The outdoor space is the highlight: a stunning 3,000-square-foot multi-level deck designed for comfort, relaxation, and effortless indoor-outdoor living. As soon as you arrive, you'r welcomed by the calming sound of a water fall flowing into a serene pond, surrounded by a rock garden filled with lush, exotic flowers. It's a peaceful, inviting entrance that instantly sets the tone.

The heated pool and hot tub are perfect for unwinding in the sun or enjoying a quiet evening to soak. Around the pool, eight comfortable lounge chairs are perfectly positioned for sunbathing and relaxing throughout the day. In one corner by the garden, theres a charming sitting area with a table and umbrella - the ideal spot for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or just taking in the surroundings. A large shaded sectional lounge nearby offers another comfortable space to unwind.

The upper deck features an elegant outdoor dining space and a large grill, perfect for al fresco meals and easy summer nights. Inside, the home has a bright, modern, open-concept design with a spacious living room and an airy upstairs layout that feels fresh and welcoming. The house was recently renovated, and each year we thoughtfully add a new features to elevate the experience even more.

Although it's only about a four-minute walk from the harbor, the lush bamboo, trees, and garden make the property feel completely private - a hidden retreat in the middle of everything. At night, the lighting truly brings the space to life. It brightly lights the garden, bamboo and creates a beautiful glow just above it, giving the property a striking, resort-like ambiance that feels both vibrant and serene. It's honestly one of my favorite parts of the house.

Think less "to-do list" and more "do nothing beautifully." That' exactly what this place was made for.
