We had a great stay here! Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk, we enjoyed the balcony and kitchen, and Mark was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again for another ocean city vacation.

Great straight shot to a boardwalk and beach. Loved use of the bikes. Great communication from the host. The deck Great with covered and uncovered sections. Would stay here again

Everything was just perfect, the house itself, the location of the house and the ease of the walk to beach and boardwalk, the communication with the owner, will be renting here again!

Great Vacation!

Our family enjoyed our vacation and would love to stay here again. The house was clean and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to vacation in Ocean City.

The place was wonderful, clean, comfortable, neighbors were nice. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Perfect walking distance from the house to stores and the boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable space in great location

This is a fresh, clean, well-equipped property in a terrific central location. The owner responded promptly and helpfully to my info requests. There were no issues during our stay. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Perfect. Very clean, organized, comfortable, and convenient location.

As good, if not better than advertised. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect size for the 6 of us. Convenient location to beach and town. Would definitely stay again. Mark was in contact the entire time. Wish all stays were like this. Thanks Mark!

Upstairs Beach Rental

Nice modern upstairs beach rental in OC, NJ. About a 15 minute walk with little kids so we opted to drive to the beach most days. Rental had all the comforts of home, kids loved the bunk beds and overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Haven House

The condo was in an excellent location: close to bay, beach, Asbury Avenue, Wawa and Acme. It was very spacious and the deck was great for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Finding carts and extras chairs in the garage were definite bonuses! The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Great house

The house was great! Location was perfect for walking to beach and boardwalk. I had a few questions that the host answered immediately and he was in contact throughout my stay. The house had lots of extras such as beach chairs, carts for the beach and bikes. I would definitely come back and stay! Wonderful experience!

Great Property

The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is the very steep stairs. My 80 year old Mom struggled. Otherwise, beautiful home in a nice areas of the island.

Amazing location

This house has everything. It's clean and it is in the perfect location to get to everything you will want to do! We love the bikes in the garage too! The only place you'll have to drive is to get groceries. Otherwise we parked our car and didn't need it at all!♥️

Best OCNJ Vaction

We had an amazing time this year on vacation. The condo was up-to-date, clean, spacious and cool. Its location was great for walking to the beach, the boardwalk Wawa and shops on Asbury. Because of its location, I was able to relax and let my teenagers enjoy the boardwalk and the beach. Communication with Mark Was terrific. He was very responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful vacation. Thanks, Mark.

Caution! Sheets and towels are not included. It was not in the listing that they would not be provided. Host mentioned he was unable to provide, gave me a name of a linen service that was 300. Wasted a day of vacation getting necessary linens and towels. Once we were settled, we had a nice vacation. House was clean and we enjoyed the bikes and comfortable beds. We really liked the location.

Thank you for your review. I’m very glad to hear that, once settled in, you enjoyed the house and the location, and that you ultimately had a nice vacation. I’m sorry there was some confusion regarding the linens. Linen-free rentals are the norm at the Jersey Shore vacation properties, but I do understand how important it is for guests to be aware of that in advance, so I always remind them. I notified you approximately two weeks before check-in that linens and towels were not provided, so it appears you may have overlooked that information in my earlier message. When you reached out the night before your arrival, I responded right away and provided the name of a well-respected local linen service that could assist you. I certainly understand that arranging linens at the last minute was frustrating. However, I believe the policy was communicated in advance and that I responded promptly once the issue was brought to my attention. I’m sorry that the situation ultimately affected your vacation. Thank you again for staying with us. I appreciate your feedback and am happy to know that you enjoyed the property and had a pleasant stay overall.

I highly recommend this property for your Ocean City stay! The property was beautifully maintained in a quiet neighborhood. Short distance from the beach. The layout of the bedrooms were perfect, especially when traveling with kids/teens. We actually celebrated my daughter’s 14th bday and it couldn’t have turned out any better! The host-Mark, kept his communication open from the time of booking all the way through checkout! I definitely hope to return in the future! Happy Summer!

Convenient Location

We had a great stay! Very easy walk to the beach, a great park for the kids and many dining options. Mark was on top of everything. We even accidentally left something behind and Mark is mailing that back to us!
