Esta hermosa unidad con vista al OCÉANO / PISCINA está situada en la mejor ubicación del complejo, donde te despiertas con una luz tranquila de la mañana desde Haleakala y disfrutas de un sorbo de tus bebidas favoritas en lanai durante las hermosas puestas de sol. Una lavandería comunitaria y la piscina están a solo unos pasos. La habitación es luminosa y bien ventilada con espejos de pared y ventanas de esquina adicionales que proporcionan una excelente ventilación. Un aire acondicionado montado en la pared en la sala y un aire acondicionado portátil en el dormitorio. Puede apreciar los AC cuando el viento comercial se calme, aunque la unidad generalmente atrapa el viento durante todo el día.

La unidad cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, una sala de estar / comedor bien equipada con un sofá convertible de tamaño Q, una cama King-size en el dormitorio. El lanai tiene una mesa de comedor con dos sillas y un sillón. Hay 42 "TV en la sala de estar, 32" en la habitación, ambas son Fire Edition con Amazon Prime Video y Netflix para ocasionales días lluviosos en Kihei.

Este complejo se encuentra frente a Kamaole II, a 200 metros de la unidad, una de las mejores playas para nadar y bucear en el área del sur de Maui. Si eres un remador, esta playa ofrece un excelente punto de entrada. Esta playa está conectada a un sendero de playa impresionante que lo lleva a Wailea, a la playa de Polo (aproximadamente 3 horas de ida y vuelta). Hay varios buenos restaurantes, una tienda de alimentos saludables, tiendas generales como ABC, tienda de actividades a poca distancia a pie.

Lovely, relaxing stay in beautiful Maui. Condo was clean, well equipped and I absolutely loved sitting on the lanai overlooking the pool. Love Kihei Kai Nani, would stay here again.

Nice Unit

We stayed for 3 weeks, the unit was clean and well equipped for cooking and the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom was nice.

Great VRBO in the best location in Kihei

Totally enjoyed our stay; clean, modernized, well equipped and in our favorite part of Kihei with good access to stores, restaurants and the best beaches in the area. Great to have the A/C on those hotter days. Well kept complex with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay - near but not on the beach

The property was situated in the best part of this particular resort. It had a view of the pool and the beach beyond. The kitchen was well stocked, really didn't need anything extra. The proximity to the Kameole beaches was great.

Awesome stay

Very comfortable, place could use some WD 40 , like on fan, and screen sliders, Tv was difficult to figure out but we did it, and our neighbor , who I believe was an owner of some of the properties was very noisy after 10 at night for about 3 nights, people should go to the beach to fight ! But we enjoyed ourself and will definitely come there again. Mahalo

Very fine accommodation

Guests are respectful of the rules....quiet times, pool use. The buildings are clean and well-built, equipped and maintained. The office is closed after 5pm, so it’s impossible to ask direct questions or help from anyone, after that time.

This may be an older condo complex, but it is in an amazing area and well worth the price. The unit is clean and tidy, offering all you need for a day on the beach. The view is absolutely beautiful and more than I expected! There was a tower fan that wasn’t working, but we really didn’t need it or the ac because the trade winds blowing in through the patio were wonderful.

Short 15 days fishing trip to Maui in March

Location is great. Condo very fresh and clean. Only draw back we found is the park spaces are very tight making parking our full size car tricky. We did get a yellow paint strike from the car parked next to us. Fortunately I was able to remove that yellow streak. We also ran into a set of 2yr old twins crying and stomping on the floor above us for 5 nights causing interrupted sleep. Other then that, our stay was good.

Great location! Steps away from the beach. Wonderful air conditioning for the bedroom at night made for a much more comfortable sleep than if we hadn’t had it. Fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, pool noodles, etc… We left some goodies and used some stuff that was left (mustard, coffee and the like). The blanket on the bed was steal worthy, so soft! The bed was so soft as well that I tried to see what brand it was to purchase my own at home. Easy, friendly check in. Places to eat and get groceries are within short walking distance. Plenty of parking. It is up one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if that’s a problem.5 stars, will book again!

Clear and easy instructions. Well appointed kitchen with sharp knives and good pans. Perfect view and access to pool and beach and sea breezes. Beach chairs umbrella and cooler all provided and a convenient location with a clean apartment. Far enough from the beach to not hear the road noise but close enough to be the most convenient bathroom when on the sand.

Great view from the Lanai. Nice kitchen, missing a few items that would have been nice to have, but not necessary. Central location for those who want to explore the island. The pull out couch is a nice feature, but the mattress was very thin, might be fine for kids, or just a couple of nights. Overall would recommend if you’re looking for a serviceable place in Kihei. The host was great to communicate with.

Perfect place for a vacation

I love this property the location is perfect, close to stores and attraction. Wake up everyday with the ocean view and the swimming pool it was beautiful. My daughter and I only spend 5 days and 4 nights I wish it was longer. We enjoy the nights in the swimming pool. The condo has everything you need to enjoy to time in Maui. I have plans to go again and again. If you going to Maui don't hesitate to book this place you going to love it. I have a good experience with the owner too. Mahalo!

Wonderful!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai, spacious, comfortable, well equipped for the beach, and everything you could want in a condo. The pool and grounds are lovely as well. Kehei is the perfect location and being across the street from the beach was the best. Kay was amazing to deal with and we were so appreciative of the late check out for our evening flight. Great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunny with a breeze.

Lots of sunshine , lots of windows to catch the trade winds if they’re blowing. Clean and organized. Could use one more beach chair and a better “connection “for the bedroom air conditioner. Easy fixes. A very nice place. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful place with everything you need

Designed very nicely, and very equipped. The kitchen (even had spices), big refrigerator, big oven. The air conditioner was good as well as the shower. A great location in general and is literally above the pool which is great (not too cold and clean), a good size that you can actually swim. A 5 minutes walk to the beach, close to a super market, gas station, renting snorkeling/surfing equipment. A Very big and comfortable bed, in general the apartment has a lot of space, and was very clean. Had snorkeling and boggie boards we used, beach towels and a parasol for the beach. I recommend you to go to the closest beach for sunset and for so seeing the stars at night, we saw 5 falling stars there it was amazing. The host was available and answered all our questions and needs very quickly through the VRBO app I didn't even have to call :) By far the best place we stayed in Hawaii!

Great Place with easy Beach Access

This was a great place to stay. We did the road to Hana and Volcano hiking and this was a nice place to cube back to each day.

We are from Midtown Manhattan and we need city conveniences even when we are on the island. This complex is probably the only one that meets our requirements being next to a small but well- equipped shopping strip; general store, ice cream shop, restaurants, etc. We usually don't rent a car. The community bus stop is right in front of the shopping strip.
