Lovely Stay

Property is nice and homely, with all the kitchen items you may need..there were plenty of towels, it was in a great location with a hire car, plenty of restaurants, shops & amenities nearby. We managed to use this as a base to view the whole of North Cyprus. The pool and gardens were amazing and the views of mountains were beautiful. What made the property special for us is because there was plenty to see in terms of nature & wildlife, if you love animals theres some very friendly cats that visit the garden each day, jackdaws, lizards and more..Thank you for a lovely stay!

Home from home

Lovely clean villa in a quiet area. Met by host on arrival, who answered any queries during stay promptly eg restaurant recommendations etc. The villa is walking distance to two restaurants. We had a fantastic holiday and look forward to going again next year.

Family Holiday

The property is as advertised with all that you could need. Shops nearby are often always open. You would however need a car to get to all the lovely facilities/beaches/and restaurants as the beach within walking distance of the property is very rocky and not the sort of beach you may expect. Loads of Great places to eat out within five /ten minute drive.

Amazing place!

This was an amazing property. Big!! Felt very special. Large property around beautifully laid out. Pool immaculate and perfect size. Host met us at villa when we arrived at 2am. Good places to eat within walking distance but need a car to see further afield.

Excellent Vacation

Our communication and service from Magdalena was superb. The villa was delightful with all we needed. The pool was great for chilling, as was the upstairs balcony for mountain views and sunsets. The location is nicely distanced from the congestion of Girne with day tripping to the west a breeze. There are good restaurants in the vicinity and the village is a friendly and peaceful place. We’d definitely return.

Lovely Villa

Magdalena and Richard could not have been more helpful, even to getting superglue for me when my shoe broke!! Don’t rely on the dolmus buses, they are good but not reliable, sometimes waiting for 40 mins! Try sea point restaurant in Lapta, also Vasalias beach restaurant which is just up the road ( 6 min drive), great food and service, a lovely stay, ….

A week in paradise

Just had an amazing week in this beautiful well kept villa. Excellent communication with Magdalena. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Extensive well kept gardens with well maintained swimming pool with plenty of space for sunbathing or just relaxing in the shade. A delight for pizza lovers at park cafe at the top of the road, eat in or take away. With plenty more restaurants and bars a short drive away. Also a mini supermarket at the top of the road, for all your daily needs. Dave & stef

Perfection

The property was a dream. spotlessly clean and everything you could wish for magdelina was the most helpfull person i have ever known. There was a nice bottle of wine on arrival and some basics like bread etc.everything you need was there for your use. Nothing was too much trouble for magdelina. we are going back next year it was a perfect 3 weeks. Thank you 😊

Great villa

Lovely stay with a great little pool. Kitchen well stocked, v comfy bedrooms and a lovely seating area outside in the shade. Air con worked well and needs to as it always v hot in July/Aug. Need a car although Sardunya bay and a couple of local restaurants are v walkable. Only thing stopping 5 stars was we had issues at the start of the stay with the water pump and not having water was a nightmare after a sweaty run or a day sunbathing. This was all fixed but did take three different call outs. Other that that this was a fantastic little villa ideal for us as a family of 4 with two teenagers.

Cyprus 2025

Excellent holiday. Villa was so nice. Clean spacious. Communication with host was excellent. Villa not far from shops about 30 minute drive from girne. I’ve been Cyprus a good few times but must say this villa was probably the best I’ve stayed in. Only thing which I found pretty funny was when we arrived it was late at night so when we got to the villa. My villa number was 35/1 but we was trying to get into 35. The host gave us code for key safe to get key but couldn’t get in as code was wrong. Called host as they couldn’t make it that night as they was on holiday as well. After chatting with them we noticed we was at the wrong villa. But must say villa was so nice. There was bits in fridge which host left for us. Swimming pool was spot on. The area as well is so nice as it’s got a nice breeze at night. The weather was extremely hot. It was in its 40s but felt like 47 most days. I would defo stay here again.

Wundervolles Haus mit schönem Grundstück

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Gebäude auf einem Traumhaften Grundstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war gut für uns. Die Kommunikation mit Magdalena war sehr angenehm und sie hat sich um alles gekümmert. Sie hat auch um den Transfer und ein Mietwagen gekümmert. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen und können es nur empfehlen. Danke.

A wonderful family holiday

Booking was straight forward and Magdalena was always very prompt to reply to queries before and during our holiday. When we arrived there was a lovely welcome pack which was a nice touch. The Villa is light, airy and very well equipped. The pool area is sunny most of the day into the evening with plenty of sun beds and outside furniture for relaxing and al fresco eating. We would definitely recommend this property as it was perfect for a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable family holiday.

We love this villa!

We have had such a wonderful holiday. The villa was perfect; very clean and well presented. The pool area and outdoor space is fabulous. The stone arches create such a special setting and it has the sun all day, meaning we could enjoy midnight swims during our stay in September. Magdalena and her team were incredibly helpful, efficient and accommodating. The location is great. We didn't bother to hire a car - just took a ten minute walk up to the main road where you can pick up one of the very regular (and cheap!) dolmus which will drop you off wherever you ask to be dropped off and you can just flag them down so they will pick you up wherever you are. Also, a ten minute walk to the sea, there is a lovely restaurant which Magdalena told us about, called Sirinyali, and we had some excellent meals there, many times. Up on the main road there is a square with a children's playground and a place that does good pizza. With two children under three, this was also a great place for us, as was the Wild Duck which was just a short ride on the Dolmus, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed going on! This has been our third year holidaying in Northern Cyprus and this has been the best villa. We are considering it again for next year :0)

Relaxing stay in a lovely private villa

Our holiday experience at this beautiful villa from start to finish was perfect. The Villa is well equipped with everything you could need, including beach towels for the sun loungers. The location is a quiet residential area, with the minor exception of the cockerel next door :) We hired a car and many restaurants, supermarkets and sights were in close proximity. Overall our experience was a relaxing family holiday, with lots of time spent in and around the pool, and meals on the outside terrace under the bright stars. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing escape.
