Villa Limone es una lujosa y espaciosa villa de 3 dormitorios situada en Coral Bay, con vistas al mar y a la montaña al lado de nuestra propiedad hermana una villa de 2 dormitorios ref 1960663. Perfecto para familias o parejas y está amueblado con un estándar muy alto, con muebles italianos importados. Ofrece amplias habitaciones de planta abierta. Hay un gran jardín privado con aparcamiento en el terreno, césped a la zona de patio delantero y extensa alrededor de la piscina a un lado con un montón de espacio para tomar el sol. La piscina se calienta a través de paneles solares en el techo que permite nadar casi todo el año. Hay una barbacoa de ladrillo para cenar al aire libre. Tiendas, restaurantes, bares, cibercafé y supermercado se encuentran a 5 minutos a pie, al igual que la mundialmente famosa playa de Coral, y una parada de autobús con servicio regular a Paphos y al parque acuático. somos dueños de otra propiedad de 3 camas en Villa Finikia a solo 400 m de distancia (cy1653), si necesita una segunda villa de 3 camas para su grupo y somos dueños de una hermosa villa de dos camas. Aire acondicionado está incluido en todas las habitaciones. Al hospedarse con nosotros, usted es elegible para descuentos en muchas atracciones turísticas y restaurantes.

Comfort and cleanliness

Two very uncomfortable sofas. One very hard and one which dipped in the middle. Cleanliness. There were cobwebs on the wall in main bedroom, and on the main light pendant. Front of dishwasher was grubby as was the fridge freezer

Great villa

Great villa. Beach a short walk and the main strip of restaurants not too far away, was in walking distance. The villa provided swimming towels which was very handy. Lisa provided details of local car hire company which was so easy and fast to pick up from airport, would recommend them. Lisa also arranged a room in a hotel on our last day as we had a late flight which was very handy. The beach was great, used the watersports and local scuba diving company, would recommend both. Would definitely stay again.

Villa was fantastic , all the things you would need for a holiday...home from home. Pool is great . Area is great ( hire a car from U2 and go and explore) Swimming with turtles Hire a boat. Too much to do in 2 weeks

Secluded property with a lovely ambience.

The garden in this property is really lovely and the pool and area outside the villa nice and secluded. The surroundings are pretty. A great place for a family holiday for which it is well equipped or for more mature couples to stay. Lovely beaches are a short walk away and restaurants and amenities relatively near and within easy walking distance. Although the strip in Coral Bay was shut for a complete road renovation a number of the restaurants were still accessible. The closure meant that buses and some of the traffic were diverted past the villa and therefore a little busier than would have been usual. The works are due to complete by end of May. Even with this unusual situation the villa was mostly quiet and traffic only noticeable at peak times during the week. We had a lovely time at Villa Limone and Felix and Lisa were accessible when needed for a gas change and another minor issue. The check in was seamless and the directions and assistance before arrival was very good. The welcome pack was handy and a kindly thought. We would definitely return.

Lovely Villa

Lovely villa in a fab location has everything you need for a home away from home. The villa is within easy reach of amenities, both walking and driving. Great communication with Lisa, who was quick to answer any questions we asked. Would also like to recommend U2 car hire.

Lovely villa and pool

We really enjoyed our time at this villa, the pool and grounds are lovely and give real privacy. Our two teenage boys were never out of the pool given the heat in August it was also great for them to take sanctuary in the spacious villa which has fans downstairs and aircon in each bedroom. Only one small disappointment was we felt the villa could have been cleaner on arrival but only a minor complaint. The airport taxi was organised by Lisa and they were great and we used them throughout our stay to go into Paphos and at times to Coral Bay as it was too hot to walk. We loved the villa and especially the pool a great holiday thank you.

Family holiday

We stayed at villa limone for 2 weeks in august. Really lovely villa, great location and exactly as described. Pool was cleaned x2 weekly and linen once a week. Great information file with plenty useful information on local restaurants etc and links for excursions.

Simply amazing!

Where do I start?!! From the moment of booking, Lisa and Felix could not have done more for us - from arranging taxis, arranging a hotel at the end of our stay, giving advice etc. On arrival we were greeted with a wonderful welcome pack which was a really thoughtful addition. The villa itself was perfect. The location was very quiet but really close to bars, restaurants, amenities and the beach. The pool was simply fabulous- a great size with sun all day. Everything inside the villa was great - everything you could wish for. I cannot recommend this highly enough 😊

Saddened at state of villa

Arriving at Villa Limone late at night, we were met with a very stale smell in villa and more cobwebs, spiders and dead flies than is normal. We decided to sleep on it and either move out following day or make do. Following day, realised feet stuck to sticky floors. Visited Philips’s bought lots of cleaning products and cleaned villa…even tops were thick with dust and hair balls, fluff etc under beds and units in bedrooms. The pool was supposed to be cleaned twice a week, but in reality Felix appeared each time we complained about mud in bottom of pool. After 4th visit I got a nasty text from him telling us not to contact again about the pool. My husband spent a large part of every day using net to clear pool, but obviously mud etc on bottom needed proper pool vac. We couldn’t get the tv to work, in the end Felix came round followed instructions on sheet which were clearly wrong. He then said oh yes these could have been written better. Kitchen, 2 casserole lids, no dishes, 3 saucepans box with about 15 lids in! When we mentioned it to Felix he said, oh yes, people break things or burn the saucepans and throw away. The blurb said Italian furniture,it was a mismatch of old furniture, dining room chairs broken to varying degrees. Electric light fittings in living room not fitted to ceiling properly. Front door sticks badly. Shutters, second bedroom one one of hinges missing shutter twisted when open and was accident waiting happen if remaining hinge gave way it would fa

Excellent winter sun break

We had a brilliant time here. The villa had everything we needed and when we needed some help from our hosts there were no difficulties in contacting them or getting help. I would always recommend staying in a villa managed by Lisa and Felix

Ruhig und sauber

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock. Dadurch konnten wir Balkontüre/Fenster geöffnetlassen. Küche komplett ausgestattet. Eigener Pool mit Solarheizung, die es aber im November nicht geschafft hat, ihn wirklich zu erwärmen. Alles in allem gut, wenn man Ruhe schätzt. Als Verbesserung könnten wir höchstens eine Überdachung des Terrassen-Essbereichs vorschlagen.

Beautiful villa

The villa was beautiful and the pool was fab. Lovely welcome pack for us upon arrival. We were delayed getting there and had an issue finding the villa in the dark (no thanks to Google maps!!!) but the hosts were very kind and helpful considering we woke them up at 2.30am! The villa itself was perfect, couldn't have asked for better. Loved that we could see the sea over the top of the other villas. The only issue we had was the road that the villa was on. It was quite noisy in the morning and throughout the day, on and off. Night time was fine but I had lots of quite early morning wake ups from the quad bikes and other traffic. There were also dogs somewhere nearby who were quite vocal. Not the fault of the villa though and unless you are a light sleeper you may not even hear anything. Overall we had the most fantastic time and none of us wanted to leave. Thank you!

The property is well presented and we really enjoyed are stay. For us walking to nearby beaches / restaurants was an advantage. The supermarket and shops are not far. The pool is a good size and everything was clean on arrival. Hosts were approachable if needed and the welcome pack really made the start easy going. We want to come back and we have stayed at various locations of this type around Europe before and this was really enjoyable also relaxing. Thank you. Regards D n S.

Fab Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa and were very impressed that it had everything that you could possibly need. The villa is located in a lovely quiet area, but within very easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. We particularly loved the privacy in the garden and the fantastic pool which we spent many happy hours in. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We booked this villa for a week in May, Villa was in a great location with nice pool and good A/C. Easy walking distance 15 minutes to main strip and not far from beach too Highly recommended

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

We came on honeymoon to Coral Bay in 2001, we had been looking to buy abroad for a couple of years and Coral Bay ticked all the boxes so on a mad impulse we bought a lump of mud! We then took delivery of our dream holiday home a year later, it was our holiday home until 2006 when we made the decision to up sticks and emigrate, no regrets!
The villa is a perfect location, being a larger fully enclosed plot, amazing blue flagged beaches, great restaurants, sun shines most days, its a peaceful location yet everything is in walking distance so you don't need a car unless you want to explore the island. What more could we want?
