Temporada de verano pico: solo alquileres semanales (sábado a sábado)

Amplias unidades de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños en el 9º piso con impresionantes vistas a la costa desde ventanas adicionales en la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar. Recientemente renovado de arriba a abajo, cuenta con muchas mejoras hermosas. Situado directamente en la playa en la comunidad cerrada de Breakers East. Relájese en su balcón privado de 30 pies con vistas espectaculares de la playa y del Golfo de México. Nada en la piscina junto a la playa. Juega un partido de tenis en las 2 canchas de tenis o simplemente relájate y disfruta de la hermosa playa de arena blanca y el agua color esmeralda.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con cama king size; TV por cable, reproductor de discos Blu-Ray WIFI inteligente, ventilador de techo, cortinas oscuras, baño principal adjunto con combinación de bañera / ducha y tocador individual.

We loved this unit. It was nicely decorated, lots of extras (puzzles, games, cute dishes), had a great view of the ocean and very private. We would definitely look into staying here again.

Wonderful trip!

Condo was very clean and the location is perfect! Beds were comfy and the view was amazing. After staying at several different condos through the years, this by far was our favorite! We will definitely be back next year!!

Our host was excellent to deal with, any minor problems were taken care immediately. First snow accumulation on the Destin beach in 50 years and we were able to make a snowman on the beach. Great memories!!

Overall great place to stay. They have most everything you need. The floor was a little sandy still upon arrival but this may just come with the territory of being on the beach. Fast response in everything I asked. Overall would recommend and stay again!

This location is perfect! Great beach access. Heated pool. Comfortable unit with plenty of room to host family. This was the grandparents first time meeting their 9-month old granddaughter. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Everything was perfect & clean. The condo had everything you need. All we had to go was bring our breakfast food. The balcony was 30 ft long we all was able to be outside. The view of the ocean was amazing as well.

Looks like a picture

The view from the condo is gorgeous. It looks like a picture. The place is neat and clean. We rented the same place last year, and we noticed that they upgraded the dining room furniture and bought new carpet. The old carpet was worn, so I am glad they replaced it. We will stay again next year!

Reviewer Comments: This end unit has plenty of light (unlike many typical high rise condo units) and is well appointed... and the list of positives are plentiful, not to mention the excellent location and very clean and well maintained complex, etc... the negatives include: aging / broken down furniture (couch, loveseat and rocking chair), dish-ware and some some appliances are old and cheap... with a few thousand in upgrades and details, this place would be a solid 9 for the money!

The sofa, loveseat, rocking chair along with most all other furniture in the condo was purchased new 3 years ago. Sofa seat cushions were replaced last year. The freestanding ice machine was purchased new last year. The owner of Breakers East 901 has recently ordered new living room furniture from Pottery Barn. The condo was much more “worn” than the VRBO website pictures depict. The refrigerator was full of water when we arrived due to a leaking water line in the freezer. We had to put a container in it to catch the water. Overall the building is nice. This was our fourth stay in this building! Great location!!!!!

We have been visiting the coast for over 16 years and sometimes multiple times a year. We have decided we will rent through “Your assistant at the beach” for talk our rental needs going forward. The unit is absolutely beautiful and has a personal touch that sets it apart. It feels like home not just a rental.
