Espectacular

El Algarrobo es un auténtico oasis. Un remanso de paz. La casa espectacular, el jardín y la piscina de película. Susana y Jorge son encantadores. Hemos estado como en casa. A la casa no le falta detalle. Súper recomendable.

A Little Gem !!!!!!

The house is a small paradise with many plants and all the comforts. It has a multitude of spaces to enjoy, the Balinese bed to read and rest, the jacuzzi to have fun and relax, the bed next to the jacuzzi with wonderful views of the garden, the bar, the pool, the barbecue, ... , what more can be ordered !!! The interior very nice and well decorated, with a large television where you can watch a good movie or football game, offer Canal + and Netflix. Really the owners take care of all the details. The town is beautiful, very close and with plenty of shops and restaurants. We will be back !!

Absolut traumhaft

Wir hatten uns von den Bildern und den Bewertungen viel erhofft und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört keinen Straßenlärm. Der Garten ist traumhaft angelegt und man fühlt sich wie im Paradies, wenn man von seiner Liege in die Palmen schaut. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll. Es finden sich überall ruhige und gemütliche Ecken zum relaxen. Auf dem ganzen Grundstück hat man WLAN-Empfang. Der Pool ist klasse. Er ist ca. 5x10 m groß und bis mx. 1,80 m tief. Dadurch heizt er sich nicht zu stark auf und wir hatten im August durchweg eine sehr angenehme und immer noch erfrischende Wassertemperatur von 26 Grad. Ein Highlight ist die Außenküche mit gemauertem Grill, Holzkohleofen, Kühlschrank und Waschbecken. Unser Tagesmotto war daher meist "Grillen und Chillen". Wir haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt, dass wir nur wenige Ausflüge gemacht haben. Malaga ist ca. 20 km entfernt und dementsprechend schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Diverse Supermärkte sind in Alhaurin de la Torre vorhanden. Wer es braucht, findet sogar Aldi und Lidl, ansonsten ist Mercadona zu empfehlen. Das Auto kann man im Doppelcarport abstellen, der sich auf dem ummauerten Grundstück befindet. Von innen ist das Haus wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen, auch sehr schön und mit orientalischem Touch eingerichtet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Eines der Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, das andere ist eine offene Galerie im ersten Stock. Unten im Wohnzimmer und oben auf der Galerie befinden sich je eine Klimaanlage. Die obere war allerdings etwas zu laut, um sie während der Nacht laufen zu lassen. Für Lüftung sorgt in den Schlafräumen außerdem je ein Deckenventilator. Oben war es aber trotzdem nachts noch sehr warm. Folgendes sollte noch erwähnt werden: Das Haus ist inzwischen in einem warmen mediterranen rot gestrichen, was auch sehr schön aussieht. Die Vermieter-Familie wohnt auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück und nutzt außerdem auch Räume, die sich im Untergeschoss des Hauses befinden (Eingang auf der Rückseite, das Hanggrundstück fällt nach hinten ab, das ist auf den Bildern nicht zu erkennen.) Von den Vermietern bekommt man aber fast nichts mit. Sie sind sehr diskret und nett und sofern man etwas benötigt, schnell behilflich. Hinter dem Haus betreiben die Vermieter ihren Obst- und Gemüsegarten und halten Hühner und ein paar Schafe.

A paradise in beautiful Andalusia

This place is a paradise in Andalusia. The house is equiped with all the things you need. It has a nice interiour in Arabic style. The garden has a lot of places to relax. Jorge is nearby to facilitate when necesarry. The service is great. When you like a quite place to stay with a swimmingpool this is the place to be. Jan van de Ven

Casa El Algarrobo is paradise. The extremely private outdoor space and each thought out area to relax in, truly made the trip heavenly. Jorge & Susana are amazing hosts who will make you feel completely at home. The eco conscious nature of the whole set up is a lovely thing to witness, no flushing toilet paper in the toilets and they provide their own eco products for the shower due to their water recycling filtration system, where the filtered waste water is used to water the gardens and keep them green and luscious despite the heat. No fake grass at Casa El Algarrobo! I also had the opportunity to join on one of Susana’s yoga classes and what a beautiful 2 hour experience it was. This was Just next door, where they have built an amazing glass walled studio. The villa itself is a lovely space to call your home for a week, the upstairs bedroom is open from the downstairs so it feels airy and spacious. The en-suite presents quite a view as you shower, via a huge half circle window. The balcony that leads out from the bedroom is a great spot for breakfast. The first of the morning sun falls beautifully on the outdoor spot I named ‘the den’, where pink flowers fall across your view of the garden as you sit crossed legged on the cushions sipping your tea. Overall a simply amazing place that Jorge & Susana have made into a haven.

Honeymoon

Its a beautiful villa with stunning gardens with lots of seating areas and a hot tub and pool. We loved spending our Honeymoon here. It was so relaxing. The inside was stunning with everything in there. There wasnt a washing machine which was stated, but thats not a problem. There was a stero outside where we could play music which was so lovely. lovely.

Nous remercions Susana et Jorge de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans leur magnifique villa de vacances ! Villa pleine de charme, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût ! Le jardin est tout simplement paradisiaque ! La situation idéale nous a permis de visiter Malaga, Cordoue, Marbella, Torremolinos... Un séjour qui restera inoubliable pour nous ! Schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ausgedehnte Gartenanlage mit vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten (zwei Hängematten, ein Pool, eine Bar etc.) sowie die schöne bunte Inneneinrichtung. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief einfach und schnell. Während unseres Aufenthalts ging leider die Spülmaschine kaputt, aber es wurde sich schnell darum gekümmert. Wir hatten manchmal Besuch von dem Hund der Gastgeber. worüber wir uns auch sehr gefreut haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

Plutôt sympa

Jolie maison un peu excentrée mais pas très loin de toutes commodités. Joli jardin bien entretenu. Grande piscine profonde mais pas protégée (attention pour les enfants en bas âge). Aucun vis-à-vis et très calme. Le propriétaire a sa maison attenante à celle-ci (par l'arrière) et a également 3 chiens (petits et gentils) qui sautent facilement le petit portail entre les deux maisons pour se balader dans la propriété. Avis aux personnes qui craignent les chiens :). Dans l'ensemble, maison agréable.

Traditionelles Ferienhaus mit viel Charme und traumhaftem Garten

Der erste Schritt in den Garten verzaubert förmlich. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an angekommen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Der Garten ist paradiesisch, einzigartige Pflanzen, herrliche Ruheoasen, einfach wundervoll. Das Haus besteht aus einer oberen offenen Etage (kein abgetrennter Schlafbereich) mit großem Bad und einer unteren Etage mit einem kleinen Zimmer inklusive kleinem Bad (ohne Fenster, Tür mit Gardinen). Praktisch ist die vorhandene Waschmaschine, so ist man hier auch für längere Aufenthalte gut ausgerüstet. Für Ausflüge benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, da das Haus etwas abseits liegt. Einziger Abzug sind die gefühlt 100 Hähne und Hunde der Umgebung, die ab ca. 3.00 Uhr alle um die Wette krähen bzw. bellen. Wir möchten das wundervolle Anwesen uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und wünschen allen weiteren Urlaubern einen sonnigen und erholsamen Urlaub in Alhaurin de la Torre.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Finca ist super schön. Der Pool ist ausgesprochen groß, der Jacuzzi ist der Hit. Die Außenküche mit Kühlschrank ist perfekt zum Grillen. Viele schöne Kuschel/Verweilecken mit unzähligen Kissen sind vorhanden. Leider sind diese wohl ganzjährig draußen und somit schon fleckig. Der Vermieter Jorge mit seiner Frau ist ausgesprochen nett und eigentlich immer erreichbar für Fragen, Anregungen und Probleme. Fazit: Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden wieder dort buchen.

Oasis of delight

Easy journey from Malaga airport, quiet location. Car essential. Nearby supermarkets and restaurants but not in walking distance. Beautiful private tropical garden. Well maintained with a variety relaxing areas including a pool and hot tub. We arrived in the early hours of the morning you wish to think about provisioning a welcome pack. House very comfortable and well equipped for four adults. Air conditioning worked well as did WiFi. Excellent outdoor kitchen with barbecue. All in all highly recommended

Lovely place

We stayed at the property for 5 nights in December with our 4 year old daughter and really enjoyed our stay. The house and grounds are lovely, well kept and beautifully furnished. Jorge is a perfect host, any problems we had were attended to immediately and we felt well looked after. Thank you!

Dirty, low service, not recommended

The house and its garden had quit a few problems when we arrived: Garden: Outside lights don't work, Roof over terras leaking, Terras was full of leaves, Pillows dirty, Pool dirty Kitchen: Lots of Ants, Dirty sink, Dirty freezer, Dirty cooker, Chalk in quick-heater, Smelly dishwasher, Dirty espresso makers Bathroom downstairs: Dirty toilet, Clogged drain sink Bathroom upstairs: Chalk on shower, Clogged drain shower, Bath full of black speckles General: Nobody was there on day of arrival Hot water didn't work for a day, when it did work it takes very long Internet failed several times and is slow All doors clamp Not enough towels for 10 days No towel in kitchen Dvd input doesn't work on tv, no instructions Conclusion: Our conclusion is that we were the first visitors after the winter and the house is not (properly) checked and cleaned after a winterperiod. About several things we akes the owner (through Whatsapp), sometimes we got a quick response, sometimes no response at all. The last few days we didn't contact him anymore because it was really spoiling our holliday. Afterwards we send these complaints with e-mail to the owner. He responded rather late and had mainly 2 standard answers for every complaint: Not true / I don't understand. We will never go back there!

Beautiful setting

Jorge and Susana were the perfect villa hosts, there immediately if you needed them. They were happy to arrange a taxi and their restaurant recommendations were excellent. The villa is set in a beautiful well maintained garden, with several pretty seating areas, the pool is lovely and was very welcome during our stay. The villa itself was extremely well equipped, with a Moroccan influence and lots of personal touches. We barbecued several evenings and had all the equipment required, alfresco dining in the beautiful gardens was a pleasure. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and has air conditioning but the second bedroom does not. Our only slight complaint, if you can call it that was the sun beds, two were comfortable but the second two were not. Probably not a problem for a family or if you spent the day at the beach but we were two couples, who after a trip out were happy to come back to the villa to relax. Would we go again, yes like a shot! Thank you Jorge and Susana, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. Tim, Wendy, David and Linda...

Wir haben schon sehr viele Urlaube in Ferienhäusern oder Fincas verbracht, aber die Villa Algarrobo ist mit Abstand das schönste Urlaubsdomizil welches wir bisher bewohnen durften. Der Garten ist ein Traum, geschmückt mit vielen Blühenden Pflanzen, kleinen und großen Palmen, sowie mit herrlichen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Es gibt dort einen Chill out Lounge, um im Schatten zu dösen, eine Bar mit Grill, Pizzaofen und Theke. Wenn der Pool ab ca. 18:00 Uhr ( Mai/Juni ) im Schatten liegt kann man sich immer noch auf der großen Rasenfläche vor dem Haus sonnen. Des weiteren stehen an 2 verschiedenen Stellen Esstische und Stühle bereit, auf denen man seine Mahlzeiten vom Grill oder aus der gut ausgestatteten Küche unter freiem Himmel genießen kann. Alles ist Sauber und gepflegt. Das Anwesen betritt man meistens durch den mit einem Eklektisch angetriebenen Tor versehenen Carport. Ein Leihwagen ist schon notwendig weil sich das Haus etwas außerhalb befindet. Das ist aber sehr angenehm, weil man dadurch hier seine absolute Ruhe hat. Um das Innere des Hauses zu beschreiben würden die erlaubten Zeichen nicht ausreichen. Es ist alles sehr Stil und Liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt das die Eigentümer hier viel Herzblut investiert haben um es den Gästen so nett wie möglich zu machen. Es ist alles vorhanden ( Küchenutensilien und Geräte / SAT TV / W-Lan / Bluetooth Box / Fön / Handtücher usw. ) was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Vermieter Jorge und Susana sind ganz herzliche und nette Leute die sehr bemüht sind Ihren Gästen den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Absolute Privatsphäre und einen herrlichen Aufenthalt liegen Ihnen sehr am Herzen. Die Kontaktaufnahme nach der Buchung sowie vor der Übergabe lief völlig unproblematisch über E-Mail und Whatts App. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Entspannung pur mit viel Platz

Das Anwesen, der Garten und das Haus sind ein Traum und wir haben jeden Tag genossen und entspannen können. Die Außenbar mit Grill und Musikanlage, der Autostellplatz (Überdacht/Schattig) auf dem Grundstück und der gesamte Außenbereich mit Pool sind der Hammer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen angenehmen Urlaub mit einem hohen Entspannungsfaktor. Familien mit Kinder sollten wissen, das es ein seperates Schlafzimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer gibt und ein offenes Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock, mit Blick ins Wohnzimmer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, bemüht und sehr gut zu erreichen. Doch ein paar kleine Dinge könnte man verbessern um dem Domizil 5-Sterne Plus zu geben. Sämtliches Toiletenpapier durfte nicht in die Toilette (Bio-Klo-Anlage), die Klimaanlagen sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand (etwas laut und fangen an zu tropfen), es hätte an manchen Stellen sauberer sein können (Badewanne, unter den Betten und Küche) und die Reinigung des Pools erfolgte nur einmal in der Woche.

Wow Wow Wow

This villa far surpassed our expectations. The owners Jorge & Susana were helpful at all times even booking our taxis for us for nights out. We left the villa less than we expected as it was so peaceful secluded and relaxing. It really does have everything you could possibly need. The outside area is absolutely amazing. The bar and barbecue area was so well stocked with a fridge,all crockery and cutlery large built barbecue and pizza oven with sink and music system. Plenty of work space and lots of glasses too. They really had thought of everything. There were also 2 dining tables in the garden of which we made use of every evening. Also a shaded lounge area which was handy when you got too hot. The pool was a constant 26 to 28 degrees and it was wonderful swimming or relaxing in every day. The whole house was furnished really nicely with wooden furniture and lots of knick knacks which made it feel more personal. All rooms were spacious. My favourite room personally was the en suite bathroom upstairs. It was very large with a jacuzzi bath,a separate large shower cubicle a toilet, biggest and 2 stone sinks. The view from this room was wonderful with a huge picture window above the bath. All windows had fly screens on so was nice to leave windows open with no chance of any insects getting in. Jorge was quick to remedy any minor issues we had. We have already booked to return and I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anyone. The location was ideal for us as it was only 15 to 20 minute drive to the coast and only 5 to 10 minute drive to bars/restaurants/shops and supermarkets. We found the locals were all very friendly and welcoming. Restaurants that we would recommend were old Italy and Cienfuegos both in Alhaurin de la torre town and a cost in a taxi of 8 euros each way. Both had excellent food at reasonable prices and superb staff and ambiance. The best of these in our opinion though was Cienfuegos where the food was some of the best we have ever had anywhere. My husband said the sea bass was THE BEST he had ever tasted. And you have to have a dessert, presentation is the best. Thank you to Jorge and Susana for a truly memorable holiday and we look forward to our return in September.

Frühling in Andalusien

Ein wunderbares Haus in einem prachtvollen Garten, ein zum Schwimmen einladender leuchtender Pool und eine komplett ausgestattete Aussenküche (Grill, Räucherofen, Thresen etc.) - das war der erste begeisternde Eindruck unseres Feriendomiziles. Weitere Überraschungen bot das Innere des Hauses: Viel Raum über drei helle Wohnebenen: Ein großzügiger Wohnraum mit gemütlichem (bestens funktionierendem) Kamin, Fernseher und alle Arten von Musikanlagen, eine perfekt mit Inductionsherd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ausgestattete offene Küche mit geräumiger Sitzecke, ein gemütliches kleineres Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Duschbad parterre und dann, nach Erklimmen der durch Glaswände gesicherten Treppe, eine phantastische offene Schlafempore mit großem bequemen Bett und kleinem Aussenbalkon. Dann das Badezimmer, einmalig ! Beherrschend ist der wunderbare Ausblick aus dem großen Fenster unter dem die Whirlpoolwanne steht, Dusche und interessante Steintröge als Waschbecken geben dem geräumigem Bad einen rustikal-künstlerischen Anstrich, wie überhaupt das ganze helle Haus durch seine liebevolle Ausstattung bis in kleinste Details begeisternd wirkt. Garten und Haus bilden eine Harmonie , in der man sich wohlfülen muss! Wer einmal hier war, der wird mit Sicherheit wiederkommen wollen! Wir auch ! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Es una zona muy tranquila, Sin ruido de vehículos. La experiencia del bonito jardín, la piscina, y el sonido de los pájaros, hace que sea un lugar perfecto para relajarse.
Además su situación, a pocos minutos del aeropuerto y la autovía, es un gran handicap para hacer turismo y conocer zonas cercanas, incluso otras provincias de Andalucía.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sin lugar a dudas el aire que en él se respira, la tranquilidad, el incomparable y precioso jardín, junto a la piscina, el bar, y el jacuzzi, además de la cercanía a la playa, la autovía, hacen de él un alojamiento único.
