Esta villa de Beach Arbor es una de las remodelaciones con más gusto hasta ahora. Esta villa cuenta con todos los pisos nuevos en todo, así como muebles nuevos. La planta baja se abre a un relajante comedor justo al lado de la cocina recientemente renovada. El salón es luminoso y espacioso, permitiendo la entrada de abundante luz natural. Los muebles del salón son modernos y elegantes. Un medio baño en la planta baja y un balcón completan el primer nivel.

Arriba, cuenta con 2 habitaciones Queen cada una con su propio baño completo. Cada baño ha sido cuidadosamente actualizado y ofrece un ambiente limpio y brillante. Las camas de cada habitación cuentan con colchones nuevos y los muebles de las habitaciones también son nuevos. El maestro también cuenta con otro balcón con asientos al aire libre.

Beach Arbor es una comunidad pequeña con un área de patio central muy agradable y una piscina comunitaria agradable. In town for the RBC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove in from Atlanta late afternoon, got to the location and really had to use the bathroom, no toilet paper in the downstairs bathroom! Unloading we brought our own coffee, there were no craft for the coffee maker to be found! Did send a note to the management, and later the day they brought us a NEW coffee machine! Thank you for that. We had already purchased some coffee pods for the Keurig from the Piggly Wiggly.

Family stopover

Stayed here for a few days on a drive up the east coast. Great little place and fantastic location for all the action. Bike being included was a super inclusion as you can bike to anywhere you need to. Only small things I’d hope owners think about changing/adding: no beach towels provided, only one laundry box provided (needed two do one large load), only one dishwasher tab, pillows and mattress for sleeper sofa were not great. These are small but not fun to think about when on vacations. All that said would stay again in the future.

Wonderful, dreamy stay at Hilton Head!

We had the best time at this condo in Hilton Head! The planning process was super smooth thanks to the responsiveness of the host. This was our first time going on vacation with our dog, and I was grateful that the host was so accommodating to our doggy, who also loved his stay! The check in process was smooth and we found the condo in immaculate, clean condition. The kitchen is a bit dated, but it was a great space for cooking and prepping meals. We loved the balconies and relaxing vibe of the place - and what a location! We did daily walks with our dog to the beach, which is only about 10-12 min away walking. There’s also a beautiful park nearby with a playground and green space. By day 2 we were already talking about our next time visiting, so that’s a win!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Quiet, charming space for our family. Would recommend investing in some nice pillows for bedding as masters were very lumpy. Nice touch to have rental bikes and chairs for the beach. Unit could use another small sofa in living area as the couch and chair did not accommodate our family of six for evening entertainment. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Incredible All Around

Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay in HHI and our first time at this location, and I am positive this will be our first choice when we return. 11 Beach Arbor was absolutely perfect in every way. The location was so close to everything we wanted including the shops at Coligny and Celebration Park. Not to mention the beach and all the great restaurants. the communication was phenomenal from the hosts. The condo was clean, well appointed amenities and extremely comfortable. My wife loved the oversized chair in the window and I loved the reclining sofa. I really enjoyed my coffee on the balcony and we even say there and watched the rain storms we encountered. We booked for 7 nights and loved it so much we wrote the owner and asked for an additional night. They were super accommodating with that. We enjoyed the beach, fireworks at shelter cove, the turtle talk, and shopping in Coligny. We also loved the pirates excursion in Harbor town. Best restaurants were the Crazy Crab, Frosty Frog, Sandbar and Captain Woodys!

Great Location, Quiet and Clean!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient for riding bikes to the beach and walking to Southern Coney for breakfast (highly recommend). The pool was small but quiet and clean and we basically had it all to ourselves. Having the bikes there and ready to use was really great. Shower tip: there is a button on the handle of the shower head that you need to push for better water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rental company was very responsive when we needed sheets for the twin pull out. They delivered them within 20 minutes of us messaging. The condo is very clean and nicely updated. Our only note to the owner would be to check the drainage of the primary bathroom sink, the stopper has to be held up in order to drain the sink. It would also be wonderful to have more comfortable seating on the porch but we still spent time out there and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We loved breakfast at Southern Coney, went there twice. Our dinner at The Smokehouse was a highlight. Dinner at Thai Smile was the best Thai food we have ever had. We rode bikes to the beach and coffee shop nearby. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
