Estudio elegante con terraza privada con vistas a la iglesia de Santa María del Mar, se encuentra en unos de los barrios más auténticos de Barcelona, el Born.

Este estudio dispone de elementos de la estructura original, como techos con vigas y paredes de ladrillo a la vista. Cuenta con cama doble y baño privado. Incluye un sofá, TV y zona de cocina con nevera, cafetera y hervidor de agua.

El edificio no dispone de ascensor y las escaleras de acceso son estrechas y en forma de espiral.

Cuenta con una terraza comunitaria donde poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad del barrio, al ser una zona peatonal.

One Night

We spent our last night in Barcelona at this apartment. Central spot for wandering the streets and taking in the atmosphere. Perfect for what we were looking for and would stay again.

Very well located, newly renovated

The apartment was very well located, right on the main shopping street in Born. Despite being next to and above several busy shops, restaurants and bars it was very quiet and we didn’t hear a peep of street noise inside the apartment. The staircase to access to apartments is very narrow and steep which can be a challenge with luggage, but that was accurately described and photographed in the description so we knew what we were getting ourselves into when we were booking, but I was glad we weren’t on the top floor HAH!

Our stay at the studio was very enjoyable. Having the terrace looking over the street was nice. It did get a little bit loud in the evening with the Mojito bar next door but we aren't light sleepers so it didn't bother us. The booking process was a little difficult and we had a hard time getting our check in information online. However, when we called the office they were very helpful. Upon arrival the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Best part of the city, close to everything. A nice walk in all directions. Modern and updated studio with rustic accents. A good value for the location.

Great Location!

Property manager was awesome! Location was awesome! Balcony was awesome! In the heart of many cafes and bars so noisy at night but we’ll worth it for the reasons above. Just bring ear plugs.

Wonderful stay in El Born

Out time at this apartment couldn’t have been more enjoyable. The space itself is beautifully designed, and the big outside terrace is an added bonus - in all of our travels around Barcelona we never saw a bigger one! The arrangements were flawless and the staff very nice to deal with. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Barcelona.

Great balcony! Center of The Born!

Great location, wonderful balcony, helpful owners, just super! For you light sleepers, bars across the street can be a little noisy late into the night. However, we would definitely come back and stay here again.

Fun stay

Loved the area , the balcony was top knotch couch was a bit old . If I was one to stay out late this would have been perfect , there was noise in the streets till 2-3 am. But still a great experience to stay in such a fun street full of restaurants and shopping , and bars and a grocery store right there .

Perfect Stay for Two

The location in the Born area is most impressive. It's centrally located near many wonderful sites in an active neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, retail stores, and a few bars. The apartment was clean, nice, and cozy. Even though active at night, you could barely tell anything was going on outside the apartment so you could get a good night's sleep. It's located close to bus stops and train stations for easy travel. The main balcony was large with a table for two and another sitting area with cushions. A perfect place to enjoy a meal or coffee and people watch. There's also another smaller balcony on the adjacent side of the apartment. Also, there's a key to the roof for another balcony that's four flights up. The place has a nice, small kitchenette and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location, but noisy

This property hit the sweet spot of being right in the middle of the action, only a 5-10 min walk to the historic district, lots of cafes, museums, bars right out side the door. The balcony was amazing! Downside is the noise. We had to keep the windows closed at night to be able to sleep.

Barcelona Anniversary

We celebrated our 25th in Barcelona at the Born studio apartment. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. The terrace was amazing and perfect for people watching with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The location was very convenient with stores, bars and restaurants just a few steps away. The property management and staff were excellent and made the check in/out process very simple and even helped with transportation needs. We will definitely be back! Thank you all very much for a wonderful stay!!! John

A gem with exceptional staff but….. x

Amazing experience with staff and the apartment however two comments Be aware that although the staff was very helpful. Did not anticipate the challenging climb of stairs and circular staircase with luggage. Suggest carry on Also the neighborhood although lively was absolutely nit conducive to sleep. Outdoor partying just below our window until 330 everyday. If sleep is important to you. Might consider alternative

Great apartment! Wonderful location!

This is a great place to stay in the heart of the El Born district. A big balcony is available for overlooking the bustling, noisy street having a glass of wine or cup of coffee. That alone was with it. Even though the windows kept out most of the noise, we were glad that we brought a sound machine to block the noise late at night. An easy 30 minute walk to the Sagrada Familia Church and many other things are nearby. For us the thing that set this place apart was the incredibly accommodating staff. Diana arranged for a shuttle from the airport which took us directly to the apartment. I really wonder if a taxi could have found it. Frank met us there and was so helpful. He recommended the Lohja de Tapas restaurant around the corner and we loved it so much we ate there twice. He took our luggage to the office on checkout day as we toured the area and when we picked it up helped us secure a taxi. My wife and I highly recommend this place and this company.

Deco studio el birn

The property was very nice for 2 people The amenities were very basic. Coffee no tea or dry creamer. No dish liquid or wash clothes. The area is very lively. Even with the glazed windows it was noisy. Thee was noise from above. Every time someone moved a chair. They should consider putting felt on moving furniture . The terrace was nice to sit out on in the morning. Ma y restaurants and shops in the area. The stairs were spiral with barely any room to get large suitcases up the steps as we were goi g on a cruise. Just a heads up. The manager was very nice as was the cleaning staff. We were able to store our luggage. Just a heads up the office is only open from 10-5. Communication outside that time is very difficult. We arrived on an early flight and sat and chatted in the cafe until someone showed up. I would recommend this unit for younger people with minimal luggage. They do have units where the main office is with an elevator and I would consider this in the future as the area is really great.

Wonderful stay Barcelona

The apartment is located right in the middle of el Born, and is walkable both to Plaza Catalunya, the beach and Sagrada Familia. The patio was very spacious with comfy chairs so it made for a great reading or people watching spot. The bed and pillows were fantastic and the apartment has black-out curtains so we were able to get really good sleep!

El Born Apartment

We loved our stay at the El Born apartment. The unit was clean and you cannot beat the location. Very vibrant, safe neighborhood with tons of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. A short walk to many sights. If we come back to Barcelona we will definitely stay at the Deco apartment.

Excellent apartment in prime location

We loved the balcony overlooking a bustling corner in El Born with shops, restaurants and bars all around. The location was ideal for walking tours to the beach or further inland to other neighborhoods and sites. Thanks for a great stay!
