Casa Mónica es una hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios y 6 baños en el corazón de la exclusiva comunidad frente al mar, Costa del Sol, en la costa sur de Cozumel. La casa está cómodamente amueblada y es el hogar perfecto, ya sea que se relaje o se entretenga. El interior tiene un amplio plano de planta. La cocina está totalmente equipada con servicio para 10 comensales. La gran sala de estar cuenta con 2 sofás, TV con cable, DVD y xbox con juegos y películas. Casa Mónica tiene capacidad para 10 huéspedes cómodamente en 3 camas king, 2 gemelas y 2 futones queen.

El exterior de la casa es impresionante. Tiene un patio en la planta baja con mesas, sillas y tumbonas; un segundo piso proyectado en un patio con mesas y sillas, y una gran terraza envolvente arriba con vista al mar, hamacas, parrilla de gas y 1/2 baño.

La comunidad cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, exuberantes paisajes y jardines, una playa de arena salpicada de sombrillas palapas, una hermosa piscina infinita, jacuzzi y un muelle privado para acceso personalizado en bote. La comunidad es amigable para los niños con un extremo poco profundo en la piscina y una laguna tranquila y poco profunda donde los niños pueden caminar, bucear y explorar las piscinas de marea. También hay un excelente snorkel cerca de la costa dentro de un área protegida por boyas.

Como invitados de Casa Mónica, puede contar con los servicios de Your Cozumel. Te saludaremos en el aeropuerto y te ayudaremos en taxi o en un coche de alquiler a la villa. (Legalmente no podemos transportar invitados). Estamos disponibles para los huéspedes durante su estadía para responder preguntas y ayudar a organizar cualquier excursión o actividad como buceo, snorkel, pesca, recorridos en vehículos todo terreno y masajes. Ofrecemos servicio de chef privado y servicio de compras. ¡El servicio de limpieza diario está incluido en su estadía!

Amazing Stay in Cozumel

We had the best time ever at the house in Costa del Sol. The house was beautiful with the most amazing view. We felt very safe and anything we needed was just a quick text message to the management staff. The location was top notch and the pool was perfect. We could walk down the pier and be right in the most beautiful water ever, full of colorful fish and other marine life. Trip of a lifetime! Can't wait to go back.

Lovely Home away from Home

The house is beautiful, spacious, with everything you need. The beach is clean and beautiful and you can see it from the house. Cleaning service was fantastic. Management is very accommodating and very accessible when needed. Communication was top notch. 10/10 recommend.

Family fun

Amber and Rodrigo were great to deal with and very responsive. We also rented a 8 passenger mini van from them that was great for our family. The house was just as described on the listing. Pool, lagoons, ocean acces were wonderful just steps from the house. The property was well stocked and cleaning ladies did a great job. We would recommend this property for rental and would stay here again. awonderfgrejstay.

Perfect Casa for a large family vacation

We LOVED our experience staying here with our family. It was perfect because we could be together in the common spaces, but had plenty of rooms for everyone to sleep in. The property managers were FANTASTIC and took care of our every need and helped make our vacation special. The Costa del Sol community was quiet, had nice amenities, and convenient for a family of divers. I would not hesitate at all to stay here again!

Amazing Vacation!

Our family of 8, ranging in age from 6-66, had an amazing vacation. The concierge, Enrique, was fabulous. He answered every question and booked our excursions. We were so grateful for him. The house is beautiful and the snorkeling right in front of the house entertained us for many hours! I highly recommend this home and we hope to return some day!

Fantastic Trip

We had an amazing trip and experience. Mayra was so attentive and helpful with our every question and request. Thank you so much Mayra. We had a great trip. The only issues with the home were the one bedroom that says it has twin beds and a futon is not accurate. We needed the twins and they have a king in there now so one of us ended up on the couch. And the dishwasher is awful - the bottom wrack doesn’t fit and dishes don’t get super clean. Other than that the home was great and spacious and the maid services were great. The grounds are immaculate and well cared for and the guests and home owners were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

Nice location, only thing missing were the lovely comfy looking chaise lounges were missing! Those would have been nice to lounge on. Chef service was excellent, Concierge was really helpful. House was comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful family vacation!

The property is listed accurately, and is even better in person. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found everything we needed to be comfortable in the home, from comfortable beds, private quarters for all, and a well equipped kitchen to little things like plenty of laundry detergent, shampoo and toilet paper. The entire subdivision is lovingly maintained and packed with gorgeous plants to enjoy. We spent a lot of time at the pool and snorkeling/swimming in the gorgeous sea steps away from the house. (We bought pool noodles for floating in the ocean at Chedraui…maybe they’re still at the home for your use!) All of the staff was very kind and helpful and most other guests in the complex were quiet, respectful neighbors. We are already talking about “next time.” Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Such a nice property

The house is located in a lovely little gated community. It is perfect for divers, the boat can pick you up right at the dock, and it is so convenient. The house is huge and well stocked for a comfortable stay. Mayra and all the staff are kind and solicitous. We enjoyed ourselves very much

Paradise Found

We loved our stay at Casa Monica! There were two couples in this giant house with a beautiful view of the lawn, pool, and ocean. Our scuba dive master and our snorkel excursion picked us up at the Costa del Sol complex’s dock, which saved us from traveling downtown. We enjoyed the included housekeeping service, found the optional chef service to be tasty and affordable, and utilized the property manager’s car rental service , “Cuatro Amigos.” The complex is beautiful, relatively quiet, and safe. The house would easily sleep 8 comfortably, though there are a couple of futons and couches for more guests. Casa Monica has one of the best views in the complex. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Nice location, great home. Had 2 sets of friends that stayed elsewhere on the island, payed more and their places were smaller, crowded and without the view. Wish I would have booked with host’s recommended dive company rather than try to save a couple bucks. Also would have hired their chef for a couple meals, didn’t because we wanted to experience some of the local restaurants or be committed to meals at pre-determined times. Service was friendly and attentive. 2 recommendations - advise guests about the local police and a better grill needs to be installed. Would rebook!

Great location and property for our teenager to grandparent aged family!

Mayra met us at the house and gave us a quick orientation. All the staff at costa del sol were helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the size of the house and couldn’t beat the view, snorkeling off the pier and private beach. Kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have games and books available to enjoy. There were five in our party ranging from 14 to 77 years old. Cozumel is very easy to get around via car and we were able to quickly run to town for groceries and supplies with no problem. We can’t wait to come visit again!

Great diving again

I’m a very happy repeat user of this Casa C6 in Costa Del Sol. I love this place. Most convenient for scuba diving. Scuba operators will pick you up on the Costa Del Sol pier. I hope that the homeowners association will replace the Jacuzzi, maybe down between the smaller pool and the pier (out of view). It was so nice to warm up and relax in a nice warm Jacuzzi immediately after scuba diving when available a couple of years ago. All of the divers in my groups miss the Jacuzzi.

Great getaway

Great house for the money. Lovely secure neighborhood, beautiful landscaping, helpful staff. We used the cook staff for 6 of our 10 day stay. We were quite pleased with the meals. We loved the Sunset restaurant in town which is right on the water and open air. Also like d Moles restaurant. Not sure about the spelling.). Would definitely return.

Perfect scuba

We have stayed at a few homes in Costa Del Sol. This one is unit C6 with excellent view of pool and ocean. We wait until we see our scuba boat arrive at the dock before we go. Very convenient and comfortable. Perfect Casa for larger group excellent air conditioning, WiFi etc. A few years ago there was a jacuzzi hot tub that was delightful right after a scuba dive. I hope that the homeowners association will replace the jacuzzi hot tub.

An oasis that you must experience. Things don't get anymore relaxed than this.

The house is absolutely stunning, with a living room wall of floor to ceiling windows, looking out to the ocean. If you love beautiful sunsets, this is the place! The master suite is breathtaking, with floor to ceiling view of the ocean, and a gigantic screened in balcony. The propane cooking grill on the huge covered second level deck is a dream to cook any meal on. I'm not much of a cook, but I thoroughly enjoyed cooking for my family on it (with an ice cold drink at my side) and was able to make some darn good meals on it. The pool is absolutely something else. There's a ledge that you can rest your arms over, with a drink at your side, while you experience the true beauty of the ocean only steps away. You'll see the odd cruise ship or gigantic sail boat go by in the distance. The pool is always spotless and so we'll maintained, it seems like you're in a fresh water retreat. The massive dock is wonderful to go out for a walk on to either see fish swimming below, or to jump off the end and cool off (I couldn't touch bottom no matter how hard I tried). I loved to walk out on this during the sunset and in the evening, to look along the shore and listen to the waves. You can't see another house or resort for as far as you can see; making it feel like the island is all yours. You'll see a few people here and there's as you go about your day. They're all just like you; wanting a peaceful getaway. If you're looking to strike up a conversation with them, they're all interested in visiting. The grounds are an oasis, and kept meticulously clean. Cleaning staff take their time and do an impeccable job of looking after your house. I highly suggest renting a vehicle. You can do it through your hosts and get your own parking stall for your stay. If you plan on having some fun in the city, you can always ask security at the front, to get you a taxi. The ventilation in our house was perfect, and kept a consistent temperature at what ever you set it at. All appliances are newer and worked like charms, including the washer and dryer. No musty smell anywhere. The front patio was my favorite place to enjoy my coffee and Baileys; relaxing in my chair, with a full view of the grounds and the ocean. Out hosts Amber, Rodrigo and Mayra couldn't have been more accommodating or friendlier! If you've got Whatsapp, you group chat them all. One of them always responds to any request or question you may have almost immediately. Your family will never forget this!

Wonderful House/Location

The property and location was amazing. Enrique made our stay effortless and easy. The pool was warm and there was a shallow area where the babies could sit comfortably and play. Snorkeling was good out by the dock. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved it and already booked for next year!!
