Buscando el lugar de vacaciones perfecto para la familia y amigos. River Road Villas es un nuevo desarrollo de casas a lo largo del río Guadalupe ubicado en River Road, ubicado en el corazón de todo lo que se puede hacer en el área de New Braunfels, Gruene y Canyon Lake.

Esta casa de 4 dormitorios totalmente amueblada tiene capacidad para 14 personas cómodamente, 3 baños completos con duchas, cocina con isla grande para reunirse. La gran cubierta superior con asientos al aire libre para su fiesta y vistas a los acantilados es una de las mejores comodidades de esta casa.

Esta casa está completamente amueblada e incluye sábanas, almohadas, WiFi, televisores de pantalla plana con cable Time Warner en todas las habitaciones más la sala de estar. Todos los muebles y muebles son nuevos e incluyen electrodomésticos de cocina de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora nuevas. La cocina se suministra con platos, tazones, tazas de café, utensilios, ollas y sartenes, bandejas para hornear, tostadora, gofrera y cafetera Keurig. Los alquileres de metro, kayak y balsa se encuentran a ambos lados del desarrollo de viviendas en Mountain Breeze o Gilligan's Island Campgrounds. Ingrese al río en la propiedad y los armadores lo recogerán en una variedad de salidas del río y lo devolverán a la propiedad. Andar en bicicleta y en motocicleta es muy común en esta parte del río con excelentes vistas panorámicas.

Ubicado a minutos de muchas de las atracciones de la zona, como el parque acuático Schlitterbahn, el lago Canyon, las bodegas, el centro comercial Outlet y las tiendas Antigue, el histórico New Braunfels y Gruene. Loved the location and the fact it was right next door to the tube rentals which was super convenient! This was a girls trip just to have some fun and float the river. We all had a GREAT time. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us. 10 out of 10 would absolutely stay here again.

Almost perfect

The house has everything you need and is decorated perfectly. Location was perfect for 3 days of river relaxing. The only minus was the smell anytime someone took a shower in the upstairs bathroom, horrible. Luckily there was Glade spray and the smell went away pretty quickly

Great location, clean home and hosts were prompt in answering questions and responding! The ONLY downfall is that if your coming with all adults, it'll sleep 12 people comfortably with beds & 13 people if your able to fit two adults on a full (bottom of the bunk bed in one of the pictures). The 14th person would have to sleep on the couch as there is no pull out couch available or you can bring a blow up mattress per the hosts.

River Getaway

What a beautiful house to get a short getaway at the Guadelupe River. Location and river access was so convenient and relaxful. We all enjoyed our stay and the host were amazing to book with. House was more than fully stocked with everything you need. We will book again when we come back to the River.

River Trip 23

We had a big group of friends together for a River weekend. The property was perfect. Everyone had comfy beds and huge bathrooms. House was roomy enough for all of us to hang out and visit. The room downstairs was great for our friends that had younger kids to be able to put them to sleep earlier than the rest of the group. River is within comfortable walking distance. Loved that the property is gated and not accessible to public. The hosts were great to book with. The house had everything we needed. We will def be coming back.

Perfect Stay on the River!

The property was amazing! Fully stocked with dishes and crockpots. The Condo is right next door to tube rentals to float the river, you can't beat that! In the evenings its .5 miles from Koozie's, a great place to end the night. Can't wait to book my next River Float!

Overall, the place was great. The house was very spacious and comfortable for our large family. It was super well stocked in the kitchen, more than we ever needed. All appliances we used worked well, no issues there or with AC/heat or water. The view was nice and there was plenty of parking. There was one portion of the house that had a cleanliness issue. I contacted the host and they offered to get someone to clean, but we declined as it was easier to clean it ourselves. We also reported an issue with a bed with broken supports. This would have been hard to notice unless you actually slept on it. They said they would look into it. The host was extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Perfect location

We’ve always camped nearby and have wanted to stay in these so it was nice to get the chance. The pictures don’t do this house justice- it’s very nice and so fully equipped with everything you’d need. I would just suggest to future renters to bring lots of bottled water.

Summer 2021 at the River!

We had a great time in the most beautiful comfortable place!! Location was great, house was amazing, owner was friendly and property was very clean! Our family had the best time! We highly recommend it!! Best experience overall!

Great Property

This is my third time staying at this complex, first time at this house in particular. House was clean and worked very well for our group. The AC went out and the owners did everything in their power to get it back working. Bad luck happens but they were very responsive. Would stay here again.

1st family vacation

This was our 1st family vacation with friends. This house was amazing and we had plenty of room for everyone. Loved the neighborhood. Easy access to the river. When we plan another trip to float the river we would stay here again.

Our family loved this river house!

This was our first time as a family to the Guadalupe. The house was just perfect! I like how it’s farther down the street from the campsites where all the partying is going on. Very nice sized yard for kids to play catch, frisbee, lacrosse. Multiple tube rental businesses close by. Although there were 2 rows of river houses, there was plenty of space between them to where it still felt very private. We spent a lot of time upstairs on the front porch by the fire pit relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view (even spotted a goat on the cliff!). The house was very clean and organized. Kevin & Fran were always accessible, responded very promptly, and made sure to keep in contact with us if they needed to notify us of anything. When we come back to the area, I would be very skeptical about staying anywhere else because they set a very high bar! Looking forward to staying here again :)

Wonderful stay in a great house

House easily accommodated our group of 9. Well stocked kitchen. Great view from large balcony. Maybe a 100 yard walk to rivers edge. Great communication with owner.

We love the New Braunfels area and have invested in multiple rental properties in the area that we personally manage. We can accommodate larger parties since our homes are in the same communities on the river.

We love the Guadalupe River and all the area has to offer to do. We both have been coming since we were kids. Perfect location to enjoy all the areas attractions and a great place for kids or a nice quiet weekend. The fall months are just beautiful here.

Coveted Guadalupe River access is rare along this section of the river. Beautiful Gated Private 16 home development and we have known most of the home owners for years.
