Disfrute de kayak y otras actividades acuáticas en la espectacular casa frente al mar con 140 pies de frente al mar que ofrece un excelente ambiente al aire libre con piscina climatizada, 8 personas, increíble bañera de hidromasaje extragrande. Observe pasar los barcos, disfrute de la vida silvestre, pelícanos, aves, incluido el manatí ocasional, y pesque sin salir de su retiro de vacaciones. Sólo 1. 5 millas de grandes playas y restaurantes locales.

Casa ubicada al final de la tranquila calle sin salida con vecinos tranquilos y amigables. La ubicación y el entorno perfectos para unas excelentes vacaciones familiares.

Una cosa que le encantará de esta propiedad es que en los días en que la playa está un poco fresca por la brisa marina (muy típica de enero a febrero), la temperatura será la adecuada para el kayak familiar y el uso de la piscina y los juegos en el patio trasero. Durante los meses de invierno, el clima es impredecible y los vientos en la playa pueden aumentar.

Uso esta casa como mi escapada personal durante todo el año. Se alquila selectivamente solo 6-8 veces al año. El beneficio para usted es que puede esperar que TODO esté en gran forma. Cocina de alta gama con nuevos utensilios de cocina, platos y otras cosas. Todo es reemplazado cuando está ligeramente desgastado. Si no lo uso tampoco tú. Muchas, muchas casas de alquiler se utilizan como alquileres de tiempo completo 20-30 veces al año y los muebles, utensilios de cocina, sábanas, toallas y otros artículos no se mantienen cerca de la calidad que guardo mis cosas. Si usted es un arrendatario exigente no se decepcionará.

Tan cerca de la playa ya solo minutos de todo ... ¿lo mejor de ambos mundos?

Esta casa está ubicada a minutos de excelentes playas, a minutos de "Lauderdale by the Sea", a minutos de restaurantes en la playa de Deerfield, a minutos de Boca, ya minutos del centro de Las Olas Blvd, y vistas de pesca, kayak y agua desde tu sala de estar

Plenty of ways to relax and enjoy FL getaway!

This property was well-maintained, comfortable, and just perfect for our family of five. A home away from home. We greatly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill and spacious outdoor living/dining areas. It was so relaxing to be by the water. The beach, groceries, restaurants, and anything else we wanted were all only a short drive away. We appreciated the owner's efforts to ensure that everything was as it should be. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is as advertised, well maintained, decorated all of the amenities needed for a restful, relaxing, sun splashed vacation by the pool and on the intercoastal. We would highly recommend and would certainly go again.

Die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse sind sehr schön. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Gut ausgestattete Küche . Großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Die Badezimmer sind klein. Das Haus ist schon älter und so gibt es hier und da auch leichte Abnutzungserscheinungen. Leider kein Verwalter /Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Das ist bei Problemen, die wir leider hatten, sehr ärgerlich, da immer mit dem Eigentümer kommuniziert werden musste und man selbst mit den Handwerkern zurecht kommen musste.

House was very functional but no overwhelming standard given the price. Very forthcoming host!

We have rented quite a few houses over the years and this slightly under exceeded our high expectations given the price. View was ok but not fantastic. Joe was a great host and did everything to help whenever needed. The neighborhood felt very safe and we had a great time! The pool area was great and over Xmas the jazuzzi was an awesome place to relax when the air temp wasn’t always super high.

Pompano Beach delight.

This house worked out perfectly for our family of four adults and one child. The patio area has a wonderful view of the canals and the boats coming and going. The pool is heated and very clean. Joe, the owner is extremely responsive to any requests or questions that you might have. It is a great property close to the beach.

Very enjoyable for our 2 weeks stay relaxing intercoastal water view, nice area and owner Joe helpful. Some minor house maintenance needed but not a problem. Lightweight blankets needed for beds besides just sheets.

Amazing Place

Very clean! Great views!

Joe was so easy to work with! The house was perfect for my family, it was very clean, spacious and tons of fun! The pool was amazing, my kids had an awesome time paddle boarding and kayaking on the canal. We enjoyed kicking back and enjoying the outside! All the beds were comfortable & it was close to so many things! We look forward to coming back!

Property is beautiful. House has a great lay out and was comfortably furnished. Everything was tip top. Close to town and the beaches and only a few minutes to the ICW and the ocean by boat. I would highly recommend this listing.

A Great Week in Pompano Beach despite the Rain

We had a great week in Joe's house. It is a great holiday house in a good location. Joe has ensured everything that is needed for the perfect holiday is included. All the normal modcons (wifi, aircon, cable TV) were available and worked well, comfortable beds, and a very well fitted kitchen. What makes this house exceptional are the additional amenities. Heated pool and separate heated spa, pool toys, paddle board and kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, games, .... the list is endless. Joe was very easy to deal with and easily contactable if needed. I highly recommend this property.

Relaxation Vacation is the theme.

What a perfect place to stay if you are looking to relax. My family and I stayed for 8 days and had one of the best vacations in a long time. Whether we were laying by the pool or soaking in the hot tub, the setting was unbelievable. Sitting on the dock and watching all of the boats coming and going or fishing on the canal, it can't get much better than Garden Isles. The owner Joe is very accommodating and cordial. Made us feel like we were home and not in his house. So, if you feel like soaking up the sun and having a real vacation I would reccomend this property to anyone.

Amazing Views, Great Location

The house owner Joe was very helpful throughout the whole process. I had never rented a house through any of the online services but Joe made it a breeze! Very responsive, received a call within an hour of booking. The house has great panoramic views of the water, I don't think the pictures online do it justice. The way the house sits on the corner lot of the back yard feels very private as neither of the next door neighbors can be seen. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was exactly as described in the listing and is well kept indoors and out. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms very clean, all the kitchen essentials you could need. The beach and attractions are all a short drive away. I highly recommend this house!!!

The Best in the Area!

I rented this property because of it convenient location to The Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. When I got there I was pleasantly surprised to find that the house was everything I expected and more! I had planned on spending every day at the beach but I could not remove myself from the pool and hot tub patio with beautiful views of the canal and the laid back luxurious living of the fortunate few that own gorgeous homes on this tranquil and elegant waterway. There was fishing on the dock early in the morning, paddle boarding after lunch and Kayaking in the late afternoon. At night we were close to so many exciting venues it was hard to decide where to go. The property is equiped to host and entertain your own party if you decide not to go out. The sound systems numerous panel TV's and free flowing floor space make it perfect for a bachelor pad or a family vacation. The beds are very comfortable, there was no mantenence issues and the owner was very accomodating to our needs. The weather cooperated the house was very comfortable and the neighborhood very peaceful. I would not hesitate to stay here again sooner rather than later. It is truly a gem with the absolute best location of all the houses that I have rented in the Lauderdale area so far ! It would be a really good decision to rent this house, I give it five stars

A little piece of paradise in Pompano.

We enjoyed our stay so much we are hoping this gem will be available next year. My family and I travel a lot and I am always trying to find the right fit for us. With kids and a husband who has trouble walking it is hard to find the perfect place for everyone. This home met all of our needs. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood on a canal with a great view. The owner is easy to work with (not that we needed him) and made sure the house was up and running when we arrived. Rested and warm we are sadly heading back north. See you soon Florida!

We Joyed This Property Very Much

My wife, son and myself stayed from Feb 14 - Feb 22 2017 I wish we could have stayed longer The location in my opinion is very good. Not far from anything you would want The back area of the house is perfect for spending the day or evening. Lots of room and areas to relax I really liked the fact that there is a separate Hot Tub which allowed it to get nice and hot unlike most of the places where it part of the pool system The outdoor tv was great for watching sports in the evening. The three bedrooms were spacious and the water pressure was very good which is not always the case. The inside of the house has lots of room and the surround system was very good also. The house is located in a quiet area which is a big plus. I do not think anyone wishing to rent a house in the Ft Lauderdale / Pompano Beach area will be disappointed.

Great house. Super hot tub, pool, and backyard views. Very convinent to some of the areas best restaurants and bars.

There are plenty of nice properties but there are also scams and properties that are used as rentals only. These properties are overused, over-rented and not always in the best of shape when you arrive. Although no one is perfect this is my home and I rent it only 10-12 weeks and to only long term renters who I feel will adequately respect the quality.

Everything is clean and in the best shape possible. Linens are cleaned and more important replace regularly. (Every season) So although things do go wrong you can expect new or like new towels, linens, and a full supply of Paper towels, TP and other supplies. Believe it or not other properties leave a specific supply for guest for the week. I.E 2 rolls of TP and 2 rolls of Paper towels for the week. I believe it is ridiculous to save $5-10 from someone paying a premium price for a week stay. That is my attitude about rental and strive to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable to the best of my ability.

Extra wide Canal view. Most "Comparable " home are situated on 60-7- ft wide lots looking straight across a canal that is 40 ft wide. On the point and at the end of a cul-de-sac this home has 140 ft of waterfront and a great place to watch the local HS practice rowing each afternoon.
Certainly there are waterfront home on the intra-coastal and homes with better view but comparing this to other in its size and price range this is in the top 10%.
Also, most overlooked by renters is during the winter month the breeze tends to pick up a bit and Beachfront and Direct intra-coastal home may actually be to windy and cold to lounge outside. Here its a great location close to the beach but also offers a little buffer if you get a windy week while your on vacation.
