Great Family Vacation

Great location!

This is the second time my family has rented this location and we love it. It’s extremely close to the beach, close to stores and restaurants. The street is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly.

We love this property. It is very clean, and located in the perfict area. The beach is only a block away. I would recommend this property for a great stay on a vacation.

Great location

Buckroe beach is just a short walk away. The beach is not crowded and the waves are minimal. The historic triangle is an easy drive from the house. The kitchen is well equipped, two bedrooms have beds, one has a pullout couch, and the upstairs has a futon and air mattress. We had plenty of room for our group of 10.

Amazing time

My family and I travelled from Fredericksburg to celebrate the life of my angel daughter. The cookout was suppose to be at my sister in laws but we had a change of plans and had to hold the event at the this home. Lynne the homeowner graciously approved for us to host my family at the home and we had an amazing time. The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy day. A short walk to the beach topped our evening off. You won’t be disappointed. We really enjoyed this home and I assure you that you will too.

It was a pleasant place to stay. It had everything we needed.

With the exception of a couple of hiccups, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with all the amenities we needed. It would have been nice to sleep on more comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. We had problems with the A/C everyday. The trash was packed high because the pickup day was on Mon, a day before we departed. However, Every issue we had, the landlord reacted in a timely manner. If we have the need to do it again, we will look for this Air BnB property without hesitation.

Family getaway to Virginia Beach

The stay was enjoyable. The property was clean. The kitchen and the bathrooms were updated. There is plenty of kitchen supplies. One of the only issues was when we left the property the first evening of our stay for dinner and locked both locks. It wasn't until we returned that night when we realized that the code provided did not apply to both locks. We had to call a locksmith to open the door. The locksmith fee was refunded the next day after I spoke with the manager. I would suggest providing the lockbox information to the renter when you provide the code for the top lock.

Large, tidy and stylish - 5 minutes walk from the beach

We had a really great experience at this Buckroe Beach property. The house is fairly large and could easily accommodate our group of 9 people - including 2 younger kids and an infant. The place is well-kept, cosy and confortable. Also, it's only a five minutes walk from a nice and family-friendly beach, which was a big plus for us. Our host was very easy to reach and always diligent in answering our queries. Highly recommended!

Awesome.

Ir was a great time. Everything you would need was there for us. All we needed to bring was clothes and food. We stayed for 6 night and didn't run out of anything they provided. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking to relax and hit up the Beach. Not really much to do in to but Virginia beach was not a far drive for the fun stuff. Will come here again. The price is here is good. Communication with the people in charge was easy. They are ready to help with whatever questions you have.

Loved it!!!

What a beautiful home for a vacation! This was our first time using Vrbo and we couldn’t have been happier with the house we rented or the owner and property manager!!! There was a food store right near by if we needed anything and many great places to eat out. Bring your beach towels. Everything else was there that we needed. We loved the beach which was only 2 blocks away and we met so many wonderful people!! Staying where we did, this vacation was a real Blessing!!!

Beach Vacay 2022

Property was clean. House was a short distance to beach you could walk in just a couple of minutes but lots of parking at the beach. Beach was very nice and not overcrowded!❤️The house had just about everything you needed other than food 🥰but it was just a short drive to the local FoodLion. We had a great time. The community was quiet and clean. Thank you for having us!!!🐬we even saw dolphins at the beach 🏖

Do your research.

We expected a deep cleaned thoroughly sanitized rental. Especially, given the weekly rate we paid and the additional cleaning fee charged at the time of booking. We tried to work with the homeowner on the situation without a positive result. I have stayed at plenty of VRBO without issues of sanitation that we had. Do your research.

We want our guests to have a great experience. As our guest reviews will show, we are committed to responding quickly to guest concerns. We do our best to characterize our guests fairly and hope for as much from them. In this case we respectfully disagree with this guest's representation of facts. And VRBO agreed with us 1. The guest cut his vacation short and told us nothing of any concern until after he had left. 2. We inspected the property immediately after he noticed us that he had vacated. The house was in great condition. He subsequently claimed had bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it before leaving. We offered to reimburse him for supplies if he would send receipts. He provided no receipts. 3. He also alleged there were problems with police arresting people on our street which made him unsafe. Our neighbors verified that this was not true. We do wish Nate well and agree that our guests should research their hosts. We have hundreds of reviews on our homes and we believe that they offer a clear picture of our service standards.

Location, Location, Location

My family and I had an incredible time. The owners we delightful, honest and had phenomenal communication. The house was roomy, clean with great views especially from the third floor. The walk to the beach every morning is so peaceful and the neighborhood is very friendly. We will be staying at this property again next summer.

Our stay at Buckroe beach

The house was really nice. There were 9 of us and we all had enough space. Very close to the beach but unfortunately we were unable to enjoy that convenience because of how many jellyfish were in the water.

The accommodations were perfect for our family. We all had our own space. The teens took over the loft! The house was a 3-5 minute walk from the beach which was ideal.
