Vive la experiencia de estar en una casa de diseño singular. Una casa muy original llena de luz a tan sólo 15 min andando del centro histórico de Palma (a 5 si vas en bicicleta). Verdaderamente. ¡Una casa única en Mallorca!.

Además de todas las comodidades y servicios generales como toallas, sábanas, menaje de cocina, secador de pelo, horno, nevera, microondas, televisor, aire acondicionado, etc., también dispones de una fantástica terraza con barbacoa para comidas y cenas románticas, conexión a internet y terraza solarium con piscina privada!

Disfrutarás de estar en una zona tranquila y poco turística para poder relajarte y alejarte de las multitudes. Ubicada justo al lado del carril bici, cerca de transporte público (bus y tren) y a pocos minutos de cines, restaurantes y las principales atracciones turísticas de Palma.

Ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad a pie o en bicicleta.

Dispone de terraza y pequeña piscina.

Y si lo que quieres es moverte en transporte público, justo al lado podrás encontrar la estación de tren, la estación de metro y múltiples paradas de autobús.
La estación de tren de Soller se encuentra a 10/15 min andando de la casa.

Great vacation bolthole just outside Palma centre

Lovely private outdoor space with plunge pool, with easy access from the functional kitchen. Loved the location, just outside the Old Town (15 min walk through a lovely park) and with a selection of local restaurants and bars to choose from. Very comfortable bed, and the (admirtedly tight) spiral staircase proved no challenge. Balbina was a very helpful host.

Love and Hope to Return!!

The host and her home are lovely and we really hope to stay here again. Balbina was super friendly and helpful before, during, and after our arrival to Palma. The home is funky cool and the perfect size for two! After hot days in the city, the plunge pool was absolutely essential. We used it multiple times a day. The location is perfect – in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to Placa Major where the city bustles. It would be a very short bike ride, but the walk was so pleasant that we never used the bikes that are provided for guests! I do wish we had taken advantage of the bikes. All in all, our stay in Palma would not have been as amazing if we didn’t stay here. It was a huge part of the wonderful memories we made during this trip. Thank you Balbina!!

Eine schöne Wohnung in uriger Lage

Wir haben in der Wohnung eine wunderschöne Woche in Palma verbracht. Die Lage in einem normalen und einfachen Stadtteil haben wir als großen Vorteil empfunden. Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen und ist trotzdem weg vom touristischem Trubel. Hier war es super möglich das echte Palma, die tolle Küche und Leute kennenzulernen. Die Wohnung versteckt sich hinter einem ehemaligem Garagentor in einer kleinen und schmalen Gasse. Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, man sieht ihr die stetige Nutzung an, wir haben aber nichts vermisst. Für alle die deutsches TV auf dem großen Fernseher erwarten: nein, es gibt nur spanische Sender. War uns aber egal. Für 2 Personen ist es super bequem und die kleine Terasse mit Pool echt toll. Die Vermieterin Balbina ist sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr angenehm.

Interessantes und nettes kleines Haus

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr nett empfangen worden. Was wir allerdings anmerken möchten, ist dass die Wohnung für ältere Menschen etwas beschwerlich ist (Aufgang zum Schlafzimmer, Bett und Sofa sehr niedrig).

A unique stay

Spent 5 nights here and absolutely loved it. It had everything we needed for our stay and the host was excellent. If you’re looking for something different then give this place a try. Neighbourhood is lively and access to the city is easy. We hired two electric scooters from a place in the city which were great and incredibly safe as there is an excellent network of cycle paths that keep you away from some of the really busy roads.

When a flat makes all the difference in your stay

We loved the place, it’s original, practical, beautiful. The small pool was a great way to re-energize at the end of every day and in the mornings. The bikes are a great addition since the cycle paths take you to the city and the sea directly. Balbina is the sweetest person in Palma (and a great artist!). Highly recommended!

Urlaub in einem Containerhaus

Obwohl es sich um ein Containerhaus handelt, würden wir einen einwöchigen Urlaub in Balbinas Haus empfehlen. In der Sommerzeit sehr heiß, aber aufgrund der Klimaanlage nicht störend. Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich im 1. Stock, welches über eine steile, schmale Wendeltreppe erreichbar ist Diese ist unbeleuchtet. Da im 1. Stock keine Toilette vorhanden ist, sondern nur im EG, ist es angebracht, eine Taschenlampe zu benutzen, oder eine Lampe im EG über Nacht anzulassen. TV-Anlage: nur spanisch sprachige Sender Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen vorhanden In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 3 zum Zentrum) und zwei Straßen weiter ein gut sortierter Lebensmittelladen. Zur Plaza Espana sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Liebe Grüße an Balbina.

4 night stay August 2019

This is a great little place within 20 minutes walk of central Palma or about 8 minutes on the bicycles that are available. Many local buses close by too to explore the entire island - main bus and train station 10 minutes walk from the property. The plunge pool is a rare and welcome facility in the August heat. Balbina was a great host, nothing too much trouble and always helpful, even ordering taxis when we couldnt arrange these ourselves. The only negative comment is that the spiral staircase is a little unnerving and is certainly only for those of excellent mobility (is also a little more scary after a few wines). All in all a great find and would certainly stay here again. Michael and Julie

Fab House with Outside Patio

Booking this house was so easy. Balbina the owner was extremely helpful and getting to the house from Palma Airport with her instructions was easy. We text her to say we had arrived at the Airport and she was waiting for us when we got there. The house itself was very spacious with a lovely living room and large kitchen. The bathroom had a fantastic rainforest shower and the water was piping hot. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and air con both downstairs and in the bedroom. We also had the use of two bicycles which was great fun as you can use the cycle path right into the town of Palma so we took these in every day. Locks were provided and you can park them at any of the racks all over the town. To walk it's about 20 mins but cycling we did it in 15 mins. Wifi also provided. Palma Town has everything you could possibly want with loads of beautiful shops, bars and restaurants. I can thoroughly recommend this house to anyone.

Nice Place

This rental house has a well equipped kitchen and nice backyard and is well thought out. It's location is convenient to many things in the city but is not directly in the middle of the noise. It is an enjoyable place to stay. Balbina was also very helpful and accomodating and gave me a list of places that she recommended for food and drink, etc.

atypique et calme

Un lieu atypique et fonctionnel. le quartier est calme . Un peu excentré mais se déplacer à vélo est agréable, proche d'un supermarché.Nous avons aimez nous endormir avec la vue sur les toits et le ciel... il faudrait revoir la literie et le hublot dans la chambre ou peut être baisser un peu le prix de la prestation. Notre séjour à été malgré tout très agréable.

Perfect - homely, welcoming and stylish!

Balbina was a perfect host; very friendly and informative. The house is wonderful, a really stylish yet cosy space we were sad to leave. The outside space is really great; even in mid-October we used the pool and ate outside every evening. BBQ is also a plus! Mallorca is a beautiful island and the location of the house really lets you make the most of everything (walking distance to city, close to ring roads to get out and explore the island). Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Wir haben das Haus mit unserem 4 1/2-Monate alten Sohn bewohnt und waren rundum zufrieden. Alles war wie angegeben, ein Wasserkocher wurde auf unseren Wunsch hin noch kurzfristig zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten direkt in der Altstadt von Palma - perfekt. Kleinere und mittelgroße Supermärkte sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, eine Apotheke ist quasi direkt nebenan. Für uns war alles genau, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Der Kontakt (Balbina) ist superfreundlich, zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und hat uns noch mit zahlreichen umfangreichen Tipps weitergeholfen. Für Pärchen (auch mit Baby) perfekt geeignet, wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Katastrophe - Haus in sehr schlechtem Zustand

Wir hatten für Juni 2013 dieses Haus für 10 Tage angemietet. Leider entspricht der tatsächliche Zustand gar nicht dem auf den Fotos. Dazu kommt das wichtige abgebildete Dinge fehlen wie zum Beispiel eine Kaffeemaschine oder das Sonnensegel auf der Terrasse. Anstelle des Sonnensegel hat man eine defekten Sonnenschirm aufgestellt mit Löchern und die Drähte kamen an den Seiten raus. Das ganze Haus war nicht richtig sauber - der Putz über dem Pool fällt ab und schwimmt im Pool. Den Grill hätte man erstmal reinigen müssen so verdreckt wie er war - an gemütliche Grillabende war nicht zu denken. Der Terrassenrtisch war nicht zu benutzen, da total wackelig - laut Vermieter ist der Tisch antik und außerdem könnten man ja auch drinnen essen. Ein Terrassenstuhl war eingerissen an der Seite und auch nicht zu benutzten. Alle Küchengeräte hätten erst mal sauber gemacht werden müssen. Laut Angaben des Vermieters sind die Fotos ein Jahr alt - anscheinend wurde seitdem an dem Haus nicht mehr viel gemacht. Der Zustand ist katastrophal. Überall standen Putzmittel / Wäscheständer und vetrocknete Pflanzen. Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt in Palma gefreut - aber aufgrund des so schlechten Zustands des Hauses sind wir nicht eingezogen sondern haben uns etwas anderes gesucht. Die Vermieter sehen das alles natürlich anders. Wir haben Fotos gemacht nur leider können wir diese hier bei FEWO Direkt nicht hochladen. Wir buchen jedes Jahr mehrfach über FEWO Direkt - noch nie war eine Unterkunft so weit weg von den Fotos. Unsere Anzahlung hat man einbehalten - wir würden dieses Haus niemandem empfehlen! Fotos haben wir ausreichend gemacht ...

Die Person, welche diesen Kommentar hinterließ, hat die Wohnung nicht bezogen, nicht einmal für einen einzigen Tag. Ihr Kommentar entspricht nicht der Wahrheit und hat mit der Realität überhaupt nichts zu tun. Jetzt drohte sie uns für den Falle, dass wir ihr nicht Geld zurück erstatten, dass sie einen negativen Kommentar / negative Bewertung veröffentlichen würde. Was sie letztendlich auch gemacht hat, weshalb wir vermuten, dass dieser Kommentar komplett ungerechtfertigt ist. Das Haus ist IMMER sauber und in einem perfekten Zustand. Es hat sich noch niemals ein Kunde beschwert, wie auch andere Gäste nie Grund zur Beschwerde hatten, was andere Kommentare von Gästen belegen. Ganz im Gegenteil, danach sind die Gäste immer sehr zufrieden und aufs äußerste dankbar, da das Haus mit größter Sorgfalt geführt und gepflegt wird und unser Reinigungsdienst auf große Sorgfalt vor und nach dem Aufenthalt eines Gastes wert legt. Miquel Angel und ich (Balbina) sind ein symphatisches und viel reisendes Paar. Wir sind jederzeit bereit zu helfen und die anfallenden Probleme unserer Gäste zu lösen. Uns gefällt es sehr Gastgeber zu sein und wir geben uns größte Mühe die Gäste zu betreuen, damit diese sich so wohl wie möglich bei uns fühlen. Wir sind stets offen für Verbesserungsvorschläge bzw. Anregungen unserer Gäste und wir sind und werden immer Verständnis für all unsere Gäste haben, ausgenommen jener, welche lediglich schlechte Absichten hegen, wie es in diesem Beispiel der Fall war.

we enjoyed our stay in this really special house very much. especially the very thougt through design and layout of the house is something special. amenities, such as supermarkets and public transport (esp. bus from the airport) are very close & the neighbourhood is very local and quiet.... all together we had a nice little holiday there!

Es una casa hecha y para los amantes del diseño. Si te interesa estar en un lugar único y en una zona tranquila y poco turística de Palma, este es tu lugar.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Lo mejor de esta casa es su originalidad, su confort y lo agradable que resulta. Tiene mucha luz y la piscina la hace aún mejor en verano, ya que puedes refrescarte antes de comerte unas costillas recién sacadas de la barbacoa que tiene fuera. ;)
