SUNSHINE☀️ CASA HERMOSA FRENTE AL MAR

SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE es una cabaña mágica junto al mar, perfectamente situada que ofrece privacidad, tranquilidad y una magnífica vista panorámica del Caribe. Tienes la capacidad de ver el amanecer y el atardecer desde su gran cubierta. La cabaña está bellamente decorada y la gran terraza cuenta con un sofá, sillas, tumbonas y una encimera con taburetes perfectos para cenar al aire libre.

SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE se encuentra a 7, 5 millas al norte del aeropuerto Governors Harbour. La Master Suite ofrece una (cama king), sala de estar con futón queen y baño privado, el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos gemelos extra largos.

SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE ofrece hermosas vistas y, por la noche, tienes la oportunidad de ver un cielo lleno de estrellas y, si tienes suerte, ¡incluso puedes ver algunos disparos!

Hay un kayak oceánico ubicado en la cercana Rainbow Beach o en el patio de SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE, a su disposición. También tiene chalecos salvavidas para el kayak, tablas de surf y una hamaca (en la lavandería debajo de la cubierta) que se puede enganchar en el árbol junto al agua.

La casa está ubicada en Rainbow Bay, uno de los únicos asentamientos en la isla de Eleuthera que cuenta con una asociación de propietarios, que ofrece sombrillas de paja y mesas de picnic cerca de Rainbow Beach, así como una hermosa cancha de tenis junto al mar en el Caribe. Rainbow Inn es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos para tomar una bebida servida por Tawana, escuchar música en vivo y comer algo de su delicioso menú.

The place was nice but the air conditioner in the kitchen didn't work. The coffee maker was broken, had to buy a nice one. But over all it was really nice.

Sunshine house was perfect; it had everything one could need. Thank you Jennifer for a wonderful stay. It literally is a sunshine house as you can see the sunrise from one side of the deck and track its progress across the sky to the other side of the deck. Every room had its own fans and air conditioning that made life perfect. 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, lots of closet space…what more could you ask. The house is about a 3-minute drive to a wonderful grocery store that has everything one could need and the fully equipped kitchen made things very economical. Rainbow beach (another 3-minute drive) was our favorite beach on the island. Everything was so perfect we never needed to contact Jennifer. Perfect for a family of 4-6.

Sunshine House

The home and local Rainbow Bay Beach area were great. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful beach and views. The downside was not much choice for food/grocery/restaurants nearby. Most restaurants in the vicinity were closed, closed on Mondays or closed at 5-6pm. Grocery stores were poorly stocked and expensive, and restaurants always ran out of menu items. I cannot stress enough and recommend that you pack a checked bag (or two) of prepackaged food, such as frozen meat, coffee, snacks etc. Even paying $50 to check a bag will save you $$ in the long run. The A/C in main living room froze up on day two and did not cool properly and the tv did not work/no service.

Sunshine House was so much better in person. Spectacular views ! It’s a super quiet area. Great location for morning walks. Extremely clean beach cottage. Big plus having Starlink ! Easy communication with Jennifer and Lisa. The one recommendation would be Tommy Bahama Style Beach Chairs to use. We found a local company to rent some for our stay. We would absolutely stay at the Sunshine House again!!! D&J Brewster

Sunshine of my life!

The Sunshine house was an amazing base camp for our Christmas trip to Eleuthera. The location was the perfect distance from multiple beaches, stores, a handful of restaurants, and the sites. I can’t forget to mention the view, wow. The home itself was the perfect size for our family of five and having two bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, was a game changer. The kitchen allowed us to eat multiple meals at the house. Everything is expensive on the island so this helped our wallets. We used the kayak when the waves weren’t too bad and saw two beautiful sting rays. Jennifer was amazing as well. She was always responsive and answered my endless questions! She helped us find a private chef for Christmas Eve, made a ton of recommendations, and was an all around gracious host.

A delightful stay in this terrific house

Our stay at the Sunshine House could not have been better. This was our second visit to Eleuthera and our second stay at Sunshine House. It is located in a convenient area for exploring the central region of the Island. The house setting is fantastic; its south exposure offers panoramic views of the Caribbean with amazing sunrises and sunsets from the well-appointed deck and waterfront. The house is well-equipped, wonderfully decorated, and spotless, with very comfortable furnishings. The waterside location provides fairly easy access for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking and is a comfy spot for seaside morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The property description is very accurate. We are dreaming of our memorable time here and will plan on a future stay at the Sunshine House and in this beautiful area of Eleuthera.

wonderful modern, spacious but cozy seafront house

We were a family with two young adults and a couple friends. The house has two bedrooms with spacious closets and a separate large master suite with a spacious closet, a sofa and TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, there is even a good selection of spices. A toaster and coffee maker are available, as well as a kettle for tea water, which you heat on the stove. The house is surrounded by a large garden and a terrace and furnished with comfortable furniture. We would have liked to sit outside in the evenings, but unfortunately this is hardly possible due to mosquitoes. Under the terrace is a room with washing machine and dryer. Also swimming accessories can be found there, among other things. The entrance to the water next to the house is no problem when the waves are not too high, the water is about 2.50 m deep there. Once we had problems with the air conditioning, the contact to Jennifer was possible at any time, so she made sure that Lisa on site immediately took care of the repair. Jennifer was always available in advance, as well as during our stay and provided us with the necessary information. We can say we also fell in love with the house and the island, the people here are just great! We thank you for everything.

Really cute and clean !

The house was so cute, clean and nicely decorated. Nice balcony overlooking the water. The pics on the add pretty accurately depict the water. It is rocky and a little scary to think of entering the water there at first. During low tide when we could actually see the rock formation, we decided we would be ok entering there. If it is super windy and rough, it may be a little iffy. The "man made steps" were a good plan. We snorkeled there some and the ladder was useful getting out. We did encounter several smaller jellyfish. No stings though. Used the gas grill a couple of times. The back burner didn't work, but there were just 2 of us so we easily made it ok. The host was super reliable with communication and prompt. I feel like the price was fair for the stay. I did notice the fire extinguisher was not charged (Im a flight attendant and innately notice these things! I notified her and she said she would check into getting it charged. Not sure if that has happened or not. I would stay here again. The only thing that may make me want to go somewhere else is that I love to walk out of my door and be able to go for a stroll on a sandy beach in the mornings. There are sandy beaches close by, but you would need to take a short drive to get there. Rainbow Bay Beach was the closest and one of our favorites! We did have some issues with the no see ums and/or some sand fleas in the evenings while sitting on the deck. Really enjoyed the place all in all!

Perfect Getaway

Amazing views and perfect house for our family of five. Has all of the essentials that you could need or want. Close to lots of activities and restaurants. Rainbow beach is incredible. And the host could not be more wonderful. So grateful they’ve had the opportunity to stay.

Jump into the Ocean & Enjoy the Breeze

Jump into the ocean right from the house and snorkel some coral structures where you can see tropical fish. The location was ideal to explore all sides of the island. Our host was incredibly responsive and her local caretaker, Lisa, helped us out with a few needs during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

In April of 2012 our family took a vacation to Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys. Prior to our trip I began searching for properties in those areas of Florida. I realized after our vacation that Florida was a fun place to visit, but it did not have the privacy and tranquility that we were searching for. In early May 2012 a Google search for waterfront properties brought me to SUNSHIN☀️HOUSE in Eleuthera. I quickly booked a flight to the Bahamas, a destination I had never been. My husband was unable to join me, so I made the adventure on my own. Seeing the location of SUNSHINE☀️HOUSE for the first time, it was love at first sight. I knew it was the one! I entered the house through the single sliding door that has been replaced by a hurricane French door. The house was completely empty and needed a lot of updating and tlc, but it had very good bones. In the four days I spent on Eleuthera, I found our new home. I had only looked at one other house but knew SUNSHIN☀️HOUSE was the one for us. The most magical thing about this whole experience has been the many beautiful friends we have made.
