El espacio ha sido completamente renovado en 2015. Quería que fuera agradable y cálido, lo suficientemente grande como para que 2 parejas se sientan cómodas con mucho espacio y la posibilidad de agregar 2 camas individuales en las habitaciones o en la sala de estar. Hay 2 dormitorios y 2 baños y también un tercer baño sin ducha.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y encontrará todo para cocinar si lo desea. La mesa del comedor puede albergar hasta 6 personas.
La vista de la ciudad es excelente y me encanta el enorme ciprés frente a una de las ventanas.
Para llegar al Ponte vecchio, le llevará 3 minutos a pie y el duomo es de 5 minutos. Estás en el medio de todas partes.
He hecho todo lo posible para brindarle comodidad, detalles agradables, buena energía, colores suaves y relajantes ... He tratado de que se sienta como en casa. ¡Solo una buena copa de vino tinto de chianti, disfrute de la ciudad y haga que su estadía sea memorable!
Como la mayoría de los edificios históricos en Florencia, no hay ascensor. El departamento está ubicado en el segundo piso con 45 escaleras.

Great stay, Good location

Home decor was so beautiful! Place was clean and a short walk to all the florence tourist spots! Owner was very kind and told us which buses to take to get to the apartment!

Lovely apartment on a quiet street 2 mins walk from the heart of Pointe Vecchio.

The owner Marie is lovely and attentive. One of the most charming places I've rented. I am a frequent traveler. Eclectic w/ modern amenities. It felt like home away from home.

Clean, comfortable, great location on the less busy and touristed side of the river. Remember there is a climb up the hill to get to the door, and some stairs, but this is very manageable for most people.

Absolutely wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about La Maison. Marie was a responsive host and provides a lovely, clean, well decorated place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the binder of information Marie provided full of interesting and helpful information. Being just across the Arno gets you away from the crowds while still being very convenient to the sights. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

Cozy apartment in a great location

This was a cute spot for a couples getaway. The apartment was nicely equipped with everything we needed and close to all the sights. If you have any challenges with walking this might not be a good spot because there is quite a hill to climb and taxis are not allowed on the street. There is also no elevator. We enjoyed the extra exercise!

It is a very lovely place where we felt like home. I loved the books and the fireplace, so cozy. A big kitchen table was perfect for our company. If we could we will go back any min. Marie is very very nice a d carring person. Thank you for letting us stay and making out visit more special and unforgetful.

Lovely apartment on quiet side of river close to all the sites!

Marie is very welcoming and has included most everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with basics. Showers are very nice! The washer is a plus and there are racks to hang out your clothing. The apartment is up a hill but easy walking distance to the sites and restaurants. And there is a great gelato shop close by! Marie is very responsive and made taxi reservations for us. There were recommendations in a notebook and a library of travel reference books. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Perfect !

Traveling through Italy with another couple, we couldn't be more pleased with out decision to stay here. The apartment is perfectly appointed and the location is ideal. This is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The decor is perfect. All the showers are amazing, and the linens were divine. Everything is within walking distance and easy to get to. We were met by Daniel who was sweet as pie, and eager to accommodate us. The owner Marie was equally attentive. This place exceeded all our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

This apartment was in a great location. Parking was a challenge but the owner made some suggestions that worked out fine. There was a ton of space, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a full kitchen and a living room. Internet was fast. We really enjoyed this place and would absolutely stay here again. When we stayed here there was a lot of construction happening literally right outside the door. The entry hall and along the stairs to this place were covered in demolition dust and debris and the work started around 8am with jackhammers. We were out all day everyday so the noise didn't bother us.

Perfect place to stay

We were 4 adults and all found the apartment to be very spacious. 2 big bedrooms and 2 big bathrooms. Great common area. We had breakfast every day in the place and 2 dinners. The location is excellent- just across from Ponte Vecchio and all the crowds in Florence. We were able to walk everywhere. The beds were very comfy and enjoyed exploring the various neighborhoods on our side of the bridge as well as the side with the Uffuzi, etc. this is a walk up apartment which was not a problem for us but just wanted to mention it. There is also a washer and half bath in a small room. There was a damp smell that we noticed when we opened the door. We would recommend this place!

Fabulous location

Four of us traveled for my 50th birthday and stayed a week in La Maison. Pros: Excellent location at Arno river with easy access to 3 pedestrian bridges Beautiful, quaint bedrooms Large stand-up showers Large TV (*we brought own cables to hook to our laptop) Kitchen stocked with dishes, cook ware Small washer with standing hangers to dry Ok-ish: Not a lot of space in which to put clothing and "live" for a few days. There were some hangers, tiny drawers. Bathroom window electric and slow Heat and airflow an issue and did not respond to thermostat. Each room had own AC/fan unit - however the fan units are disconnected during the colder season due apparently to a city ordinance. Thus despite a wall fan, we could not use it. There were no box fans in the unit. For airflow we could open the windows (which worked very well) yet it was a rainy season so limited how much we could actually open them. Not awesome: When we did ask about the heat and fans, Marie was responsive and came to the unit that next day to show us the equipment. Yet, the next day she sent an electrician over; we did not know the reason. They literally lockboxed in the thermostat so we could not access it. It was a bit confusing. At departure, I screwed up paying the city fee in cash; my fault. Paid online. Yet, Marie turned angry on text and accused us of breaking the bathroom window and leaving the unit in disrepair, both untrue. It was horrible and out of line. Take photos when you check out.

Perfect Florence Apt

Our host Marie was a Great Host. Her suggestions for places to have gelato, pastries and of course Florentine Steak were worth following her advice. The location is near the sights , but in a quiet neighborhood. She arranged a taxi when we had to say goodbye to Florence. Thanks Jim & D‘Anne

Un appartement au charme fou

Séjour parfait, tant par l'emplacement idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout, typiquement florentin, vieil immeuble charmant, appartement bien décoré, avec goût et chaleureux, bien agencée avec tout le nécessaire pour un long week-end de fêtes de fin d'année. Nous avons passé de très bons moments entre les visites, comme à la maison. Accueil très sympathique et parfait de la part de Mattéo qui a toujours répondu présent à nos questions. Nous reviendrons....

Great Experience

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Marie was wonderful to work with and thinks of everything. The property is truly a home away from home. It’s the perfect combination of rustic/charming yet updated where it’s important like the bathrooms. We stayed with our 3 teenage daughters and there was plenty of space to spread out. The location is central to everything you want to do and see, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to a grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Marie provides a binder with information on the area which is helpful. She also scheduled a taxi for us to get to the train station when we departed. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Gemütliche Wohnung in bester Lage

Dieses kleine Juwel liegt in einer ruhigen, malerischen Seitengasse, gerade südlich der Ponte Vecchio. Ein gut bestückter Supermarkt ist gleich am Ende der Straße, vom Trubel der Touristen ist hier aber nichts mehr zu spüren. Von den Fenstern aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über einen gegenüberliegenden großen Garten und auf die Uffizien und sogar die Turmspitze des Palazzo Vecchio. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll, gemütlich und originell mit Antiquitäten und asiatischer Kunst eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Platz für fünf Personen. Es gibt zwei moderne, geräumige Duschbäder und eine kleine Gästetoilette inkl einer kleinen Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist urig, gut ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas klein. Für Frühstück, Abendbrot und Snacks reicht es aber allemal. Im Wohnzimmer sitzt man auf unterschiedlichen Sesseln um den Kamin sehr gemütlich und genießt den Charme dieser wunderbar gestalteten, typisch florentiner Wohnung. Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie mit drei halbwüchsigen Kindern und haben hier fünf wunderbare Tage verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful Property in Florence

My wife and 3 teenage children stayed in Marie's apartment in Florence for 2 nights and loved it. In fact, 2 nights wasn't enough for us but it was all we could manage. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is in a great location near the river. Marie was great to work with and the property is as advertised. She even went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us to the train station. This location is very close to the main bridge but on the less touristy side of the river. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever visit Florence in the future. Thanks Marie!

Excellent style and location!

We loved staying here and loved the whole feeling and style and layout. You do have to walk up a bit of a hill and then up some stairs but we didn’t mind because of getting exercise. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend in Florence

In questa splendida città abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso weekend. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative oltre a confermare l'idea che ci eravamo fatte dalle fotografie del sito. Pulito, molto attrezzato, dotato di ogni confort, vicinissimo ad ogni attrazione turistica . comodo dalla stazione e raggiungibile a piedi , come noi abbiamo fatto, in 20 minuti. Per finire un grazie va alla proprietaria Marie, persona molto disponibile, cordiale e attenta alle piccole e grandi esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Quindi......esperienza da rifare e da consigliare. This property is big enough to host 6 persons. For a traveller who wants to stay in the historical center without the crowd of tourists, the location is perfect and at the same time, the street is very quiet. No noise. The view is beautiful..

I love the big cypress in front of the window, I love to have my breakfast 2 minutes from home in a nice coffee shop facing the river, I love to be able to walk everywhere, I love to sleep with my windows opened because it is so quiet, I love to be in the part of the city away from the crowd of tourists, I love the food and the coffee shops of this neighbourhood.
