Ubicado en Price Street, Southern Charm ha sido completamente renovado con todas las comodidades modernas, manteniendo los pisos de pino originales. Los detalles arquitectónicos únicos, incluidos los altos techos de 12 pies con molduras de corona ornamentadas, crean una sala de estar y comedor iluminados y abiertos, anclados por la chimenea original de dos lados. El primero de los dos dormitorios en planta alta tiene una cama king size y baño privado. Everything was exactly as listed. We loved the area. Very walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and squares. We enjoyed our girls vacation in Savannah!!

Very clean and modern decor. Walkable to many squares and restaurants. Love the historic building. Our only issue was the constant loud construction noise on two homes next to us. The machinery, hammering and yelling went until 6:30 pm every day. They also took up a lot of street parking. Not the fault of the rental, but not relaxing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our youngest was graduating and we needed space for our family of five, as well as excess space for some of her belongings after moving her out of her apartment nearby. It really worked well. Great space and location. My only nit was one window in master BR wouldn’t close completely so road noise was annoying to me as a light sleeper. Also, the cable tv package is bare bones. You can’t access most channels like ESPN, TNT or TBS for sports that would be accessible at almost any hotel.

Beautiful home that’s great for getting your steps in

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Savannah. It was on a quiet street and had plenty of room to fit our family. The few cons: 20-minute walk to most attractions, some things were not in the best condition (door was ziptied, furniture broken in places, cobwebs and dust, etc.) and a cockroach in the home upon arrival. Nothing major that made it unsafe or made us uncomfortable enough to not stay.

Comforts of Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's nothing better than staying away from home and not needing to do without anything. This is the most comfortable place I've stayed in that the living room has enough seating as did the kitchen. The sleeping accommodations gave us several options while all the beds were very comfortable as was the bedding. This is home looked clean, felt clean, and was inspected when we arrived. The management company is pleasant and friendly, while still providing professional customer service. They were able to provide us with an early check-in and late check-out without much notice (for a fee of course which was well worth it). Location was perfect for both walking and driving. We did Uber a few times which was easy and inexpensive. We enjoyed a variety of foods that were all delicious in their own way, without feeling like we ate too much or not enough. My best meal was lunch at The Pink House, the service and friendliness was top-notch. Dinner at Vic's on the River, best short ribs and view the river. Savannah for Morons Comedy Trolley Tour was something we stumbled upon and so glad we did! Those 90 minutes went way too quick, great entertainment. Lots of shopping, which we didn't do much of, hopefully next time.

Wedding week stay!!!

We came 4/9/25 ansd 2 members of family stayed, then alone a day, then 2 other family different members stayed 2 days. then alone again 2 nights. We felt safe and comfortable. Very spacious especially when just the 2 of us! Many thanks. Will recommend. My niece and family on 511 Broughton close by and also enjoyed and had a carriage house. Much gratitude!!!

Charming, cozy and clean!

We loved our stay at Southern Charm! The pictures don’t do this space justice. So charming and comfortable, with nice touches like a sound machine and charging station at your bedside. Excellent location in this great walking city, we were able to park our rental car and walk everywhere. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Savannah for a long weekend to celebrate our friend's 77th birthday. The Southern Charm house was just what we needed. It had great space for all of us, a nice living room space to hang out, and enough bathrooms to get ready. One minor note - the twin bed room and one of the two upstairs bedrooms shares a closet and is separated by a sliding barn door - wasn't a big deal for us, but not tremendously private in case that's important to others. The house was an easy walk (through beautiful squares) to most everything in Savannah! We did rent a larger SUV and were able to find street parking easily just down the block. Texting with Lucky Savannah was super convenient and they handled all of our requests quickly and kindly.

Nice place!

It was great but maybe have instructions on how to use the TV and at least try to get the ice and snow off the steps so it’s not dangerous. We had to chip the ice off with a knife.

Great rental

Location was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots and pans and a great coffee maker!

On the Edge of Historical District

Kitchen was well stocked and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient within walking distance to many of the squares. Like most of the historical properties, it has lots of steps. Parking space is small.

Jones Savannah Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was Ideal for downtown Savannah. Loved the Old Historical Home. I will say I was disappointed in a few things: TV Remotes upstairs were missing batteries. The "cable" TV was very limited in channels. I would not consider this Cable. There was a very limited # of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The Sound machines had no cord, so unable to use. I messaged the Property management company and received no response during our stay. The Couches and Chairs were uncomfortable for a Vacation Home.

Wish we had a better experience

We stayed the weekend a huge hurricane, Helene, impacted the West Coast of Florida, Georgia, and NC. We were all from the Tampa area and one came from Atlanta. We asked to have our weekend altered by a day and we were told no and we asked to reschedule and were told no. Meanwhile, one guest had 18 in of water in her house while she was in Savannah because we couldn't cancel. Then while in the house, there was the town tornado warning going off and a very windy night. We wish the property manager was more flexible with our trip. Also, upon opening the door the place has a musty/moldy/old smell. We all had to come home and wash our clothes they smelt so bad. Overall, not the best experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Southern Charm was the perfect homeaway from home for my family of four. We were within walking distance to many restraunts, sights and shops. We were worried about the parking but our suburban was able to fit fit behind the house. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was good. I can't comment on the kitchen as we did not really cook.

What a treat! A gorgeous historic home, tastefully furnished with modern touches. Great access to everything that Savannah offers with easy walking to the downtown historic district
