Construcción a estrenar! Esta nueva casa con vista a los pantanos del Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Prime Hook aprovecha las vistas incomparables. Numerosas cubiertas, un porche con mosquitero y grandes ventanales ofrecen una vista pintoresca. El nivel superior cuenta con una sala de estar y comedor abierto con una gran cocina. Con una gran cantidad de espacio en el mostrador, una isla central con asientos y un área de comedor adyacente, la cocina promete ser el lugar central de reunión. La sala de estar equipada con un sofá seccional y un gran televisor de pantalla plana será el lugar para disfrutar de una película. Este piso también tiene una gran sala de polvo.

El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones. El maestro con una cama King tiene su propio baño. Los otros dos dormitorios, uno con una cama Queen y otro con un juego de gemelos, comparten un baño completo con bañera / ducha.

Este establecimiento admite perros con una tarifa por mascota no reembolsable y un anexo firmado. ¡Disponible también para fines de semana largos fuera de temporada!

Wonderful week at 2809 Bayshore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 3 plus our dog had a wonderful week at 2809 Bayshore. The home has beautiful views of the bay and the nature reserve. The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We fished and kayaked from the private dock and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our dog will miss running on the beach and chasing the birds. We took a few trips to the cute town of Lewes for dinner and shopping. Perfect family vacation.

Relaxing Beach vaca by the bay

Love the seclusion of Broadkill. The lovely views of the marsh and the easy access to the beach were enjoyed. Sunsets and birds are favs. Running, walking, sunning, reading, cooking, talking were enjoyed by all. So clean, so comfortable.

The owners provide detailed instructions and information about local amenities and history, and a well-stocked kitchen. There is easy access across the street to the beach, which is quiet and clean. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Lovely great room - great views

This property has fabulous views out the back to the great marsh - daily sunsets and easy access for kayaking. The beach is right across the street. Screened in porch is fabulous. The upstairs floor has been recently renovated and we spent most of our time there. There is also an outdoor shower downstairs which is super convenient when coming in from kayaking or the beach. The bedrooms are fine - a bit dated with carpeting, but clean and comfortable. Overall, we really liked this property.

First Time but not the last

We really enjoyed our stay on Broadkill Beach. The area is nice and quiet particularly at this time of year but was the perfect long weekend escape for us and our pet. This property was more than large enough for us and was convenient for our plans to Cape Henlopen State Park and visiting some of the sights in Lewes and Rehobeth. Views on each side of the house are awesome - Delaware Bay out the front and Prime Hook refuge out the back. Loved the decks to catch the views. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped - it didn't lack anything.

nice house, great views, lots of flies

We loved the house itself but the yard was very over grown and we had to cut some back just so our dog could walk through it. The path to the beach is also over grown and we were attached by the flies every time we walked to the beach. The house also needs a large pot for pasta or crabs. With all that we would still stay here again because the views are wonderful. We would just not bring the dog.

Great place to get away

We were looking for a place to get away during the pandemic and this place knocked it out of the park. Very few people around, easy access to beach, little dock to fish off of, and very comfortable place to stay. Great experience

Great off-season getaway

We had a relaxing stay in this quiet neighborhood, beautiful views with the deleware bay on one side and prime hook wildlife sanctuary on the other side. House is very clean with up to date comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of stairs, some a bit narrow, so carrying supplies to top floor was challenging.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay! The views off the back of the house at sunset were amazing! Well stocked kitchen! Loved al of the different decks, especially the screened in porch!

A break from the every day-May 2019

We want to let the family who owns this peace of Broadkill know that we are truly grateful and blessed to have been able to relax here for a little while. With such a beautifully styled and adequately equipped home it was just the healthy break we needed. My favorite part of the home is top front porch at sunrise and back porch and deck for every other time- esp. meals!! Thank you for sharing your joy with us. oh P.S. - the wonderful agent, Pam at BHHS/Gallo was a true gem as well. She was so patient and kind and helpful. Thank you! The Happel Family

Beautiful views!

The house is very comfortable with great views! The kitchen is well stocked. There are several beach chairs among other beach items. It is very relaxing. We loved the screened porch.

Fantastic view of the marsh. Easy walk to the beach. Great birding.

Modern, well stocked kitchen, large tv and comfortable sitting area, lots of great outdoor furniture on the decks, comfortable beds...all wonderful!
