Alquiler privada de playa

Condominio bien mantenido en pequeña y exclusiva comunidad de playa. Este es el lugar perfecto si estás con la familia, amigos o buscan una escapada romántica. Nuestro primer hogar piso para siete con un gran dormitorio principal y el baño, y dos dormitorios adicionales y un baño de invitados. Es espacioso y limpio. Hay fundas de colchones, mantas, edredones y almohadas en cada cama. Usted debe traer sus propias sábanas y toallas o asegurarlos a través de alquiler de ropa.
Con sólo una unidad de al lado y ventanas en tres lados se puede disfrutar de la privacidad y de verano brisa flotando a través.
Asegúrese de explorar la playa, que ofrece piscina fantástica con la marea alta y pisos preciosa playa de arena durante la marea baja que le permite caminar aproximadamente una milla y explorar las piscinas de marea y bancos de arena.
Las canchas de tenis, una piscina y una bañera de hidromasaje en el recinto. Los terrenos también tienen una terraza con vista a la playa, ideal para observar la puesta de sol y una pequeña biblioteca donde puedes escuchar el surf mientras te sientas y lees.
Nuestro período de alquiler es de domingo a domingo.

We had another lovely stay at Brewster on the Cape this year.The Brewer property added to the positive experience by being clean, comfortable and spacious. Pat Brewer is helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is in a quiet community with many amenities ,including a private Bay beach. The view from the landing overlooking the beach is one of our favorite spots. We look forward to a future stay at the Brewer property. Thanks Brian and Pat

Excellent option in Brewster

This property was clean and well-kept. The location is great as it is walking distance to the beach and a close to drive to The Brewster Store. My family enjoyed using the community heated pool and hot tub.

We had a marvelous stay on the Brewster Flats. Pat was so helpful, and kind when I asked many questions! Everything was provided- it was exceptionally clean, and a perfect spot for our family. Beautiful Brewster

Great spot in Brewster close to the beach

My wife, toddler and I spent a wonderful week at Pat’s home around July 4th. Spacious, well-located and well-equipped. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful, private beach as well as the nicely maintained pool. Pat was responsive, a great communicator and a wonderful host. Would love to stay again!

Another wonderful stay!!

This was our third summer staying at the property and it was as fantastic as ever. The condo is beautiful, clean and well-appointed. It is conveniently located between the beach (which is never crowded!) and the pool. The sunsets are unmatched and the low tide is amazing for little kids. Our trip there is always the highlight of our summer and we would love to stay again!

Third year back and won’t be our last! This condo is perfect for our family and right in the heart of our happiest Brewster vacation memories. The condo is spacious, super-clean, and well-appointed. It’s also an excellent bonus to have access to the pool facilities and private beach!

Perfection!

This was the second year we’ve stayed at the property and it is simply wonderful! The home is beautiful and as a family with young children the location is perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, and surrounding Brewster restaurants. Great stay right by the beach in a gorgeous community

My family just returned from a week in Sears Point and we absolutely loved our stay. The unit is spacious with great amenities, including a gorgeous kitchen and master bath. The Sears Point property is beautifully maintained. The beach is a short walk away. Many days, we were the only family on it. All in all we highly recommend this unit and can't wait to return.

Great Family Vacation Home

Beautiful clean home that is centrally located to both the pool and the beach, just minutes away. Modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Large bedroom with plenty of closet space and storage. Was able to fit a porta-crib in the room with 2 beds no problem. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. Great dining table for our family game nights. Hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

This property exceeded our expectations!! The condo is beautiful with updated bathrooms and kitchen and anything needed for an enjoyable stay. We are a family with two young children and the fact that it is on one floor was a huge plus! The beach and pool are both very close to the property and were never crowded. The Brewster flats are perfect for young children and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend this property and we are hoping to come back next year!

Brewster Hideaway

This property is absolutely amazing! The complex is very quiet but yet walkable to things to do in Brewster like the general store and Brewster scoop. Only a few minute walk to both the pool and beach which were both well maintained and not overly busy given the time of year. The beach and the nightly sunsets are stunning! We are already trying to figure out how and when we can come back next year. Thank you Pat and Phil that is an awesome spot - 5 stars all the way!!!

Fantastic

This was the second year we stayed here! The home is much nicer then the pictures show! Beautiful area, quiet, yet close to everything. Three minutes to walk to your own beach, or short drive to beach! We watched the seals playing in the water every day! Pat gets right back to you with any and all questions!

Beauty by the bay

This house was a beautiful property. Very spacious and cozy, with gorgeous kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Unfortunately we didn’t have the best weather during the week so we spend a lot of time in the living room and around the dining room table playing games. We all had enough room to stretch out and had a very nice time walking around the complex. It was amazing to go and watch the sunset on the few nights that wasn’t overcast. Definitely would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for close proximity to the bay and a clean and spacious house.

Happy Return

On our return visit we were so pleased to find everything we enjoyed previously, the clean,comfortable,well equipped property in a quiet community. There was also the convenience of everything being on one level. The scenic short walk to a private Cape Cod Bay beach is so appealing. Add to all this that communicating with the Brewers is so easy and friendly. The location in Brewster, our favorite Cape location , is also such a positive feature, with excellent restaurants nearby,as well as the Cape Rail Trail for biking , other beaches and ponds and good proximity to other favorite towns such as Dennis and Chatham. We highly recommend staying at the Brewers

We spent many years on the Cape with our parents and grandparents when we were children. We have continued this tradition with our now grown children, who call the Cape their Touch Stone.

We have spent decades exploring the Cape and Brewster is our favorite town. It has retained the feel of "old Cape Cod" with its historic buildings and winding lanes. With easy access to historic route 6-A and US route 6, there is easy access to many activities and opportunities.
