Esta casa ha sido decorada y amueblada para maximizar su experiencia de vacaciones. Se encuentra ubicado en las dunas de Carolina del Barrio, sólo 9 lotes desde el océano y es sólo un corto paseo en bicicleta en Duck Village, donde podrá disfrutar de un gran centro comercial, restaurantes y magníficas puestas de sol sobre el agua. Family/friends Duckin Around Vacay

Charming beach house with all of the amenities and then some! The downstairs game room is the perfect hangout spot for teens or teens at heart. Walking distance to both the ocean and Sound beaches. Plenty of fun little shops nearby, churches in close proximity and no shortage of seafood restaurants. Enjoyed a lovely week here and plan to return next summer!

Great location and comfortable stay

This was our 2nd two-week stay and it was great! We loved riding our bikes to the beach during the day and into Duck for dinner and sunsets in the evening. The crow’s nest was perfect to take in the stars. The outdoor shower is awesome too! Duckin’ Around is comfortable and convenient - we will be back!

Second stay at this awesome beach house!

This was our second year in a row staying at the Duckin’ Around. Again we had a wonderful visit. Our two kids (5 & 2) loved the bunk bed and the slide! We all enjoyed the amazing sunset from the brand new roof deck area. Great communication with Jessica and no issues. Such a fun week, can’t wait to come again!

Don’t miss out on this gem!

We absolutely LOVED Duckin’ Around! It was a close walk to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to all the shopping and dining that Duck has to offer. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved the swing on the front porch and the bikes. The game room was a nice feature, but everyone was having so much fun at the beach or doing other things that we never used it. I would highly recommend this stay!

Great get away weekend stay

The house was great, especially the slide for my kids (ages 8 and 10). Short walk to the beach access and we enjoyed using the outdoor shower. My kids also appreciated the use of beach toys and chairs available to us in the garage.

Great for families

We absolutely loved our accommodations. Beach supplies, cribs and high chair was already there making it a breeze to travel to Duck. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 (1, 3, 9 and parents). And the house and decks were adequately baby proof! So happy with our stay and hope to stay there again!

We enjoyed staying at Duckin, beautiful, clean, spacious quarters. They had everything available that you would need for cooking, plenty of games, books, etc, etc. Not far from the beach. Short drive to H20 water park. We’d stay again if we ever get the chance for a 2nd time family vacation.

Wonderful location with Friday check-in

This property was perfect for our 2-week stay in Duck! Close proximity to the beach, great outdoor shower and staging area to keep sand and all our beach items separate from the main living area. Central to many great local restaurants including Aqua, NC Coast, Blue Point, just to name a few. Able to ride our bikes to town. Gorgeous views from the crow’s nest. Comfortable beds! Looking forward to another stay next year. Thank you to the hosts with the most!!

Great Duckin House!

We had a wonderful stay at the Duckin Around. Was perfectly comfortable for our family visit of 3 adults and 2 kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed from traveling out of town. Definitely recommend. Already thinking about booking again for next year.

Making memories!!!

We had such a great stay! The home was very well stocked and in a great location. The views from many decks were gorgeous and our 6 year old loved using the slide to go from the mid level deck to the bottom deck. Not only was the home clean, the host was very helpful and communicative. We had a magical stay and are very grateful for the affordability and comfort of this wonderful home in Duck!

A great home in a great location

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It was a great location with easy access to watch sunsets on the sound and a short walk to the beach. The owners provided many amenities which made cooking meals in the home a breeze. Would recommend staying here!

Wonderful time!

Our family had a wonderful time at this very nice and cozy beach house. It has everything we need, including kitchen staples, and even beach chairs and umbrella. The TV has FireTV stick that allows us to watch streaming movies, after a day at the beach. The list goes on and on. I have to mention that the Owner has been very responsive to our questions that helped us to pack certain things and not others for the trip. We would strongly recommend to rent this house.

Loved staying here for the week while at the beach. House was only a short walk to the beach and even closer to the sound. Short drive or bike ride to shops and restaurants. They had everything you can think of at the house already. Tons of beach accessories and things around the house. Had toys and games and the slide that my daughter loved as well. Would definitely recommend.

We Ducked Around

House was perfect in all ways! Location and views were great. Short walk to beach and sound. Right on the bike path and close to Duck. Really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Hello fellow beach goers! We are Lance and Jackie and we live in VA. We bought our beach house as a way to spend time with our kids and grandkids at a place that allows you to escape the demands of reality. Jessica is our daughter who helps manage and answer any questions that you may have. Each year we take a week or two to enjoy the beach with our family but the rest of the time we are happy to share it with others to enjoy. We grew up taking vacations to the Outer Banks and want to be able to share that experience!

Duckin' Around is a great vacation home because of the affordability and location to the beach! It is only 9 lots away! It has 3 bedrooms and large open front room with the kitchen, dining area, and living area that is very comfortable and accommodating. It also has a lounge room/additional TV on the ground level that sleeps an additional 2 people. There is a foosball table, telescope for night gazing as well as bikes to use during the day. There is a large rooftop deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. By renting Duckin' Around, you can afford to bring just your own family instead of asking your neighbor or in-laws to split the cost of a large home. Duckin' Around is the perfect home to get away, relax, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks and Duck have to offer!

One of the unique benefits to Duckin' Around is the rooftop deck. The house sits on a large dune in Duck, giving you views from Ocean to Sound. Also, on a clear night, you can see the Lighthouse shining in the distance. We are only 9 lots to the Ocean and 5 lots to the sound, which has a private pier and sound beach access. After a full day relaxing on the beach, the rooftop deck is a perfect place to watch the sunset and prepare for another day of fun activities!
