Great time!

Our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 teens) fit well in this property. Conveniently located to 7 Springs and the shuttle made travel back and forth so easy! Even though there was not much snow, our skiers and snowboarders had a great time! Would definitely come back to this house.

Nice space for bigger group

Was a good space for 4 adults, two older teens, and one pre teen kid. Could easily have had another two people staying with no issue. The only minor issue is that the wf-fi was weak to one of the bedroom, which meant streaming content (poor cell there too) could not be viewed in that one place. Would definitely stay again.

Good location!

Our family skis - so this condo was conveniently located. Shuttle service to and from 7 Springs was very helpful as well. Condo was clean and the on line pictures accurately reflect how it looks. It is "vertical" and requires traversing several sets of steps to get to the living room and bedrooms. The loft bunk bedroom has a very steep ladder (which is fine for kids and teens) but may be difficult for adults with any orthopedic issues.

Exceeded expectations

We stayed at this property for a weekend ski trip and it was such a perfect fit for a group of 10 (but it could comfortably fit more). The house was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, including ample paper products and soaps and a fully stocked kitchen with all types of gadgets (coffee maker, blender, waffle maker) and plenty of cups/mugs/plates/pots/pans to go around. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for everyone. Donna was super responsive to any question we had and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rent one of her properties again.

Fine Place

Positives first! Donna is a great owner!! House was very well stocked. Everything and anything we needed was there. From soap, towels, spices, etc. Great! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen is great! However, when we first walked in I thought the place smelled like cat pee. It wasn't, it was mold and mildew. The place is dark and damp (despite all of the attempts to have out damp rid around the condo. ) The condo is actually smaller than I thought. It was hard for all of us to sit together. We did spend time on the deck which was great. All it all, it was fine.

I’m glad you enjoyed the property and all of the numerous amenities (to name just a few: our comfy beds, large deck and the great fully equipped kitchen). We take great pride in providing a great property so the musty odor was a surprise since we have had renters all summer with no problems or odors reported to me. My cleaners inspected the foyer area carefully and discovered the musty odor was created when one of our previous guests totally closed down several of the a/c vents on the first floor and the a/c was turned up too high, a combination which prevented air to circulate properly. I was glad to hear that when you lowered the a/c, the issue was resolved. Our cleaners opened all the closed vents and deep cleaned the foyer and first floor as an added measure. We have had several groups stay since your visit and we are happy to report the mystery of the musty smell has been resolved and the smell is gone.

Winter Break Family Get Away

We could not have asked for a better experience! Renting from Donna was EXCELLENT from the moment we made our reservation to the time we checked out. The property was amazing! It had everything we needed and more! Donna was so quick to respond if we had a question, and truly we never needed to leave and get a thing. Her rentals had 100% of whatever we would need plus! Cannot wait to rent from her again. It was a great experience by all.

Spacious townhouse at Seven Springs

Spacious townhouse that comfortably fit our party of 12 which included 6 kids. The large kitchen, deck and sunken living room were our favorite parts. The backyard was very pretty to look out on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dated but clean. TVs with cable in all of the bedrooms would be ideal. The grill was rusted and rotted on the inside and would not light, which was unexpected and a little disappointing as we thought we would use it but just did all our cooking inside instead. The owner was friendly and responded to all of my emails which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful summer COVID getaway!

The place was spacious, had everything we needed, and was very conveniently located to the golf course. The pool is within walking distance, and so is a nice hike. And, the drive to the other Seven Springs activities is <5 minutes. Beds were very comfy and the puzzles and games were nice as well. Donna was readily available and responsive. I would definitely stay here again my next time in Seven Springs.

Great location for ski weekend

Our stay included eleven adults visiting for a ski weekend. The shuttle to 7 Springs was great. The property has everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room for everyone to sit in the living room. The view was nice and it was great to have 3 full baths. You may want to note that the bunk beds are on the third floor and there was basically a built in ladder to get to that floor. However, there was a full bath on that floor as well. The host was responsive and easy to get ahold of. I would recommend this property to others.

Our group of 8 had a great time! Location was very convenient to the slopes and the shuttle runs frequently. House had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. House was just as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner was very nice and whole process was easy. We had a great time.

Nice and Convenient!

The place is nice and roomy. The condo and kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of space and it is very convenient to get down to the slopes. A shuttle comes frequently to take you to 7 Springs or you can drive a short distance. Everything you need for a nice ski weekend.

We had 4 adults and 5 young kids - the place was plenty big enough for all of us. The house is very well stocked and the owner is super nice and great at communication. Loved the shuttle - it really makes a difference with 9 people going back and forth to the lodge. The house is a bit dated inside, but we expected that from the pictures. Overall, had a great time.

Nice location. Great pool area. Roomy townhouse but very dated except for the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The loft area was very hot even with the fan on.

We are continuing to update without losing the “mountain house in the woods feeling”. We also have installed a stand alone a/c unit for the loft for summer use and it’s resolved the problem!
