1 dormitorio, 1 baño apartamento recién reformado en el casco antiguo de Antibes. Largo soleado balcón orientado al Sur accede desde la sala de estar en un 2 piso a techo ventanas francesas para relajarse, cenar y ver el mundo pasar.
/ Calor inverso a lo largo Dispone de aire acondicionado.
Cama con colchón muy cómodo y buena ropa de cama de calidad - Dormitorio. Armarios empotrados y gran capacidad de almacenamiento armario. El dormitorio se encuentra en la parte trasera del edificio por lo que muy tranquilo y el apartamento es el doble acristalamiento en todas partes. Gran cuarto de baño compuesto de bañera, ducha, WC, radiador toallero y lavadora todo lo cual lleva a un pequeño balcón que permite un flujo lleno de aire en todo el apartamento y para pasar el rato sus toallas y trajes de baño después de un día de diversión en la playa .
Brillante sala de estar abierta con gran sofá que se puede convertir en una cómoda cama doble. Mesa de comedor y 4 sillas que dan a la larga soleado balcón para cenar al aire libre o simplemente relajarse tomando una copa de rosa de ver el mundo pasar y la lectura de su libro.
Wi-Fi gratuito y TV por cable con una mezcla de Inglés y canales franceses, reproductor de DVD y equipo de música con soporte para iPod.
Completar nueva cocina con lavavajillas, horno, placa de inducción, cafatiere, extractor y nevera. Incluido durante su estancia té, café, azúcar, sal, pimienta, etc.
A poca distancia de la estación de autobús y tren.


Excursiones de un día: La red de tren y autobús le llevará a cualquier lugar que necesite durante su estancia. Tome el este o el oeste de tren para la exploración de Cannes, Niza, Mónaco e Italia. Los autobuses transportarán hacia el interior de Biot; famosa por su cristal. Grasse para las perfumerías. Eze; uno de los más bellos pueblos encaramados con vistas al Mediterráneo y St Paul de Vence por sus numerosas galerías de arte y impresionante pueblo.

El club de yates locales, a 10 minutos a pie a lo largo de las playas le da acceso al gato del, kayaks Hobie y de pie paddle boards para explorar la bahía.

Golf se encuentra a 15 minutos en coche de Biot y el inicio de las muchas estaciones de esquí a sólo 1 hora y 45 minutos.

Por supuesto, durante su estancia puede que nunca tenga que dejar el encanto del casco antiguo. Una gran cantidad de restaurantes y cafés son un paseo. Además, podrá relajarse aún más mediante el aprovechamiento de los salones de belleza locales, balnearios incluyendo gimnasios clases de ejercicios y peluqueros.

We loved the location. Easy walk to ramparts, train station. Neat lots of food places in old town. Marice the host was super friendly and helpful, very clear with communication. Apartment and breezes from the many windows and doors were lovely. Very clean, very cute. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again!

Apartment was exactly as the listing sets out. Really good communication and help from the owners, they went the extra mile when we had flight time changes. This enhanced the holiday. The location is fabulous, on the edge the old town we could walk easily to all amenities. Nice to sit on the balcony with a coffee and watch the world go by. Very well appointed, with everything you need to enjoy Antibes. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great week in Antibes

The property was as listed. It provided everything we needed for our stay and was clean and comfortable. Enjoying breakfast, purchased at the nearby boulangerie, on the balcony was a real treat. The property was ideally located in the old town with a large selection of restaurants to hand and close to supermarkets and the main attractions. The hosts, Marice and Campbell were very helpful and accomodating. If we ever return to Antibes, we would hope to stay here again. Chris and Judith. Manchester

Amazing place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host met us when we checked in, and she was so helpful. The apartment is exceptionally clean, full of natural light, and perfectly located in the Old Town. We loved the balcony! I can’t imagine a better place to stay.

The apartment was as cute as it looked online, sunny and neat, perfect location on the edge of Old Antibes, just a few minute (as in a very few minute) walk to everywhere. Marice was an attentive but not intrusive host. In a world where expectations usually outdistance reality, this is a place where they meet!

Lovely apartment

Marice welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel confortable. The apartment is very nice, well decorated and clean. Big enough for 3 (sofa bed very comfortable) with a nice balcony for drinks! It is also well located in the old part of Antibes. We could easily walk everywhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Antibes old town apartment

We enjoyed our stay in Antibes. The apartment is very comfortable and is well equipped. It is easy walking distance to the old town, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and public transit. We bought a train pass and visited many places along the Côte d’Azur. My only complaint, and it’s really very minor, is that there is no view from the balcony but you can’t have everything!

A restful spot in the heart of Antibes

The property was as described. Clean, inviting, situated over a little square with two small restaurants below which added character (but not intrusive). Check-in and Check out seamless. All that are required for a stress free holiday provided by hosts. Would recommend to family and friends.

Exploring the French Riviera

My husband and I stayed here during a visit to the coast, while other family stayed at places close by in Antibes. It was close enough to the train station to walk and close enough to a couple of different beaches and to many places in old Town. Marice was in contact with us before and was there waiting for us when we arrived from the train station and also had lots of good ideas and resources for us. We also spent time exploring nearby towns on the coast and this was a super convenient place to stay to jump on the train to explore! We would definitively stay here again.

Great stay in Antibes Old Town

Wonderful accommodations with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, AC which was important with the heat wave during our stay and proximity to all you need to explore the region (train, bus station and short stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the Old Town as well as the beautiful beaches). Great value for the price. Clean and safe. The welcome bottle of chilled rose’ was the icing on the cake. Bravo!!

Wonderful stay

Have just enjoyed a fabulous holiday in this great apartment -staying the last week of September and first week of October we experienced superb weather -high temperatures and blue cloudless skies -a good time of year for a stay. Campbell and Marice were so accommodating and welcoming and the apartment is everything previous reviews have reported -exceptionally well equipped, very clean, comfy bed ......the list goes on! There is much to discover and enjoy in Antibes itself which also has good rail and bus links to many interesting destinations good to explore. Thank you again for a lovely holiday

Excellent apartment and location

The apartment is located at the edge of the old town in Antibes providing great access to the old town and other areas. It’s within 15 minutes’ walk of the railway station, which was handy for us and we travelled there by train. We also explored other areas by train, hired city bikes and walked around beautiful Antibes. The apartment has a great layout, lovely balcony which has the shade in the morning so a perfect spot for breakfast. There are lots of thoughtful touches, like beach towels and umbrellas provided as well as teabags, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, etc. Marice our host was lovely and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend Antibes and this apartment.

I want to stay here every year!

My boyfriend and I spent a fantastic week in Antibes. The apartment was everything we expected, bright, clean and spacious. We loved having the balcony to breakfast on or sip a glass of rose in the evening and watch the world go by. Antibes is a fabulous town to visit, Everything you could want was within walking distance from the apartment. There are so many restaurants it is difficult to choose, Those recommended by Campbell who checked us in were excellent. I would definitely come back and have recommended the apartment and Antibes to family and friends.

Great Apartment Great Location

We stayed here for 2 weeks in July with 2 small children and we couldn't have picked a better apartment or location. Right in the heart of the old town with shops, bars and restaurants only a minute or 2 walk away. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all mod cons which meant we were comfortable using it as a base and relaxing when we had enough of our days out! It was very quiet and at times we felt we had the whole building to ourselves. Everything is prepared for you so you don't have to worry about where to go for your food, drink, and anything else you might need, with easy access to supermarkets, butchers, grocers and bakeries! We spent our time walking around shops and markets of the old town, with days on the 2 local beeches, trips to Cannes and Nice on the train a short train ride away and generally relaxing in the calm and beautiful surroundings of Antibes. We recommend this apartment and location and will be going back again!

Lovely and relaxing Antibes holiday

We had a fabulous, relaxing 9 night holiday in this apartment. Ideally located on the fringes of the characterful old town, within easy reach of the sandy beaches, train station, restauraunts and all other amenities. The layout is perfect and the apartment has a very roomy, airy and open feel to it. The added bonus of the good sized balcony to the front of the building is brilliant for relaxing and people watching. We stayed during the recent heatwave and it was very hot! However as the bedroom is at the rear of the property the efficient AC ensured a comfortable and relaxing night’s sleep and it was also very quiet with no traffic noise. We were spoilt for choice in the evenings, with such a diverse selection of excellent restauraunts and bars to choose from. Maurice and Cambell were excellent hosts and very helpful and efficient when we had a minor problem with the water heater. We will definately return to Antibes again, our favourite destination on the Riviera…

Real Provence

The apartment is perfect for a couple who wish to be centrally located, yet way from the tourist traps. With the exception of a small saucepan for heating milk for our 'grand creme', it had everything we needed for our 10 day stay, including an excellent washing machine so we could travel light. Sitting on the long balcony morning and evening (before/after the heat of the day), watching the world go by, was a treat. In between, the efficient air conditioning kept us cool. We found a traditional french cafe almost on our doorstep and a number of local restaurants catering for residents and not just tourists. We also enjoyed having a wonderful food market just a short troll away. If you're looking for a slice of real Provence (and can manage steep stairs up to the 3rd floor - I'm 67 and had no problem) we highly recommend Marice & Campbell's lovely apartment.

Wonderful, central location, comfortable apartment

We spent a fantastic four days in Antibes and were very comfortable in Marice's apartment. It was impeccably clean and thoughtfully laid-out. Parking can be a bit of challenge, but that's true anywhere in central Antibes. The best thing to do is to park your car long-term and just walk everywhere! The daily open-air market is just a few streets away, and strolling to the waterfront is a cinch. There are plenty of bakeries, cafés, and restaurants within range, and grocery stores are close and well-stocked with what you need for cooking in Marice's well-apportioned kitchen. Probably the best part is the balcony, which overlooks a small square and receives the warm afternoon sun. Marice was easy to reach and very responsive. There was a small problem with the lower door's latch and she followed up right away. Next time we're in Antibes, we plan to see if Marice's apartment is available.

Brilliant apartment on the edge of the old town in Antibes

Fron beginning to end, this was a really enjoyable stay. The property was easy to find and our host, Campbell, met us outside the building and we were able to unload our luggage, before taking our car back to the main car pack at the port - this one has wider spaces than the Post one and is about the same price - 70 Euros for the week. The apartment is really spacious, light and airy, with a very well equipped kitchen and some arrival provisions, including a bottle of wine. There is aircon in the bedroom and the lounge, which is powerful and effective. The WiFi works well too and although we did not use them, there is a TV and sound system available. We sat on the main balcony at breakfast and for pre dinner G and Ts. Perfect for people watching and not too hot, as the direct sun only hits in the afternoon. The shuttered windows mean that you can keep the apartment cool and have fresh air when needed too. Old Antibes is a fabulous place to stay - this was our 5th trip - and you will find high end restaurants and fantastic bars too - to suit just about any budget and taste. The beach club at Royal Beach is expensive, but worth it for some tranquility on at leat one day of your stay. The public beach is OK too. We travelled to Eze and Grasse this time and recommend both, especially Eze. We have previously done Monaco, Nice and Cannes - all excellent too. The bedroom is spacious with loads of storage space and a comfortable, large bed. The adjoining bathroom has a bath and shower, which is a rarity in Antibes and everything was spotlessly clean. There is even a washing machine and a separate balcony to hang out clothes to dry. Overall, we really loved this place and the touches such as beach towels, beach bag, trolley and umbrellas show the level of thought which has been put into this. There is no sense of just throwing any old furniture into a rental property and we will definitely return at some point. Highly recommended.

A Superb apartment , exactly as described. Bright , airy, tastefully furnished and decorated, great balconies and all amenities including the beaches within short walking distance. The appliances etc. were easy to use and functioned well. The bed was very comfortable and at night-time the area was very quiet with no traffic noise which is not generally the case in such a central location. Marice and Campbell are outstanding hosts and they added to what was a comfortable , relaxing and most enjoyable stay in Antibes.

The apartment is perfectly located in the old town of Antibes, close to everything. It is very charming while well equipped with high quality appliance, excellent AC, and very nice furniture. It is quiet and everything is well maintained and clean. Marice and Campbell are outstanding hosts and check-in and communication was very smooth and easy. Definitively a place to come back to!

A good choice for a town centre apartment in Antibes

The apartment is very well located on the edge of the old town within walking distance of the shops and sites of Antibes and less than 15 minutes walk from the beaches. We chose this place to be within walking distance (less than 30 minutes) of the jazz festival while staying in Antibes, which is a town we like a lot. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no lift), nicely decorated, light, comfortable and airy, being exposed on 3 sides. Although the air conditioning was very welcome at night, especially as there is inevitably some noise, being in the centre of town. Marice is really friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have a car (parking not easy) but buses and trains are close by and we used these to go to Nice, Monaco, Biot and on coastal walks.

Short holiday to celebrate birthday

We have just returned from a super 8 day break at this exceptional sunny, bright, spacious and very practical apartment in Old Antibes. Suited our needs completely having double sofa bed in living room to accommodate our adult daughter who joined us for 2 days. Location couldn't be better to access all Antibes has to offer. Well equipped kitchen should you wish to cater, although with so many great restaurants within walking distance we didn't. Air conditioning very welcome in the warm conditions. Would definitely recommend and hope to return. Thank you to hosts Campbell & Marice for smooth check in and out. Kind regards Steve & Deb

All year round sunshine and Old Town history, pedestrian small streets. Many restaurants and cafes walking from the apartment including the Provençal market for fresh produce. Local beaches within 10 minutes walk and close to train and bus stations to explore the Cote d'Azur.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Two Balconies. 1 long front balcony from the living area to sit out which is South facing so winter and summer sunshine.
Back balcony off from the bathroom.
Top floor makes it's bright and light with full through flow of air being three aspects.
