La villa es muy privada, nadie puede entrar en el área de la parcela de la villa porque toda la parcela está rodeada por una valla de madera de 2 lados y la otra valla de hierro de 2 lados. La villa se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y está construida en una parcela de 4000m3. Cuenta con una piscina muy privada, un jardín, una casa de verano, un patio, vistas al mar, vistas panorámicas al mar, vistas interesantes, una barbacoa, muebles de jardín. Our host George is always very helpful and if anything goes wrong he is there to sort it out. The car is an extra bonus. We have stayed here 4 times over the years and the villa is within walking distance of Philippos supermarket and Neos Sports Bar and restaurant which is very good and has live music every week. The cost is very reasonable and the place clean so can recommend it.

We loved the privacy and the security of this villa, electric gates and electric shutters on all the windows. The car was a bonus but my husband only drives an automatic at home so it would have been nice if this was an option but we did use the car but didn't go too far. The views are amazing it was just so nice to sit and look at them for hours. The villa was spotless and there is everything you could need for a relaxing holiday, what would be really nice would be to have sky tv, there is a tv package that is English but I would willingly pay more for a sky tv package. All in all we had a relaxing holiday at villa Suzana, so much so we booked it again for next year while we were there. I must not forget to mention George what a lovely man, he brought us sweet treats and gifts when we left, any problems George is there in no time to sort things out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Suzana for a nice quiet relaxing holiday with plenty of extra activities for you to enjoy like the pool table, a swing, slide and seesaw for the kids and even a table tennis table. I think it will definitely be our go to place yearly in the future.

The villa was excellent in all respects for our stay. The pool is large and well cared for. The car included was an amazing bonus, and the villa location was perfect for our needs. We were amazed by the kindness and generosity of our hosts who went of their way to make us welcome and our stay enjoyable. We would definitely like to return as we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an ideal property for location, everything is easily accessible. The pool was stunning, the area around the pool could do with tidying up. Andreas was very helpful. The lighting in the bedrooms could be better and lacked mirrors.

Misleading location, this was our 3rd Coral Bay trip and is stated to be very close to the main strip which we wanted but in reality is 2km into the hills, away from everything except one bar/restaurant which has limited opening. That said the villa grounds are huge and has superb views over coral bay and surrounding hills which made for a relaxing holiday. The villa itself maybe once was luxury but I think now struggles with that label now due to non existant or patched up repairs. The pool table is broken and unusable from presumably people sitting on it bending the bed and detaching the cushions. The photos are well out of date and are not a true reflection of what is actually available/usable. The huge tv with ex-pat UK channels is good but the broadband not so good and doesn't stream very well, no DVD player and the stereo is an old FM/cassette playerThe local hosts were very friendly and we had lovely welcome and departure gifts left for us. The kitchen is well equipped and villa very clean however there was no instructions for wifi, bins, local emergency numbers etc that rentals normally have, this would have been helpful with peculiarities in some of the appliance operations.We didn't make use of the free car, round trip shuttles cost almost as much as renting a car from the airport so did that for convenience and also full cover insurance.In summary, necessary TLC could restore this to its former glory but has reasonable rates and we enjoyed it nonetheless.

Amazing Villa in fantastic location

This beautiful villa is set in a very quiet location and has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful stay ! Having the bonus of a free car to use and shops and restaurants only 3 minutes away , we would definitely book to stay there again. The owners are quick to respond and even stocked the fridge with food and drinks for our arrival and on our last day they visited with souvenirs from Cyprus - lovely place , lovely people - thank you for making our stay so wonderful ! Excellent Stay

If this was our main residence there would be a few changes. However as an holiday rental this was perfect. The coffee machine didn’t work and we notified Owner by VRBO message and within half an hour they supplied another. Can’t ask for more. The Owners are extremely helpful and very nice. Pool is excellent and everything clean and tidy. Would we stay again if coming to Cyprus? A definite YES

Lovely Villa for a Happy Holiday

Our stay at this villa was fabulous! The villa does need a little tlc but it had everything you need for a family break. The location is fab with a park just over the road for our little one and only a 3 minute drive from Coral Bay main strip. Evenings were fabulous on the veranda over looking coral bay and the other bays close by, you can see the fireworks from Phapos! We would go back and recommend to stay. I do recommend ant spray though.

Villa Suzanna is not a luxury villa. The description and details on VRBO need to be updated. The company rep who visited us was very helpful. I did report issues (below) to her regarding the villa, which she said would be sorted.Positives:Panoramic sea views from the pool area with sun all day - 10/10Coral Bay strip - 20 restaurants/bars. 5 min drive/35 min walk - 10/10Beaches - Clean & tidy. Lots of parking. 7 min drive/40 min walk - 8/10Philippo's supermarket - Everthing you need. 5 min drive/30 min walk - 10/10Private location - The nearest villa is 100 metres away - 8/10Free car with private drive - Only 3rd party insurance (fire and theft not included!)) - 6/10The villa's plug sockets are standard UK 3-pin.UK Freeview TV channels but poor WiFi (18Mbps). What needs attention:Wooden sun loungers, cushion coverings, swing, slide, see-saw and football net need replacing with new.Only one sun shade, the 2nd one is broken.Pool area and garden are shabby. Footwear required when walking around the pool due to coarse surface.The pool is vacuumed once a week and pH checked. Unfortunately, the pool has a green tide mark!If you decide to stay at the villa ask Andreas if someone can collect you from and drop you off at the airport. Peyia and the area around Coral Bay are beautiful. We will stay in this area again but in a different villa.

5 stars lovely villa clean with everything you need, great views of the mountains and sea very quiet and peaceful and convenient for supermarket and restaurants. Car was a great asset pathos and coral bay within easy travelling distance. Definitely returning to this villa. I also want to say a big thank you to George and the team for a fantastic holiday, they went out of their way to ensure a stress free and very enjoyable holiday experience thank you for the gifts.

Fantastic stay

We stayed here in August location is great and quite and not looked over at all. Its about a 5 min drive to the beach,having the car was a bonus as it was a very Aug . The villa is beautiful and the pool is Huge and not all 1 level my 6 year old could reach the floor for half the pool length. George and family was lovely very helpful and humble. We have a welcome pack of some drinks and food when we arrive and was picked up at the airport and given keys also dropped car or at airport. Car has aircon and aircon in all rooms in the property. Will definitely stay again. They was many things for my kids to a huge sandpit area swings slides seesaw ect. Fantastic holiday thank you George and family

Poor state of repair. Not luxurious as stated. Shower cubicle missing a door so you cant use it unless you wanted a flooded bathroom. Some blinds are broken, some shutters dont work and some bifold windows/doors are broken. Kitchen sink drain smells really bad. Infested with ants in kitchen and lounge area. Villa in a quiet peaceful area with lovely views. Lovely good sized pool which is cleaed regularly.

Great villa

The villa was excellent, although It cannot be called luxurious as some items required attention and/ or replacement. Looking beyond that the facilities were great , starting from, swimming pool, a pool in the living room giving our boys hours if fun , BBQ , relaxing areas and the all glazed over kitchen with fabulous views which means you felt connection with outside even ot the chilly weather. .The location is good a few minutes drive from beaches and shops , not,a walking distance though. The car is provided, we had a Hyundai i20 which was enough for our family but you need to get a taxi to and from the airport. The car is a must to see nice places and we explored a lot!. Lemons and orange trees in the garden were a nice addition , we drunk a lot of home made lemonade! The hosts were very accommodating and helpfully.Overall we had a fantastic stay would definitely recommend Thank you!!!!

Loved it.

The villa was great, location was fantastic, no noisey neighbours, lovely view of the hillside to the sea. We met george when checking in, he is very friendly and knowledgeable on the villa and area. The car was a great addition to the stay. We went to latchi for the day, paphos, ciral bay, peyia all over really. On the villa it was perfect for the 3 of us, the wall of bifold doors opened it up so youre inside and outside. The pool was great, cold but great the pool man pops in every few days. We ate out and cooked in the villa, and just relaxed. George very kindly dropped us back to the airport. And brought us some gifts, this was not expected but much appreciated. We like to have a clean and tidy place so we took care of the rubbish daily theres a municipality bin just up the road. Overall we loved it, will we go back.....YES.

Quiet and quirky!

This was our first visit to Cyprus, whilst the villa is in need of a little tlc, we felt very comfortable there. It was private, great swimming pool, gorgeous sea views from most windows, peaceful and had a great supermarket close by (Phillippos) which made self catering easy. Prior to arriving we received the address to give taxi from airport, but it didn’t take us anywhere near the villa! Thank fully the aerial photo that was sent was enough for taxi driver to find it! George was waiting for our arrival, showed us how to work things etc and said to contact them if any questions. We did on a couple of occasions and the response was prompt :) Overall, we loved our stay and were grateful to the little car for exploring and for being able to use it to return to the airport where George met us to take car and villa keys when we had finished. He is a credit to the Villa experience :)

The perfect break

This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed in one of Andreas’ properties and it’s won’t be the last. We have in fact stayed in this villa before, years ago before we had a child. You won’t find more attentive, accommodating hosts. They’re just so helpful and kind. George was brilliant as always; it’s so reassuring knowing you’ve got a contact on hand if you need any help. The villa is the perfect size for us. A double bed in one bedroom and 2 really big singles in the other. The pool is great and the property feels very secure thanks to the gates and also all the windows have electric, shop style shutters which makes it even safer. The location is spot on - you’re far away enough from the tourist trap (4 minutes in the car, if that) that you feel like you’re in the hills amongst the locals but close enough for the conveniences. I’d recommend venturing into Tala, Kathikas and Peyia for food if you want something a little different from ‘the strip’ where the prices are quite vastly inflated and the food, in our experience, isn’t as good. Absolutely recommend this villa and the hosts are fantastic ☺️

It was a great space

It is excellent value, the car makes it even better. The appliances are good, work well and are better quality than in many villas we have previously stayed in. However the dishwasher is a small worktop one that we never used. The bed we used was very comfortable although we did take a sheet from one of the single beds to add as the sheet on our double was a tad small. The bathroom does need some attention, no doubt about it, it works but could be better. Hot water was never an issue, it was just aesthetics and finish. The windows are a little unusual and in winter I feel would not perform as you would want but in summer/autumn not an issue. The grounds are shabby but the area you use is ok, likewise the pool was kept clean and fresh. The views are amazing, and not something you would get in many places, the sun set is beautiful and likewise sun comes round by 10 am in the morning. Overall it is really good value and George is amazing, on hand, nothing is too much trouble and it makes the property feel very homely in that any issues would be dealt with quickly. Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht

Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Der Ausblick auf die Landschaft und das Meer waren wunderschön. Der Pool war besonders groß, aber zu dieser Jahreszeit auch recht frisch. Das Schwimmen im Meer war super, das Meerwasser ist angenehm im Oktober. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter Andreas war vor Reisebeginn etwas schwierig, da er nicht auf die Nachrichten über fewo-direkt reagiert hat. Vor Ort war der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter George sehr unkompliziert. Er hat uns herzlich begrüßt und am Abreisetag sogar zum Flughafen begleitet. Auch haben wir Geschenke als Andenken an Zypern von ihm bekommen. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen, da George wirklich ein toller Gastgeber war. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten im Haus, jedoch ist es nicht wie angekündigt eine luxuriöse Villa. Für uns war das kein Problem, denn das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte. Aber das Haus sowie die Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fotos stimmen nicht mehr mit der Realität überein. Dies sollte man wissen, um nicht vor Ort enttäuscht zu werden.

Value for money

We stayed at this property for one week for a wedding. For the price this villa is amazing. When we arrived we received a code to enter the villa. When we entered we saw food in the fridge as a welcome which was great. All of the rooms were clean with plenty of bedding and towels. The villa is situated in a quiet area with great views of the sea. The villas gardens are a little tired however the main areas you spend time are perfect and its always nice putting the shutters up in the morning for the sea view. The pool is a little cold first thing in the morning but it does not stop you wanting to get in. The villa also comes with a free car which was amazing as it made life easier going to shops and the beach. When leaving the owners visited the villa to get the keys and also bought my daughter gifts to take back for school which was lovely. Overall this villa is great value for money and i woukd 100% stay there again.

Fantastic

This villa has everything you need for a home from home stay, from a dishwasher to a washing machine to expat tv and a rental car. Honestly, we have never had such a relaxing holiday and can’t wait to return. The hosts were amazing, even bringing us gifts on the day we left.

Lovely week in Peyia

The villa is located near facilities - a large grocery store, restaurants, petrol stations and attractions. The villa has a wonderful view of the Med and is secluded from being overlooked by other homes. It is secure and offers 'open plan' features to keep it cool. The pool is a good size for swimming and very nice for relaxing or sunbathing. The bed was comfortable, good hot water supply and all kitchen items needed for our stay were there so we could cook some of our meals. I would recommend the property for couples or small families. Our host, George was helpful and assisted us to check in, allow us to use a car owned by the company and was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed Cyprus and the villa very much!
