Esta casa es diferente a cualquier otro! Desde el acogedor y moderno interior de las amplias vistas, panorámicas del Océano Atlántico en el porche, esta casa es uno de una clase! Situado en un tranquilo barrio al lado de Queen de la carretera en Rainbow Bay, Ajuste de Latitud está a minutos de una de las muchas playas de la isla de Eleuthera y unos 4 minutos a pie de la deliciosa Rainbow Inn Restaurante y Bar!

Ajuste de la latitud se completó en 2015. El, de techo alto, de planta abierta moderna sala de estar y la cocina cuenta con hermosas vistas del Océano Atlántico. La cocina es impresionante - con encimeras de cuarzo, una isla con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente y nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El salón tiene una sección cómoda y dos sillas para sentarse. Un televisor de pantalla plana y chimenea eléctrica LED (calor o sin calor) están montados en la pared.

Disfrutar de una vista al mar desde cualquier habitación acogedora - ambos con camas de matrimonio, muy cómodo colchón de espuma de memoria y alfombras de lujo para los pies descalzos!

La casa tiene capacidad para 4 personas (pero hasta 5 personas) para dormir. Cuenta con un 2 camas de matrimonio y una sección.

Desde la pared de corcho detrás de los dos lavabos a la ducha - con un cabezal de ducha de lluvia colgando de madera flotante que se encuentra en una playa local, el baño no puede ser mejor!

Un lugar perfecto para una escapada romántica para dos!

Everything was top notch. Thoughtfully built house, great location, comfortable mattress, and the resident cat “Pickles” was the cherry on top. Great hosts who were easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Enchanting Eleuthera!

Latitude Adjustment was the perfect home base for our family of four to spend a magical week exploring Eleuthera! The property owner couldn't have been kinder or more helpful - we had to rebook our trip last minute from March to June due to flight cancellations and she was so accommodating. This home has everything you need - including beach gear - and is centrally located for beach hopping! We enjoyed many of the local beaches and restaurants - great suggestions are included in the beach book and house binder. Thank you for sharing this special place with our family!

Beautiful views!

The property was in a great location and has amazing views of the Atlantic! It had a wonderfully stocked kitchen (spices, rice, oil…) which made cooking very easy! The only weird thing is the doors to the bathroom are sliding barn style doors that don’t close all the way. So there’s no privacy when using the bathroom. Other than that everything is perfect!

Perfect Stay in Rainbow Bay!

We had a wonderful visit to the beautiful island of Eleuthera! We enjoyed looking out onto the ocean each morning as we sipped our coffee relaxing in the hammocks! This home was very well equipped and centrally located. We would definitely recommend this property!!

One word - this place is awesome!

The property is just as listed. Clean and cozy inside, comfy and relaxing outside. 20 min from GHB airport and centrally located so we drove from top of island down to ocean hole in the south. Speaking of driving, large suv is a must. Roads are sometimes just rocks that you drive over in a path like a Jeep commercial. Home had everything you need. I wish I had known how much food supply would be in the house. No need to go to grocery until after you assess what prior guest may have left. We left over a hundred bucks in butter, syrup, pasta, Turkey, cheese, rice, beer, etc. I hope the next guests get to use it! The rainbow inn pizza place is great and is open every day for lunch and dinner. Their sign says Monday and Thursday but that is old. You do not need snorkel gear as there are two full sets with water shoes, and a third set they had a mask that needs a clip but easy fix that we did with a rubberband. Swings on the porch are great place for an early dinner beer. There is a bug bite issue on the island, so bring off or spray. I would also not leave doors open at house for breeze because of bugs. Nothing about this property...the bugs are all over island right after sun goes down. A little off and you will be fine. Tv has Netflix account set up for movies and some games to play as well. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you need. Plenty of extra bed linens if you are using the couch for a bed. Kathleen was in constant contact and emailed back any time I had a question. If we ever go back (we like to explore new places) we would definitely look to see if this place is available first. Awesome time!

A Picturesque Family Christmas!

We stayed here over Christmas 2019 with our family of four. A beautiful gem of a VRBO, with every appointment you could ever need for a stay on the island. It's in a secluded section of the middle of the island, but great for exploring both north and south. Very modern yet comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with any little extras you might ever need! Breezy porch looks out on the Atlantic and is exactly as amazing as you see in the photos! Thanks for making our Christmas a true blessing

Paradise in Eleuthera!

My wife, my daughter, and I stayed at Latitude Adjustment for nine days, and it was perfect for us. We loved the location. On our two previous trips to the island, we stayed farther south, so we used this opportunity to explore the northern part of the island. The house is really nice, and we were really comfortable staying here. The porch was fabulous - we watched the sunrise every morning, and we'd sit out there again every evening. The house was really well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs, the umbrella, and the cooler. The owner was super responsive to our questions, and she gave us lots of helpful suggestions about restaurants, beaches, and grocery shopping. We would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended.

This is the only place to stay when visiting Eleuthera!

Amazing hosts and killer accommodations! Sweet views all day of the Atlantic and I spent ever afternoon playing my ukelele while staring at the ocean. Everything inside the home is very nice, there's even extra of soap, towels, sunscreen, and deet for the no-see-ums (they are everywhere in the Carribean)

Absolutely Perfect!

Latitude Adjustment is the perfect place to relax and truly escape. The house is exactly as advertised. Very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. We really enjoyed our time on the porch in the hammocks overlooking the Atlantic. The sounds of the waves and the nice breeze flowing through the house at night was really lovely. The nightly visit from the very shy little orange and white neighborhood cat on the back porch was one of the highlights of our evening. The beach chairs, beach bag, beach towels and many other beach items were a huge plus. We spent everyday visiting a different beach on the island and were very comfortable using the beach gear that was available. We cooked most nights and there were lots of spices, some condiments and plenty of cookware to make us feel right at home. The bathroom in the home is beautiful with a really nice rain shower. Kathleen was very responsive to all of our questions before our arrival. We spend a great deal of time searching for the perfect rentals for our vacations. We are so pleased that we selected Latitude Adjustment and would recommend this property highly to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay and for sharing your home with us.

Modern home with perfect views!

What an amazing getaway. This house is simply beautiful. So much thought went in to the modern decor. Texture everywhere. House placement frames the view beautifully. The porch faces the Atlantic side and the view is basically just for looks. There is not a clear, user friendly path to get to the water and there is no beach access from the house. This home is definitely designed for one couple or a girls trip. Maybe a couple with one or two kiddos but only if you’re not planning anything romantic. All of the rooms are open to the center of the house and the doors are gorgeous sliding barn doors. Visually perfect, but not good for privacy. The house was spotless, items we needed were all provided, plenty of towels, soap, etc!! Could not have been more accommodating. The only negative would be to pay close attention to the “conserve water” instructions. We completely ran out of water the last day. We were leaving so it was fine but would have been a disaster if we were staying longer. We flushed the toilet, took showers, and washed our hands. No laundry, dishes or anything accesive. Our favorite spot was the hammock chairs on the porch. Would give anything to be back in them drinking coffee. We even made friends with an island kitty who loved the porch. We completely recommend this rental if you are planning a secluded, romantic getaway!!!

Great location and view, beautiful, clean home centrally located for exploring

We rent through VRBO often, this was our first trip to Eleuthera and we found that this house was in the perfect location - mid island - for exploring both the north and the south. We stayed for 2 weeks and the house has amazing views in a very quiet and peaceful location that included great breezes, we never needed air conditioning. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - we tend to eat our breakfast at the house and either pack a lunch or eat lunch at the house also with a few dinners so we did some cooking and always had what we needed. We liked that we could walk to Rainbow Inn (good food - pizza night!) or take a short drive to other great restaurants (Front Porch, Leo Rose). And you had your choice of many beaches close and far, we explored quite a few (house has great chairs and a small cooler!). We're also bird watchers and enjoyed spotting many of the local birds right around the house. And the hammocks on the porch - perfect location for breakfast, relaxing with a book, or afternoon cocktail. Kathleen, the homeowner, was extremely helpful with recommendations and answering questions. We like to stay in quiet, out of the way places and we really enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment.

Paradise perfected!

My husband and I visited this beautiful island for our 30 year anniversary. Latitude Adjustment was the perfect place to return to every day after exploring, snorkeling, eating, etc. The view was incredible. The home is absolutely fabulous and full of all of the extras (bikes, snorkel gear, coolers, chairs, beach umbrella, etc) that made for a fantastic vacation. Kathleen's suggestions for restaurants helped guide us everyday to find a delicious meal. And of course the beach book was our constant as we navigated. We were sad to leave and hope to return one day.

Clean, modern oceanview house that has all the essentials.

We had a wonderful stay at the Latitude Adjustment house. We are a family of 5 (me, my husband, 2 kids age 7 & 9, and my mother) who went from the hustle and bustle of Atlantis Resort to this fantastic, quiet house on Eleuthera. It had everything we needed (bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, coolers, pool noodles, bug spray, sunblock, pantry items) which made packing for this trip much easier. Our favorite part of the house were the hammocks on the covered porch- we spent many mornings and evenings here. Owner of the house had a binder full of information about the island with beach directions and restaurant suggestions- this was extremely helpful as many places were not marked! Remember to always bring the binder and beach book each time you get in your car- we used it everyday! The only suggestion for the house would be to get a step stool for indoor use. This house was made for taller folks (I am only 4’11” but even if I was taller, having step stools would make it easier for kids staying at the house)- the bathroom sink came up to my chest and I was not able to reach the towel rack for the shower- somewhat comedic! We remedied this by using a bucket to stand on.. All the doors in the house are barn door style- which are beautiful, but perhaps not ideal for bathrooms (no locks). Because we traveled with close family, it was not a big deal, but I can see how it may be uncomfortable if you did not know your travel partners well. Owner of the house answered all our questions in a timely fashion and there were notes around the house with pointers on how to use things- love that the owners are eco-minded... we could tell they love the outdoors and want to preserve it so others can enjoy it too! Perfect destination for a private getaway!

My husband and I stayed at Kathleen's beautiful home in March of 2018. We have stayed in the area before (Spanish Wells), however, this time with no kids! We were seeking a quite spot away from it all that offered privacy. This place checked off all the boxes! First off Kathleen is amazing, and dealt with our questions patiently, even during our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and offers everything you need to prepare meals. We brought along our cooler full of food, and rarely had to run to the store for extras. We lived on the hammocks...spent every morning enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the whales and cruise ships pass by, enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. The house is located in a remote area, so a car rental is needed, however, you can walk to the beautiful Rainbow Inn (HIGHLY recommend Pizza night!!). At night, this house transforms into a star gazing beauty! We truly enjoyed our stay. The house is spotless- beds are comfortable, showers awesome! This house was perfect for my husband and I. If you are looking for a place away from it all- highly recommend!

Beautifully designed, comfortable house overlooking the Atlantic

We had a wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment, and felt right at home in this comfortable, well designed space. Great sunrise views, and cooling breezes at night. The owner is very responsive and has fabulous caretakers on island, who helped sort out an initial power issue with the electrical company (their fault), and were super helpful on our departure day when the glass window bridge was closed due to storm surge. This was our first visit to Eleuthera and definitely won't be our last -- loved the beaches, the people, the peace and quiet. Loved having dinners in the fabulous kitchen and falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We didn't use the kayaks or the bikes, but enjoyed having beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, plenty of towels and a cooler to use for our picnic lunches. Latitude Adjustment has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Great oasis

We were two couples staying in the house. Quiet location, great views, beautiful house. Owner was extremely helpful, and gave a lot of useful information about interesting beaches and what to explore, and where to eat. Configuration of the house makes it a bit tight for two couples (bathroom connects to both bedroom) but would probably be perfect for a small family. But that is a small issue when compared to the positives about the house, the owner and the island. Thank you Kathleen!

Utter Relaxation!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with unbelievable views, Latitude Adjustment is it. The back porch with the hammock swings is where we spent most of our time watching the cruise ships sail by and admiring the colors of the ocean as well as seeing a Momma whale and her baby. The home is comfortable and beautiful with all the modern conveniences you'll need. I highly recommend Latitude Adjustment for your vacation home on Eleuthera!

Amazing House

My wife and I stayed for a week on the island and had the trip of a lifetime thanks to this home! The property has everything you need for exploring, relaxing, beach trips, or anything else on the island. We rented a car and went to a different beach everyday and never ran out of things to do in Eleuthera! Renting a car is a must if you want to get anywhere on the island because everything is pretty spread out. The house included basic ingredients for cooking any meals, two bicycles, two kayaks with paddles, two backpack coolers, a beach bag, multiple sets of snorkeling gear, beach towels, two beach chairs, a DVD player with many movies, and much more. We would definitely recommend bringing your own groceries if you plan on cooking (groceries on the island are very expensive and sometimes limited). The house was very clean and absolutely stunning on the inside, everything looks brand new. We only packed our clothes, food, toiletries and sunscreen and had no issues with the house. It has everything you need for a long stay. We ate at restaurants for three meals and cooked the rest of our meals in the house. The beach book in the house was very helpful to find stores, beaches, restaurants, and other places on the island; we took it everywhere we went. Kathleen was very helpful throughout our entire experience and replied very quickly to all of the questions we had before and during our stay. We recommend Pizza Night on Mondays at the Rainbow Inn, visiting Queen's Baths and the beach across the street from them, a day trip to Harbor Island, and exploring a new beach each day because there are plenty within driving distance! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and will stay here again if we return to Eleuthera.

We always knew we wanted a vacation home—but we also knew we didn’t want something overly “touristy” like some of the places we’d visited before. We were looking for somewhere peaceful, authentic, and a little off the beaten path.

After just one trip to Eleuthera, we knew we’d found it.

The island’s natural beauty, laid-back charm, and welcoming community captured our hearts instantly. It felt like home in a way we hadn’t expected—but deeply appreciated.
