Great stay. We didn’t want to leave. Excellent property manager. Beautiful newly constructed property in a great area, near lots of great restaurants. Beautiful property with easy parking, great views. We’ll be back! As soon as possible!

Great Stay

It is comfortable and well appointed and was a great place to either stay in on a rainy day or access the beaches a short drive away. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There are some restaurants in walking distance but there aren’t sidewalks, so you have to be careful walking along the road, especially in the dark.

Romantic getaway

Culloden During Covid

We stayed at this property over Halloween weekend during the Covid 19 pandemic. The condo was spotless...which was something we were worried about. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch even though we had a lot of rain. The whole condo is very modern and comfortable. The view of Montauk Lake is wonderful. The kitchen is well set up for cooking but there are certainly plenty of restaurants in the area if eating in is not your thing! I’d highly recommend staying here. 😀

Great Condo, Meticulously Clean & Great Montauk Getaway!!

My husband, 28 yr old daughter and I booked this for a quick getaway to Montauk. We booked this knowing it was very modern, very clean & had 2 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms enough space for everyone and a Beautiful kitchen as I love to cook. We were really looking forward to going to the Lake Club but the pool & restaurant were closed Tues & Weds. When going to use the grill it was out of gas. I messaged Steve and within minutes the tank was replaced. We enjoyed eating out on the Back porch. Just relaxing from our very hectic hospital work schedules. It was peaceful & quiet and close to everything Montauk has to offer. I would definitely recommend rented Steve’s place. We hope to return one day and be able to check out The Lake Club.

Cozy, modern, with all the right amenities.

We really liked the house. It had everything we needed and the set up was perfect. The bunk beds were big enough for two adults per bed, everything was modern and clean. The access to the club is worth every everything. We would go back again.

Family Montauk Vacation

My family of 5 (3 boys ages 7-10) spent 5 nights here and had a very pleasant experience and are already talking about our next Montauk vacation. The property was very much as expected and represented in the pictures provided on VRBO with a view of the lake, which was a great way to begin and end the day (especially since we were able to hear some of the live music at the nearby restaurants). The location was great as it was walking distance to the Gosman's Dock and beach area. The rental also came with guest membership to the Montauk Lake Club on the other side of the lake, where there was a pool, small beach and water activities (kayaks, paddle boats, etc.). This was one of the selling points on the rental and we wish we could have used the club more, but couldn't due to weather and other planned activities in the area (fishing). We had to be in contact with Steve a few times to address some questions / issues we had and he was very responsive (grill didn't work, thermostat set to 52 degrees when we showed up). A few words of consideration prior to booking: - Since it is townhouse, you are co-existing with others and there may be situations of loud neighbors. I think our situation was an anomaly because all of the other tenants were very quiet - The furniture was not comfortable at all. Like I said above, the pictures in the listing represent the place well and the furniture is as comfortable as it looks (best way to describe it is that it's like a Springhill Suites-style furniture). This applies to the living rooms and beds - We have 3 very active boys and there wasn't a lot of room on the property to play without disturbing the peace. We did make use, however of the park a couple of miles down the road by town where they have ball fields and a playground. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and commend Steve on maintaining a very nice property and offering additional amenities to complement the quiet townhouse community.

Perfect Montauk Stay

The house is better than the pictures- very clean and has everything you would need for a stay in Montauk. The setup is very intentional with small storage and aesthetically pleasing. The locations is good for being able to walk to some bars/restaurants or take an Uber or drive to other main attractions. We had a great girls weekend stay here!

Quick trip away

We have a great two night getaway with our two children. Location was close to many great restaurants and sites. We went horseback riding, did some hiking and some shopping. The condo was perfect. Plenty of space and was very new and clean. My kids loved the full size bunk beds with individual televisions. Would go there again!

Perfect Montauk Condo

New, modern, well equiped, nicely furnished and very clean Condo, conveniently located, close to everything, nice harbour views, bedrooms are amazing. The perfect fit for the 4 (2/2) of us. Steve is very straight forward, very responsive and nice to work with. Hope to be back soon.

Best accommodations!!

Everything was brand new and perfect just as pictured and described. Watched the sun rise over the water and yachts passing all day long. Manager Steve gave us the low down on the best places to try... walked right next door to the Hideaway for some fish tacos and margaritas, also Daves gone fishing for some of the best low key fresh local seafood. Hooked us up for a private charter with Capt. Scott on Top gun fishing charters and caught the biggest stripped bass EVER!! and to highlight the entire vacation, Steve sent us to the club where their chef cooked our own fresh caught fish for diner that night.....apparently that's just the norm at the club "Hook & Cook" We can not speak higher of our stay - we already reserved again! Enjoy

Decades ago the site was home to what was once the Holiday Motel were my family spent time fishing with local charter boat captains that became kind of an extension of our family. That welcoming feeling is what ultimately drew us to Montauk. Now that Montauk has become the In-spot for just a bout everyone who loves beaches, biking, swimming, dining, nature and an active life style. We hope that our special place at North Harbor Montauk allows you to come home as well and enjoy the quiet side of Montauk the way it used to be......... but with the luxuries we've worked so hard for.
