The location was great for us. You could easily walk to Cruz Bay where most of the restaurants and shops are. Yet the property was very private and quiet and had a lovely sea view. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

This place is lovely, the location was close enough to all the restaurants and shopping but far enough away to feel secluded. The one bedroom had all the amenities and then some. From umbrellas when it rains to disposable cups for "roadies". One minor thing that was a small irritation was that both of the TV's would not connect to the wifi and if you selected the Dish input, every channel was pay per view. We let them know, and they called asking if the maintenance person could take a look while we were gone, but we never heard another thing about it and they still did not work. Not a deal breaker at all, just a nice to have especially after a full day of travel and just wanting to put your feet up and veg out for the evening.We would recommend this place to anyone, and especially to multiple families/friends wanting to vacation together but have their own spot.

Beautiful view

Loved our time at seashore allure. Amazing views, perfect location to walk to town. Condo was clean and beautiful. Stayed 2 weeks amd could have stayed longer. Dior was amazing getting us reservations and making sure that we had the perfect stay for my special birthday.

PERFECT COUPLE STAY

We had the perfect stay in STJ. Hybrid of a private villa and small hotel - full suite with kitchen and shared pool overlooking amazing ocean view. Dior was amazing and extremely easy to communicate with. Showed us everything we needed across whole island. Best part of place is the location - perfect 10 walk into town and you didn’t want to be any closer because of noise. Really perfect and we will be back!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This property has everything you need for a memorable stay in St. John. We stayed in Abalone, and it was everything it's advertised to be. The property in every corner is immaculate. Everything is provided, including a very generous welcome basket. One of the other great things is the proximity to all of the Cruz Bay restaurants. We walked to dinner every night. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful hidden gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet retreat within walking distance to town! Condo & views were amazing & the property manager kept track of our arrival & was waiting to greet us to show us directly to our unit. Welcome basket was truly appreciated & enjoyed! Everything you need to enjoy the beaches & your stay is provided. It was especially lovely to relax by pool after spending the days exploring & we loved the proximity to town & being able to walk to dinner! Thank you for a wonderful stay & the extra touches you provided to make it so special!

Great location near Cruz Bay and a well-equipped property with chairs and floats. We walked to town daily. We stayed in the Drupe room, which I highly recommend for the one-bedroom layout and view. Staff were welcoming, and overall the property is lovely.Our only issue arose when we had to unexpectedly extend our stay due to international conflict that grounded flights (Venezuela). Many travelers on the island, including us, had no other lodging options. Despite never leaving the property or our room, we were told we had to book a minimum five-day extension, rather than extending day by day while waiting on flights. While this might be paradise, daily flights and airlines gouging prices were detrimental. Of the five extra nights we were required to book, we only stayed three in order to return to our children and jobs as soon as flights resumed. We requested a refund for the two unused nights. We also met another couple at the pool who had been allowed to extend their stay by just one day two days earlier, which made the policy feel inconsistently applied.After multiple emails and texts, we were issued a one-day credit to be used within the year, which was not realistic. A simple goodwill refund would have earned a five-star review and strong recommendations. Unfortunately, we left feeling taken advantage of during a stressful situation.

Hi! Thank you for your ind review, however unfortunately, a lot of this is just not true. We never told you that you HAD to book a minimum 5-night stay. You were scheduled to check-out and leave the property and the owners granted you the opportunity to make an additional reservation and have the luxury of remaining in the same unit. As you mentioned, there were others stuck on island who also needed an additional reservation, but due to the fact that you were now considered a return guest, they gave you 1st priority while turning away tons of other guest to prioritise you. . Your original reservation request was for 8 days, then it decreased to 7 and then 5. We explained the night minimum (that was decreased due to the circumstances) that all guest were subject to. When explained you HAPPILY agreed and we made the additional reservation under those terms that you agreed to. I'm sure that if you shared at that time that you were unhappy with the arrangement, other arrangements could have been made but happily agreeing the generous terms and then thereafter requesting a refund with threats of a bad review just isn't fair and quite cruel. Nonetheless, we are thankful for and enjoyed your time spent here with us and glad to know that you enjoyed your time in return. We wish the best. God bless.

We had an amazing week! The location was perfect and close to all the restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised to find coolers, beach chairs and beach towels! The unit was very clean and well stocked with anything you would ever need. They provided a welcome basket with snacks which was great when we first arrived. Communication was easy and everyone was quick to respond to any questions about the island we might have. We travel A LOT and St. John has taken the number one spot for our favorite destinations. If you love to snorkel the trip to Watermelon Cay is worth it. We really loved Francis Bay and Cinnamon Bay, plenty of space, great snorkeling. Trunk Bay is beautiful, Maho Bay… well, that was our least favorite, but we did see a couple turtles which made the trip worth it. Honeymoon Beach (we took trolley from Caneel Bay Resort) had the most beautiful sand and water and really great snorkeling to the left.

Beautiful property

The property was right on a pebble beach and we would listen to the waves crash on the beach every morning and evening. It was hard to justify going out to dinner we had the best seats on the island. The unit was well appointed and had everything from a blender , coffee maker, full kitchen, beach towels, and even a Nutra Bullet. Bedroom was very comfortable and the spa tub and shower beautiful. The unit even came with beach chairs and a cooler. Lee was awesome in the office and helped with dinner reservations. Can’t wait till next year to go back!

VI National Park Getaway

We loved Sea Shore Allure. Property is right by the ocean. We could hear the waves in our villa. Beautiful pool area with grills, kitchen, TV, and hot tubs. Lots of floats, etc. available to use at pool and beach. Your villa has two large coolers and chairs for your usage. Plenty of ice available in your villa or from ice machine at the pool. Villa was very comfortable. Bed was great as well as the shower. Welcome basket and drinks in refrigerator to welcome you. The unit is well stocked with everything you need and more. There is washing machines and dryers and detergent to use. We rented a car and chose to drive over to Cruz Bay. You can park at the National Park visitor lot. You could also walk. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Fabulous retreat!

The property was beautiful, and the view couldn't have been more spectacular. It's the closest we've ever been to the water, and the pool felt like a private pool each time we were in it. The condo was lovely with a lot of amenities that made it easily feel like a home away from home.

Hidden gem, great access, perfect spot.

We had a perfect corner 1 br condo with perfect views, a short walk from all the great bars and restaurants of Cruz Bay. Each morning over coffee on the patio we'd see the car ferry arrive as the island came to life. When we closed the doors it was total silence. The property is beautifully laid out, clean pool and very clean common area taken care of by Delbert and Delrise who were always on site and accessible. JaMee helped us with reservations and excursions and also the best advice to rent a Jeep. It's really necessary to see all the island has to enjoy. If there was anything negative it would be the lack of hot water for showers. Hopefully that was temporary. The pool and outdoor half bath made up for it while there. Other bonus was well provisioned treats, on site laundry and use of snorkeling gear. We really enjoyed our time Sea Shore Allure!

Beautiful!

This property is one of the most well thought out and beautiful place we've stayed. The attention to detail in both the construction and maintenance make it a great place to stay. But, the real jewel of this property are the people. Delrise and Delbert take great pride in this property as you can see when you are here. They are unobtrusive but available if you need them. We have had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Seashore Allure. Thank you Delrise for helping make this a wonderful and memorable vacation.

We believe in building legacies that will benefit others as our elders provided for us. Sea Shore Allure is that special place that represents all that we believe in and want for our island visitors. We also believe in giving back to our community by investing in our island and providing opportunities for the up and coming. We are well-known in the community as we are active participants in the economy of St. John, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Come, pull up a lounge chair and stay for a while. The proximity of Sea Shore Allure's location to the town of Cruz Bay was one of the main factors in our decision to build our luxury boutique resort property in this spot. With one, two and 3 bedroom units all available we tailor to your personal or group accommodation needs. You can walk into town through old Cruz Bay, or you may quickly drive there, where there is access to shopping and dining venues. We like the closeness to the VI National Park, the Audobon Society's Wildlife Refuge area, and even our island's public tennis courts. And, then of course, there is the fact that we are right on the water!
