitas. Ofrecemos a nuestros clientes servicio de limpieza diario, excepto los domingos y festivos. Para su entretenimiento de la televisión por cable se ofrece en la sala principal y en el dormitorio principal.

Disfrutar de la compañía de sus seres queridos, mientras que mira hacia fuera en el mar Caribe desde su patio privado cubierto, tomar un baño en una de las dos piscinas o participar en un corto paseo de la famosa Playa de Siete Millas Mundial.

It is close to many restaurants that are within walking distance. The beach directly in front of the condo is large and has plenty of umbrellas and chairs. June 2018 Stay

We loved our condo. It was very clean, equipped with all the necessities and a great location. The property and pools were also well maintained. We enjoyed water activities just a few steps from the condo as Red Sail was right next door. Beach was beautiful and always had umbrellas and chairs available no matter what time of day. Would definitely stay again.

Best vacation ever!

This is our second time staying at the Regal Beach Club. Both times we stayed everything was absolutely perfect. We were a little concerned this last time because the beach is almost completely gone but it did not affect our kids at all. We still had so much fun enjoying the water. We will definitely be coming back for years to come.

Relaxing

Our family had a very relaxing and enjoyable time in the Grand Caymans. Our condo was very clean and well maintained. We liked the daily maid service. The beds were a tab bit uncomfortable. I think newer beds are needed.

Fantastic Condo

We stayed for ten days in April. Upon arrival, we greeted the managerial staff who were warm and welcoming. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen essentials we need for our stay. We found the condo to be very comfortable and enjoyed the property. The beach was small due to erosion, however, we still enjoyed the beach. The water was amazing and the sunset every night was such a treat. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend Regal Beach..

Nice property on the beach with two pools.

Two bedroom unit with twin beds and a king. Twin beds were very narrow. King bed was good. Could use a refresh as space is abit dated. Lighting could be improved but otherwise comfortable.

The water heater was not supplying warm/hot water and as soon as the office was notified, a brand new water heater was installed. Maid service and maintenance service is outstanding. I do recommend that a new coffee machine be supplied. I will return to Regal Beach and the same unit again. I truly enjoyed my vacation and Cayman Villas is the best company to help you find a great rental on the island.

This Property should NOT BE RENTED while renovations in the unit below are going on

The first 3 days were good - the check-in was easy, the unit was well appointed and clean. However, Sunday evening a note was slipped under the door indicating that the unit below would begin renovations at 8:00 AM the following day...the jackhammering of tile off the floor in the unit below, made it impossible to stay in the unit until after the work was completed each day. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT THROUGH THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2022

Hi Dan, Thank you for your review of Regal Beach 221, and we are sorry about the construction that started at 9am, in the unit downstairs the day before you left. I do hope the refund we gave you, plus the late check out time on your day of departure, helped make up for the inconvenience of the noise on your last day. This is unfortunate and we do sincerely apologise, but the jack-hammering is all completed and it is now all quite downstairs, as the new tiles are being laid. In a complex like Regal Beach it is difficult for owners to do renovations without inconveniencing the neighbours, but the upgrades have to get done. Strata rules state that work can only be done Mon-Fri from 9am to 4pm. Kind regards, The Cayman Villas Team

Great Location, Well Priced and Nice Ocean View!

We stayed for a week at Regal Beach. The unit was a little dated but nicely decorated and had a lovely ocean view. It had all of the kitchen supplies we needed as well as a washer and dryer. The master bed needs a new mattress, as does the hide a bed couch. Until the pull out bed gets a new mattress I would not recommend anyone sleep on it, so maximum 4 guests for the unit. Our contract had daily cleaning but we only had our unit cleaned once in 7 days. When the staff ask if you need anything, you must specifically ask them to clean the unit or it will not be done. We figured this out on day 6! We did ask for fresh towels daily. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the tennis court and used it frequently for tennis, pickleball and basketball.

We are aware of the mattress on the pullout couch and that is going to be replaced once it arrives on island. You were provided with maid service during your stay, but not on Sundays and Public Holidays, so not on Sunday 31 Dec and Monday 1 January. The maids did go in on the other 3 days of your stay and did what we call a 'hotel type' maid service - they do not do personal laundry or dishes, but they sweep and mop, make the beds, clean the bathrooms and kitchen and wipe down all the surfaces and replace the towels.
