Soleado condominio estudio lado sur con aire acondicionado. Este condominio remodelado, extra espacioso (520 pies cuadrados) de estilo estudio con exuberante vista al jardín.

El estudio tiene un área de cocina separada y una pequeña área de comedor, pero la cama y el sofá, la silla, las mesas auxiliares y la mesa de centro y la TV están en una habitación grande. Hay un pasillo en la parte posterior de la unidad con estanterías y una cómoda, en el camino hacia el baño. No hay lanai en este condominio.

Muy cerca a pie de una gran playa de snorkel o disfrute de un refrescante chapuzón en la piscina del complejo a pocos pasos de su condominio.

The room decor and furniture is slightly dated, but everything is clean, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, hiking, shopping, and a good selection of restaurants.

The central gardens and pool are truly beautiful. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The place is in a wonderful location - near beaches and restaurants. It’s a good starting place in the morning to explore other parts of the island as well.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was the perfect size for us. Spacious bathroom and ample room for our clothes. The kitchen was tight, but worked well. The location was great, close to Poipu Beach, we could walk across the street to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets, and it was easy for us to get everywhere we wanted to go. The parking was great, right next to the building and covered from the heat. We did not have a lanai, which was our choice. We sat by the bbq place to have a beer outside. We met a few nice people, but it would have been nicer to have had a bigger area.This was great for our purposes and would gladly rent again.

Great location, super efficient

This small (essentially studio) apartment packs an amazing number of amenities. Everything you need. Pool is great. Location excellent for excursions. Pretty much equidistant to Waimea and western attractions and Wailea (East) and the Nepali coast (North). Walk to a choice snorkeling beach across the street. Poipu beach is a 5 minute drive.

The studio was perfect for my stay on island. Poipu is always a great choice. This unit was located 2 minutes walk from one of the best sunset spots on island. The convience of a full kitchen was greta and the bed and pillows where super comfy!

Lovely!

Wonderful location in Poipu! Awesome to have snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for beach days. Nice view of the pool and tropical gardens, and a walk downstairs and around the building led to being able to see the ocean. Well furnished, good condition of cookware and appliances, and easy parking (the Lawai Beach Resort was the most convenient). Thank you for having us!

Nice location & property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was early May, but we were still happy to have the portable AC unit & used it. There is a small beach across the street that has really good snorkeling. You just need to watch for the rocks when getting in & out of the water on a windy day. The property was nice & a short driving distance to restaurants & Poipu beach. My only complaint would be that the shower is very small & the shower curtain was problematic, but nothing major. It was great that there was snorkeling gear & other beach items that had been left by prior guests that we were able to use. Almost everything is really expensive in Kauai, so just be prepared for that. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would definitely stay at this location again.

Great location

The property was really nice but the bathroom and kitchen were pretty dirty. Shower curtain had mold and shower had a lot of soap scum and fridge had sauce on the side. Nothing a magic eraser couldn’t fix.

Entire room needs upgrading. AC very poor. No air circulation. Very old and dysfunctional layout of space. No patio.

Good place, good location, good people

Good clean place conveniently located to beaches, dive and snorkeling spots, and varied food options. Price was fair. People were friendly and quiet mostly. Beach going equipment in the condo for leisure usage was excellent. Good stay. Overall rating is 4 stars just because condo design does not enable a good cross breeze draft..AC was needed to cool down the space but it didn’t effectively cool the space as the space may be too much for the portable AC to handle. Fans helped but would prefer a condo design with windows and doors on multiple sides of condo to enable better natural ventilation. Mahalo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice amenities in the bedroom and kitchen. Beautifully maintained garden. But the floor is dirty. Maintenance should mop the floors thoroughly every time a guest checks out. After just 2 minutes of walking barefoot in the room and kitchen my feet became dirty. Yuck! This is minor compared to the bathroom problem. A major problem of the bathroom is the super compact shower area. I'm 5'5" and my wife is shorter, and the shower area was tiny even for us. My elbow kept hitting the walls and there was water all over the bathroom floor as a result. I recommend this room 50:50 due to these 2 problems. The other amenities in the room and kitchen are good. Garden area is great with sounds of birds chirping all day (April 2022).
