Aislado Lynch Hollow Lagoon Cabin 2018 !!

Si usted está buscando una laguna de agua aislado, suave con todas las comodidades del hogar, le encantará este de cuatro dormitorios, tres y medio baños, tres de nivel. 2250 pies cuadrados, cabaña frente al mar con un muelle privado barco flotando a sólo 90 metros de distancia.

Planta principal con zona de chimenea, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, medio baño, dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio y baño principal. La gran sala se abre a una cubierta envolvente completo que da directamente en las aguas de la Laguna Lynch Hollow. El segundo piso tiene el segundo y tercer dormitorio con camas tamaño queen con un baño completo y un pequeño dormitorio oculto por encima de tres dormitorios y un altillo que da a la planta principal.

La planta baja consta de una sala de estar el cuarto dormitorio que es una habitación con literas con dos juegos de dobles camas literas cama que pueden dormir ocho adultos. El nivel inferior también se abre a una cubierta completa con vistas al agua. Las cubiertas superiores e inferiores disponen de parrillas de gas y muebles de patio.

Hay tres puertos deportivos dentro de 1. 25 a 2. 5 millas de nuestro muelle flotante privado y lanzamiento de un barco dentro de una media milla por el agua y dos kilómetros por carretera.

We had a great stay with our family. The house had everything we needed/expected and Phil was available for any questions if we had them. The kids and adults were all happy! Excellent place to stay for a vacation on beautiful Norris Lake.

Great Host & Location

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO lake house! The location was perfect—peaceful, scenic, and conveniently close to two marinas (Powell Valley and Flat Hollow) it is tucked away in a cove with only a couple neighboring houses. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, and the dock was ideal for relaxing or tying up our boat and to swim off of! Best of all, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend more for a group of friends/family looking for a seamless vacation on the lake. I will be booking here again.

Beautiful house on Lake Norris w/ private dock and very close to loading ramp!

1st time @ Lake Norris! Stunning lake w/ beautiful lake shore homes. Phil was a wonderful host. He sends you all the info that you need for your stay and was great to interact with. More than enough room for everyone! We will defiantly return to this house for another stay! 10 out of 10!!!

Nice vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect, Phillip(the owner) was easy to work with and the cabin was clean and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Quiet and since it is in a cove, it is a great place to swim.

Comfortable and Clean Lake Home

We had a comfortable and fun stay at Lynch Hollow. The serene setting is beautiful, and the house is comfortable and very clean.There are lots of outdoor spaces with beautiful views and good seating. Phil is a congenial host who is attentive and responsive. The drive to the house is quite steep, but we were able to negotiate it with our 4-wheel drive vehicles, plus there are other parking spaces available for those who can walk down the drive. Guests do need to take their own towels, washcloths, and paper products.

Great stay

Phil was great to work with. Water is very calm and dock has 3 kayaks and a paddle boat. Was only about 40 minute pontoon boat ride to Deerfield golf course and another 15 to jumping bridge. We hope to be back soon!

Peaceful

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. The fishing was great with us catching several catfish and bass right off the dock. There is plenty to do and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Family had an amazing time.

Fun Lake Getaway

Plenty of room for us and our grown children with spouses. Everyone had their own space when they wanted it. Idle zone was perfect for floating out, water is very clear. Driveway was very steep as described, must be able to do stairs and plan to bring everything with you including towels. Toilet paper, paper towels, wash cloths, etc. Could be tough to fly in and use property. Almost no cell service and internet available but not sufficient or reliable for working remotely.

Awesome family getaway

We took our 3 teenagers and a few of their friends for a week. They were all 15 and older. Thank goodness, because those stairs to & from the dock were a workout. Besides all the mandatory exercise the house and amenities met all of our needs. Phill was very understanding when we had a cpl accidents where small items were damaged and the hot tub cover finally gave out. He explained that he was expecting that and already had one on back order. Which is common these days. Yes, the hill is a little intimidating, but one of our vehicles is a very large truck and we had no trouble getting up and down it or maneuvering it in the parking area. Thanks again Phil for the hospitality!

Clean and great instructions!

Our group had a great time hanging out at the dock. It was the first time everyone in our group had an opportunity to stay right on the lake and definitely recommend always renting a house with a private dock in the furue!

Best family vacation!

Amazing property! Cabin was very clean and beautiful! The driveway was a little steep but we all made it up and down just fine! Would definitely stay at this place again

Very Nice Getaway

This is a great place to stay! There is plenty of room for all the guest. Kids had a blast! Stairs are nice and wide for easy climbing. Was very clean and we had good communication for check in. Could use a bit better signage to get to the house. We would definitely stay here again. A few negatives that don't out way the positive. The owner left a Boat in the slip at the house would be better if it was not there to make the dock a bit more enjoyable. Also a Truck in the driveway. The parking is difficult enough without an extra vehicle being there. There was a great Fire pit on the lower level that we used a couple of times as the evening where perfect for it! Defiantly could have been cleaned out was over flowing with ash. Also left a load of worn out deck board near it to burn I assume with a load of nails sticking out that my daughter then stepped on going right through her shoe into her foot. Bummer! So beyond the Boat, Truck, and some issues with the fire pit it was a great place to stay and we had a great time! Would love to go back especially for the price.
